Honestly I wish I could give them no stars. 1st off they They show me a new Chrome nail it was horrible. 2nd she was trying to charge me again For their gel Polish being horrible. I got my toes repainted because it looked like a toddler did them. Again they tried to charge me twice for their mess up. 3rd when I spoke to the owner he agree acted off it was my fault. One of the ladies tried to argue with me about it . This place is horrible!!! Don't go!!!!!!!

Oh hell No!!! Not ever again. I was so frustrated when I left this place. When I walked in several woman from, oh I don't know, Korea or Vietnam yelled something at me I did not understand and then one grabbed my hand and hurriedly sat me down. She then looked at me and said, " What you want " so I said very clearly in English, " I need an acrylic fill in and would like a gel polish and I believe the name on the bottle of the gel polish is Cotton Candy". She then picked up some aluminum foil and wrapped each one of my fingers in it and soaked off my awesome acrylic set.!!! When I tried to tell her I did NOT want SNS I just needed an acrylic fill in with gel polish she starting cackling something to her other cohorts that of course I could not understand and said again, " What you want? I said, " A one eye' d one horned flying purple people eater ", she looked at me, started to push back my cuticles but I had ...had enough. I got my purse and told her they owed me a damn set of nails. Please learn to speak English Kim's Nails it's just a good business practise to adopt because I rather doubt you have EVER walked into say oh, I don't know...AutoZone and asked for hub caps and then the store clerk walk out to your car and rip off your windshield wipers blades.

My daughter and myself were there on February 24, 2018. I have been here in the past and received quality work... On this Saturday work was horrible... The same nail I got repaired, has crashed in the same place... I work out of town so I need quality work... Looks like I have to find a better place... Don't pass me of too a rookie, like my money is not good enough... O last but not least, they discriminate against black people... White people are catered too... While we get eye rolls and ignored... Not ever again.... BOYCOTT THIS RACIST BUSINESS!!!!

They do ok on nails, i use to get my eyelashes done here until the lady tried to hold me down after trying to get up b/c my eye felt like it was on fire. will NOT be back for that reason.

My name is Elizabeth Baldwin and when I first went to Kim's nails and they greet people very nicely and they are very good at what they do and when I was pregnant with my son they bought me a baby gift and the baby gift was very expensive and it was Tommy Hill figure and I was surprised that they bought me that and they are very sweet and kind and they were watching my son when I was getting my nails done and I told them that they didn't have to get me a baby gift but they did anyways they are the most sweet and they know how to treat their customers good so I recommend to everyone to go to Kim's Nails to get their nails done.

Bad Customer Service! My opinion of the personnel that work here is very racial/prejudice. Me and my wife are Black but the personnel that work here cater to white people more by being respectful and showing them special attention. I believe in first come first serve but they don't. Me and my wife entered their nail shop and noone ask if we need anything so we just sat down patiently for about 15 minutes. Afterwards 3 white women entered the shop and personnel at the nail shop stood up and gave them assistance. They also service all 3 three of the white women before even asking me or my wife what we wanted done... Me and my wife was very disappointed in their actions and just got up and left the nail shop without being serviced. Me and my wife are professionals and we don't have criminal backgrounds. We both were dressed casual showing no negative gestures, possessions, or intimidating actions. We won't be going to Kim's Nails Shop Again!

Love this place! Brian, the owner, is always making sure my family is taken care of. We all love Lucy, so now I have to go by myself to make sure I get Lucy! Highly recommend this place!

The pedicure/massage was ok but don't expect a quiet experience. Kids, solicitors and a TV blaring sports may distract you. My toes look great though and thy took in 4 of us without an appt.

Went in for a fill in and she did a sloppy job, I still have noticeable dirt under the acrylic and when I brought it to her attention, all she told me was that it won't cause an infection -_-.... Never again will I waste money here

i really didn't want to give them a star.Worst gel nails experience; this was my first and possibly my last.I went on Christmas Eve and 2 days later I went back because the nails were detaching and chipping @ the cuticle.I returned to have them fixed and they are still chipping. Never again will I go there.

Honestly I wish I could give them no stars. 1st off they They show me a new Chrome nail it was horrible. 2nd she was trying to charge me again For their gel Polish being horrible. I got my toes repainted because it looked like a toddler did them. Again they tried to charge me twice for their mess up. 3rd when I spoke to the owner he agree acted off it was my fault. i really didn't want to give them a star.Worst gel nails experience; this was my first and possibly my last.I went on Christmas Eve and 2 days later I went back because the nails were detaching and chipping @ the cuticle.I returned to have them fixed and they are still chipping. Never again will I go there.
