They are very rude. I went in for a fill in and the guy made my nails look worse. He filed the side down too far and when I told him he replied with " no I didn't file the side that's from the last place you went". Anybody who has ever had a fill in knows if they put more acrylic they file all sides. He was ready to go because it was Friday and almost closing time so he was rushing. I work nearby so decided to stop and get my nails done and a pedicure. I paid good money but they were rude. Within one week four nail broke in the middle. I've been getting my nails done for years and I don't break my nails I'm careful, but one nail broke by me standing up off a bleacher. I went back to get two fixed and he was rude again and really hurt my finger and it looks awful. Last night another one cracked. I came in at the end of what seemed like a rush of customers. I picked my color, sat down in my chair and waited as everyone finished with their previous customer. 15 minutes go by and I'm still here soaking. When it hit 25 minutes, and I still hadn't been seen, I dried my feet and left. If there's a wait or it's an appointment only salon, let people know. Read some good reviews, so I decided to try Luxury Nail Spa for a pedicure. When I went in, there were 6 clients and 6 people working, so I told the young man at the front if they were too busy, I would run some errands and come back later. He assured me they weren't and told me to pick out a color, directed me to a chair and said someone would come turn on the water. I sat at a chair and waited and waited and waited. Finally I got up and left. I would not have minded waiting if they'd turned on the water for a good soak. I was looking forward to sitting and relaxing and wasn't in a hurry, but to be ignored for 15 minutes was too much. I gave up and left and went somewhere else. The salon looked very nice, and one thing I liked was that there was nice music playing and NO tvs! It looked like it could have been a relaxing treat for myself. Read Less

I love this place!! I told my best friend, and she loves it too! 1. Very clean.2. Beautifully decorated with relaxing music. (Felt like I was in Hawaii or something)3. They offered complimentary water/soda.4. They used new emery boards for filing, and clean, out of the bag, sterilized clippers, and other utensils. 5.
