Sidewalk was not cleared of snow even though there were four people inside doing nothing. I go to sit down and there are someone else’s nasty nail clippings on the chair. I should of walked right there but instead cleaned it up myself only to have the gal take an hour and half on a 45 minute job and leave me with glue caked behind my nails and on the sides. I walked in and another customer walked in behind me . The Nail Tech overlooks me and asked the customer behind me can she help them before she asked if she helped me I knew it was going to be a bad experience. I asked how long it was going to be before anyone assisted me she said it was going to be a little bit I said how long is a little bit she replied when I get done with them I said have a great day and walked out. After that I was not interested in seeing any more of her bad customer service or even experiencing any of her skills. These kinds of people don't know what customer service is but we're in America and customer service is everything. I called to confirm they were open and available. I was told yes so I went in to find only one other customer so there was no waiting. I explained I wanted a fill with gell color and nails to be shortened, picked out my color and settled back to enjoy. 10 minutes later a group of 5 women walk in for mani-pedis. I was told I had to move, someone else would do my nails while she went to help the walk ins. I explained again; I needed a fill, gell color and nails shortened. Every... few minutes she would jump up to help the others while I waited. Nail lengths and shapes are so uneven they look like they were done by a child. The paint job is all over my cuticles and behind the nails were never filed smooth. And I'm pretty sure it was merely a clear top coat not the gell top coat used. When I questioned it I was brushed off and rushed out. 3 days later, I can't run my hand through my hair without it catching underneath a nail. After reading the reviews, I was hesitant to try this place but I'm so glad that I did! I waited. For about twenty minutes as there were only two employees. Again, I'm so glad I did. Do we not expect to wait for a bit, sometimes, at a place that accepts walk-ins? I did. It didn't bother me at all. The gentleman that did my shellac manicure was impeccably detailed. He spent 30 minutes on the process. At most other places I've tried in town, it's a 15min situation and they last a week - maximum. For only $30, I'm still boasting a 2-week-old shellac manicure with no chipping at all. Very happy. I will go back. Read Less

I have been a Cha Nails patron for over a year and ALWAYS had great service! Always got what I expected and more! They can copy just about any design you bring them(of the Internet)!somedays the humor is just what I need! One night we came in at exactly 8pm and they didn't hesitate to do two pedi's and two fills and two sets of nails!! Will continue faithfully getting my nails filled and my feet flip flop ready!! Worse place to get your nails done. Staff extremely unprofessional. After taking my nail polish off on just three nails they said that I need a full set and my nails are unfillable. Never examined my other nails. I told them I got a full set a 2 weeks ago and if they can just fix the one acrylic nail that was separating. My other salon usually does an excellent job but it was Sunday and they weren't open. He said I cant help you you need a full set. He threw his hands in the air and said full set of nails or nothing. I have never had this experience at a Nail salon before. Extremely rude. My usual Nail salon is Envy Nails 5 minutes away from this one. They are awesome and so friendly. Please check them out! Disappointed by the quality of their work. I heard there were good reviews but I sadly did not have the same experience. No cuticle love at all. I still have my old polish in the crevices of my cuticles and they are super dry and cracking because of the way they took my old polish off. (Which is still stained on my knuckles as well) My hands sat in acetone for 20 minutes while someone else had their toes done. I asked for a color suggestion and they just directed me to the wall with polish. I had the roughest file used on my nails and the ends are sharp and jagged. I love going to Cha Nails for my pedicures they have been lasting a month so that works out for me I dont find the guy rude at all hes very gentle the new girl is great too i always feel so relaxed afterwards they are definitely my new go to place and the prices are just fine with me Read Less
