I went to Snow's nail salon I'm assuming during the transition of ownership. It was by far the Worst Experience I Have Ever Had. I had a lady that was very pleasant at the start work on giving me a Pedicure. Another lady sat down next to her, I assumed the lady giving me the Pedicure was being trained. The lady dug and dug in my toe, I told her it was hurting, she smiled and said it would hurt worse if she didn't get it out. I told her not to worry with it, she continued my toes started to bleed. I asked her to stop numerous times. I should have just gotten up and left but I thought she was in training. I get my toes done every two weeks and I've never had someone dig in my toe causing bleeding and so much pain. I found out she is the New Owner and has been doing nails for years. Her husband was sitting at the counter talking to another customer about everyone he knew in town. Getting your nails done is suppose to relaxing and peaceful. It isn't suppose to be keeping someone in pain and listening to name dropping. It took awhile to write this review because I wanted to make sure the previous owners were not affiliated with Snow's Salon I'm not fake person! If someone asks to the person doing there nails to stop digging in their toe, because it is painful and/or it is bleeding you really should stop. The owner was bragging about knowing people in this town. He even told a lady he wasn't even from WRobins, Nobody cares. Salons are suppose to be peaceful and relaxing, that is all that you need in a salon along with nail technicians that doesn't cause clients to bleed and /or be in pain. The should also own up to there mistakes and apologize (never once did that happen). Poor customer service! Evidently you didn't look up Jennifer West, on Facebook, because there is more than one Jennifer West on there! Read Less

They have the best quality colors! From nudes to reds and pinks! They did my nails perfectly and they take their time to take care of my cuticles and massage my hands. This will be my new nail place!! Also, it’s nice to see the owners and have chats with them! Read Less

I Love it! Snow is awesome. I used Snow at another salon and was excited to find she now owns her own salon! Great mani pedi and eyebrow wax. I really didn't want to get my nails cut, but she hadn't been wrong yet. I let her and my nails are spectacular! Check out the cat eyes! Read Less

I came here for a pedicure. The prices are good; however, I was not impressed with the quality and service. I walked in and was told there would be a 30 minute wait for a pedicure. I ended up spending 2 hours here (waiting around an hour). Another woman walked in after I did and promptly sat down at one of the pedicure chairs. They started her pedicure before mine, although I arrived about 20 minutes before she did. The people working there were friendly. I think they were the owners. But now, only 4 days after my pedicure, the paint has chipped off on a couple of my toenails. I will likely not be back. Read Less

I was one of Jimmy's first customers 11 years ago. I'm so glad I just happened to find his shop. There are many things I really appreciate about his shop. It's spotlessly clean. Jimmy puts up with having to fix my nails and toes which are often a mess because I don't come back as soon as I should. I always leave with awesome results! I've enjoyed many conversations with him about his home country; I'm especially interested because my husband served as a pilot in Vietnam back during the war. Worst experience every..... Under staffed, woman was ready ruff my nails still hurt. My boyfriend toe nails were cut so short they red and he will probably get an ingrown toenail!!! Will never go there again! Read Less

I am working in the area this week and was in dire need of a mani and pedi so I decided to log onto Yelp for some help.  I noticed that most nail salons in the area only had a few reviews... less than 10 so the number of reviews were to low to determine which salon was exceptional.I remember passing by this salon yesterday and wondered if it was a good salon. When I saw that no one had checked in or added a comment on Yelp I decided I'd give them a try. After all the area looked appealing.My overall experience was great!  I enjoyed a soothing pedicure followed by a manicure. I was cold so I asked if the heat was on. They assured me the heat was on and even went above and beyond ... they brought out a small heater and plugged it up at my station. It was excellent customer service and of course I was thinking, 'can't wait to Yelp about this!'  The staff was friendly and very polite! I would recommend this salon with no reservations and would visit again if ever in the area and in need of any of the services they provide.Did I mention the massage chair? I just went a few hours ago, super sweet people but i got pink and whites and they are terrible! They look awful, crazy thick, one is coming off and i have 4 that arent even attached to my actual nail except on the edges. I could forgive for have one messed up nail but 4?! Not to mention one was put on crooked. They may be very nice people but they definitely need to work on their skill. Read Less
