I was very unhappy with my pedicure and manicure. I called when I got home spoke with Tracy and she requested I come back and she corrected the error. I appreciate her willingness to make me happy.

I moved to the area 3 years ago and tried a number of places before finding Tracy at D&D nails. Now I won’t let anyone else do my nails. She fixed them when they were a mess and does them about every three weeks. They are the best and worth the wait if they are busy.

I have never had a bad appointment here in the last 3 years on off I have come here. Even if I have to wait if I don’t make an appointment they are always very hospitable and I love how long my pink and white last they use very good products not cheap like others... they also work pretty fast. Considering the bad service I have had at other nail places in the area they are my favorite nail salon.

Called to book appointments for my daughter and I and was told to come in at 2:30. I told the lady on the phone my daughter was 4 so we wanted the little chair. Showed up and didn't sit down until 2:...
Called to book appointments for my daughter and I and was told to come in at 2:30. I told the lady on the phone my daughter was 4 so we wanted the little chair. Showed up and didn't sit down until 2:50 and was asked if my little girl could sit in the big chair because they had an appointment for the small chair at 3. I told them I had an appointment too and wanted her to sit there and me next to her. I felt like the services lacked to get us out faster. I have never had a 30 minute deluxe pedicure there and I go there for all of my pedicures. It wasn't the wait as much as the guilt trip. If they had been on time the other guests wouldn't have had to wait if they are giving 30 minute pedicures. Guess I will be looking for somewhere else... super disappointed

Called first thing this morning to make an 11:30 appointment to get my nails done. I arrive early, they told me to sit and wait just a few minutes. 30...THIRTY minutes later. I simply and respectfully ask if they could see how I would be frustrated. They told me that I had to wait ten more minutes. Are you kidding me?
She said she was sorry, I said I was sorry. I wanted to give them my business and they weren't upfront with me.
WOW. Wasted my time not theirs. Wasted their potential money not mine.

I moved to the area 3 years ago and tried a number of places before finding Tracy at D&D nails. Now I won’t let anyone else do my nails. She fixed them when they were a mess and does them about every three weeks. They are the best and worth the wait if they are busy.
