I got the dip powder done here. While it wasn’t the worst I’ve ever had (hence the 2 stars) I felt like a show horse constantly being watched. This was clearly a new experience for them but yikes. I’m still a human being! Not a TV set! On top of that, the nails were see through in some parts and not filed evenly causing some jagged and sharp edges. Quite unfortunate. I sent a message that morning asking for the opportunity to sit down for an acrylic set. They immediately got back to me and said they could take care of me! I arrived and it was just in time — they were super busy but my tech took care of me and was patient when I asked questions and kept asking me to make sure my set was turning out just the way I wanted. I am sad to say that my experience has greatly declined over the last 15 years that I've been coming in for a pedicure. For example, the girl who worked on my feet yesterday trimmed my toenails in a way that really hurt. I asked her to stop and just file them instead but she continued to trim the same way. Also, I had to ask her twice to redo my heels. She seemed super distracted and had an attitude both times I asked. So now I have one big toe that looks ridiculous and my heels STILL feel like sand paper. If I decide to come back in I will specifically request either Annie or Bebe because they are the only two who talk to me and listen to my requests. Last month Bebe did my pedi and it was perfect. I really wish the rest of the staff had the same skill set and hospitable manners. Read Less

I am actually quite shocked to see so many negative reviews! I have been coming to Bebes nail salon every 2 for the past 4 years, possibly 5. Its always clean, staff are always friendly and polite and I never wait more than a couple minutes to sit. Bebes is almost always busy but they take great care of their customers. Prices aren't and never have been an issue for me, they are reasonable. My nails always look amazing and i refer everyone I know to Bebes. You'll be glad you came! Read Less

Awful! Charges $45 for a fill! We got there 10mins before opening at 11 and the entire time as people flooded in, the woman doing my step daughter's nails would step away from her to help each new customer. She literally left her sitting there 6 times until I said loudly that if she did it again I was going to throw a fit. Despite being the FIRST people there, it took her 50mins to do a simple fill. I understand getting other customers taken care of and in a seat, but if you can't pay attention to the customer in front of you, do not ask her to sit down. And then proceed to cut her during the session because you continue to get distracted. Will not be returning! Read Less

Stopped in yesterday for a fill and a few repairs. Had a fill 2 weeks ago on a new set of nails. 3 broke, never have I had that happen. While I was there it seemed that they were more interested in doing mani pedis than taking care of me. Sat there for 35 minutes waiting, while more and more people were taken back and taken care of. Finally was given a station to wait at. While I was waiting another customer came in and was sat down and taken care of. The manager noticed me still waiting and then told me that my tech was in the wax room and would be out in a bit. Yep not happening, pulled out my coupon and gave it to another client and left, will not be back. Yes I understand there is more money in a mani pedi, however I am not going to have one done before flip flop season, and I sure as heck will not be having one done at your salon. Read Less
