I decided to give Hollywood Nails 3 stars. So, I came here to see what the fuss was about. I got a mani/ pedi and my eyebrows waxed. Customer service was okay and the lady that completed my eyebrows & pedicure did an amazing job. However, the guy who did my nails rush right through the design process. Not to mention my pink & white French ombré design became a brownish color after one week of wearing them. Clearly, the acrylic nail product was defected and this guy was not mentally there to fully pull off the design I wanted. I will be taking my business somewhere else. Read Less

After being faithful customers over a year i am highly disappointed. I arrived at 545pm today and after being told to pick out color and seeing over 10 workers in the salon, i was told they couldn’t do it no one was there to do it and they closed at 6pm. I want to add that I’ve arrived at 545pm once before and had no issues being serviced. I’ve never known an establishment to stop servicing and allowing workers to leave before closing. The last time i came i was told only 1 person doesn’t do pedicures and that was the female owner. I wouldn’t recommend this location anymore. Read Less

Went to the place with a friend today. We both were told to go to two stations beside each other to get our nails done. As my friend got her nails done I waited for my service, she was moved to the pedi station and I was told they didn't know what was going on with me for me to go to station 1, as I waited 2 ppl came to me asking what I wanted but never giving me service, ppl came and went, my friend had her mani/pedi done and after an hour and 20 minutes waiting for my service I had enough of waiting for service even after being there before the 10 ppl that walked in after me that got service. This place is not worth the wait. Horrible customer service. They don't care about the client that is waiting or the one that has brought 5 ppl to them but now I will tell this story and so will my friend. The one they tried to get to call me. Read Less

This place is amazing! I was visiting from Miami for my sisters wedding. I was running late and needed my nails done asap since the wedding was in a few hours. I was immediately greeted and assisted within a few minutes. To my surprise, while I was getting my pedicure done... they started working on my nails as well... so I was finished in no time! They had saved the day without even knowing it! My nails are still looking beautiful. I received so many compliments. I have been a faithful customer at HN for more than 12 yrs. As of late, I would have to say the service is hit or miss. From 2 hour long waits, to half done pedicures has really been quite disappointing. Just today, I went back to get my toenails repainted because their perfect match colors turned out as hot pink finger nails and red toenails. I was appalled when Tracy charged me another fee to repaint them after I had just paid $90 for their services just a couple of days ago. I get the perfect match for that sole purpose and should not have been charged for their error. Needless to say, this will be my last visit there and I will let my other friends and family who I have recommended over the years to seek another salon. Read Less

I do not believe ANY bad reviews on this place! I have seen the owners deal with rude, ignorant, disruptive people, and they have done nothin but bend over backwards to make it right. I normally love this place but today was very disappointed due to having my heal cut pretty bad, 2 of my toe nails cut into the quick and 1 hour later my gel polish is already chipping off of 1 of my finger nails. Read Less

New to Middle Georgia and was in search of a good nail place and gave them a try on a whim! No wait when I went in for a pedicure, and he did a great job. Took my mom with me a couple days later and got an acrylic with gel polish mani that looks and feels so good! Will definitely be my regular nail salon :) Read Less

The only nail place that I feel comfortable going to! I get into a chair as soon as I pick out colors for my nails. They are wonderful at nail art as well as waxing. Staff has even brought bottles of water to the desk while I was getting my nails done, which was very nice! All the staff are wonderful and super professional. Went for the first time last week and I got into a chair right away. I had a full set of gel nails put on. They listened to exactly how I wanted them. Def recommend this nail salon! A helpful hint: if you pay with a debit/credit card be sure to tell them how much you're going to tip before they run your card. I made that mistake and had to run to the ATM nearby. Read Less

I have been going to this place with my children for 5 years. On 5/1/2013 I paid $17.oo for a fill in and left a $5.00 tip for the gentleman who did my nails. The next day my nail chipped so I went back to get it repaired. I must say I have never had problems with my nails before this,I have always been satisfied with the quality. Anyway they repair the nail for free but can you imagine that the colour I used could not be found so she was going to paint my repaired nail with something that was close. I had to pay $6.00 out of my pocket to change my nail colour. I will never give this businness any more of my money. I think it is just sad that this is how they do business Read Less
