Went there today for the first time to get a pedicure. I got a pretty expensive one. For starters they scalded my feet with the hot wax and wouldn’t let me take them out. Then, in the pedicure book it said I could pick my lotion but the guy never even asked. For the price I was expecting some nice quality lotion but it was just from bath and body works and lord did it smell bad.

I have gone there twice to get acrylics and I have gotten the same girl twice and she does my nails terrible. She didn’t paint all the way to the base of my nails so it already looks like I need a fil...
I have gone there twice to get acrylics and I have gotten the same girl twice and she does my nails terrible. She didn’t paint all the way to the base of my nails so it already looks like I need a fill in. She also put on my nails crooked and I told her they were crooked yet she decided to say that’s its fine😡. I then had to call my mom in there to get her to tell the lady also that my nail was crooked, she then finally straightened it up, but in the process of her doing that she was using the little drill and was scraping my skin as if she had a problem with the fact that she put on my nails crooked in the first place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE AT ALL.
Yes I AM TALKING ABOUT THE RIGHT NAIL SALON YOU GUYS KNOW WHAT YOU DID WITH THAT POOR CUSTOMER QUALITY!!!

If I could give no stars I would. I’ve been going here for quite awhile but recently I waited to get my nails and toes done for almost 2 HOURS! I was so pissed off because they had me waiting long as well the last 3 times I’ve visited. And they charged me an arm and a leg. I don’t EVER Cause problems. They are rude.

Great service I am here every two weeks or so. Pedi mani and eyebrows . Love the SNS mood changing options. I don't think it's advertised so just ask for it. They also have glow in the dark sns. I have tried shellac and regular acrylic but SNS is the best. They are very attentive and always remember you and what you like. The guys give the best pedicures.

I had a wonderful experience here last night. Im traveling for work and walked in at 730 PM and they still took me for a gel polish. The lady I had did a wonderful, meticulous job on my manicure. Also she was very conscientious about the nail color and gel polish. I was pleasantly surprised what a wonderful experience this was. Thanks Star Nails! I'll be back when I'm passing through again.

Horrible! I purchased a $35 pedicure and the technician didn't fully know everything that was involved with my purchase. She didn't even exfoliate the bottoms of my feet. I completely wasted my money ...
Horrible! I purchased a $35 pedicure and the technician didn't fully know everything that was involved with my purchase. She didn't even exfoliate the bottoms of my feet. I completely wasted my money and when I brought it to their attention, no real regard for the situation. NEVER going back!

My husband and I walked right in on a Sunday (Valentine's day) and both got a pedicure with no wait. The staff was very professional and saloon was exceptionally clean. I am new to Warner Robins and by far this is the best place I've been to get a pedicure.

I was in the area and was looking for a place where I could pop in and get a mani & pedi right quick. I saw that they opened up early so I figured I'd go in and beat the "Saturday rush". There were 2 customers there when I arrived and the rest of the staff hadn't arrived yet. The two men were working on their 2 customers and I was seated at a pedi chair rather quickly but had to soak for a while until someone was available (something told me to just leave at this point...but I didn't listen. Big mistake). By the time a tech was available for my service, other customers started coming in. I don't know if the whistle was blown or what but the race began! My tech literally rushed through my pedicure. He was rough and moving at the speed of light. I don't mind a fast service, but please be thorough. I let him finish and throw polish on my toes but was far from impressed. The basics & essentials were covered but if I wanted a mediocre effort & experience, I could've done this myself at home. Needless to say, I decided to nix the manicure. After my toes dried and I brought his attention to the polish on my foot and not on my nail, I paid and never looked back. If your standards are low and you need the basics, without quality service, this place is for you. If you value your time and money, GO ELSEWHERE!

Went there today for the first time to get a pedicure. I got a pretty expensive one. For starters they scalded my feet with the hot wax and wouldn’t let me take them out. Then, in the pedicure book it said I could pick my lotion but the guy never even asked. For the price I was expecting some nice quality lotion but it was just from bath and body works and lord did it smell bad.

I have gone there twice to get acrylics and I have gotten the same girl twice and she does my nails terrible. She didn’t paint all the way to the base of my nails so it already looks like I need a fill in.
