There service is awful they are rude and not helpful. I came in on a Tuesday the girl who polished them was rushing because they were closing why are my toes chipping and half painted. When I came back to get it fixed they continued to ignored me but I was not leaving until they were fixed. I had high hopes for this place but those hopes were dashed as I walked through the door to the thick smell of acrylic and acetone. Today I was excited to treat my sister and myself to a mani-pedi and based on some of the reviews for this place I chose to go here. My sister is a board certified cosmetology instructor and stylist so she was immediately put off my the smell. Never the less she obliged me as I was sure we'd have great service. The young lady that did my pedicure did a decent job but the guy that did my sister's pedicure half-assed it the entire time. The manicure was horrible, incomplete, and she failed to put cuticle oil on my nails or even put a base coat on. One lady kept trying to talk my sister into getting gel polish of which she declined and final explained that she prefers the option to change her polish without having to soak it off with acetone. After that the service went from bad to worse. My sister pointed out that none of the people giving the service had name badges and there were no individual Georgia certification licences on the wall. Needless to say, I will never come here again. I have never had such poor service anywhere but this place was the worse. The next time I get a pedicure Lee and you do my design no wait their won't be a next time as a returning customer. If I ask for a design don't get mad because you are the one who messed up the design and that you don't want to do it over no mam don't work with me. And don't tell a customer who is paying for your service that you don't do designs when you just did a design on my toes. The rudeness was unnecessary especially when it was your fault Lee because you didn't do both designs evenly. Then for you to tell me no we she don't know how to do designs and we have customers waiting I don't care how rude when I was there hours before the other customers. This place is amazing! For the first time I went to this place because I heard so many peoples talk about how good they were. I never been or had my nails done, I always did them myself. I started going to lovely around 2011-2012. This nail shop used to be my favorite place to go but lately the quality of work is not good. A lot of the old staff is gone but even some of the remaining old staff has been doing a shitty job lately. I've had problems with my nails lifting, lumpy shaped acrylic, rush jobs.I just went on March 4th to get my nails done for my birthday, I think her name is Sarah (I'm not sure), she did my nails and horribly messed up my thumb nail and did not fix it. She didnt even take all of the polish off my nails, just put acrylic on top of it like it wasnt even there. My pedicure was okay. The guy did a half ass job pushing my cuticles back and shaping my toe nails. He did, however, do a good job scrubbing the dead skin off of my feet but that is about the only good thing that came from this experience. Overall, I have not been satisfied the past few times I went and quality of work is not the way it used to be but I guess it'll do until I find a new nail shop to go to. Read Less

Sarah and Fawn are always amazing when they do mine or my daughters. They were so busy that a new guy did my daughters and she loves them. Thank you fawn for recommending him she will definitely be returning. As for negative comments on this page everyone has their own issues. Yes according to the better business bureau they are not supposed to use their language in front of you so you cannot understand or maybe just don't be so picky that you drive them crazy. Theses people in this shop are great I've been going there for years won't go anywhere else. I am a licensed master cosmetologist and can do them as well. I've been getting my nails done at lovely nails since January 2016. Most of the technicians really know water there doing. Yesterday, 09/17/2016 I went to get nails done but the guy that usually do my nail, he wasn't there. They had about 5 people ahead of me so I waited. Now went he's not there there's only a few others I let do my nails. So now in chair I think she's the owner she tells me I should come back Monday and I said no because I need them done now...she said my nails are fine. If anyone would've saw my nails would understand why I was there..she proceeds to start..she put acrylic only where my nails grew out at...I told her that's not the way my technician does it...and I asked her to do the way I always get it. She told me nobody like doing my nails they talk about it every time I come in. because I'm too picky..now every time I come in notice wen I walk in they are talking a lot. And to find out they are talking about me in there language. They are not just doing this too me they are doing this too everyone. Sometimes they even point at u went they talking in there language. Every single client is picky most people come in knowing water they want. And wen paying for service you should be able to get that if they are able to do it. This was the owner that said this. Freaking amazing. I come here whenever I am in town and the ladies are always so sweet and friendly. I probably have been going here over a span of 6 years or so. I've been to a couple nails salons in Warner Robins, for ex Hollywood nails, and I always come back to this nail salon! I get the same thing every time because they never ever ever rush you out. The deluxe pedi is really really good here. They massage your legs and feet with sea salt, some minty gel, and hot stones for about 30 minutes or so then they massage your legs and feet with lotion. And for the price, you really can't beat it. Another plus is that it's a much smaller salon. It's a lot more relaxing because it isn't too loud. I'm not sure about their manicure because I've never really gotten one but the pedis are definitely an a+++++++! Read Less
