Do not go here. And do not get a gel polish if you do. I went in 5/29/18 and got just a gel polish. The lady grunted at me multiple times because I wouldn't let her upsell me. By 5/31/18 the polish was lifting off my nails. When I went in to get a refund the guy wouldn't because it was past 3 days. He then proceeded to peel off the polish. I told him since he did that he needed to just remove it. He tried to charge me $10 for a fresh gel polish and I told him "no." Then he filed my long, strong, natural nail down to paper thin and nubs for length while getting the gel polish off. He then offered to do a regular polish for free to make me happy. As I was leaving he bumped my nail on the dryer and wouldn't fix the smudge. I am never going back. Now, I am just gonna cut my nails off and start over because they look and feel awful. Read Less

Love this place! After searching for a new nail place in Warner Robins, I finally found one that is consistent! I used to go to a couple on GA, but some of the techs had no idea what they were doing, and my gel would chip and my nails would break with ease. Exquisite Nails is the best i have been too. And my nail tech is amazing. She always does the best for you and goes out of her way to make sure that you are happy. I attached a pic of my nails to show her work, and this is after a couple weeks. I have tried out many nail salons in the city and surrounding area, and this is probably the best one I have been to. They are always busy, which I like to see. I love how they pay special attention to my cuticles and to making all of my nails the same shape. I have been happy with my nails every time I leave and for up to two and a half weeks after. This is one of my favorite nail shops in the middle GA area. They did an excellent job on my mom's pedicure, and she had a chipped toe nail, once they were done you would have never known that it had been chipped. They really took their time with my nails and gave me exactly what I wanted. The staff was nice and friendly. They didn't rush like some nail places do. I was happy with the way my nails and toes turned out. The prices were a little above average but you get what you pay for. Read Less

She also massaged my legs and feet quite a bit and the price was very low in comparison with all the work she did. Very relaxing experience, I recommend this place and especially Tracy highly! Very unprofessional!!!! They rush on you, they were auguring in front of us and they wanted several people to work my nails and no one knew what I wanted done.  Nail polish was all over my daughters fingers and ask a tech to remove it and she said find the one who work on her.  They didn't even deserve one star for that day!!! Amazing service! I'm used to paying 65$ for acrylics so I was happy when i found out it was only 35$ and they look really good. Everyone was super nice from the moment I walked in the door, very inviting atmosphere and it was a decent looking place. When I walked up they were pretty busy so I was worried I'd be annoyed waiting forever but they were really quick so that was awesome. I'm only here until Friday but if I'm ever back in this area again for some reason I will definitely have to come back! Would recommend for sure! Let me start by saying what I do like: the number of pedicure chairs aaaannnndddd...Lisa one of the owners. The service is always rushed and please keep in mind I’ve given them multiple tries over a span of some years. Every time I get a gel manicure from them it starts to peel within two days. This time specifically I asked the tech to redo my thumbs because the rippling in the polish indicated that they were not going to stay put. I have been going to exquisite for years and never have been done the way I was treated today. I usually get the $35 pedicure and stay approx 1 hour. He was finished with me and I was paying at the desk within 30 min. An express pedicure is what they gave me and then when I brought it to their attention, they said if I would have gotten the number 4 instead of the number 5 it would have been an hour. Can we say rip-off!!! The paraffin wax is the only difference btw the #4 and #5. NOTHING was offered to make up for this. They won’t have my business anymore. Read Less

Every time I come in a different person does my nails, each one worse than the one before. Literally just had my nails done and the older woman didn't give a shit about what I wanted. I ask for dark blue, show her my dress to my brothers wedding, ask for round nails and she says the picture i have shown her for a design example has square round. They tell me sns will break because I have weak nail beds, she puts sns on after I approve acrylic and a gel polish. The design is a... joke. There are places where the tip edges are showing, the nails are so thick they look like candy gum drops. After I have shown several employees my dress and wants, they waited until after applying the sns to tell me they don't have a paint color to match for design. Then they argue in a different language in front of me. I explain I will be traveling all next week before wedding and cannot get nails done later and apparently I have to find another store to fix and correct. Thanks, won't be back. So disappointed. Had an decent visit at Hollywood and decided to look elsewhere and now wish I never had. They aren't very friendly, they act as if they're rushing, and they don't do a very good job at all. My nails look awful and I had to get them corrected multiple times and they still look awful. The quality of work is not worth the price. I feel like I paid more for the experience than the services. The girls are nice, the atmosphere is great but they just don't do a good job on your nails. I started going to Exquisite Nails in March of 2015. I went every 2 weeks on the dot for 10 months. I can't speak for all nail techs as I've only had 3 different techs do my nails but Tim is an amazing person and he does such a great job that he is the only nail tech I will let do my nails. I always get the solar nails and Tim knows exactly how I like them and always takes time and care with my sensitive hands. Unfortunately the pedicures can be hit and miss depending on who does it but my experiences haven't been all that bad. I only get one every 4-6 weeks. Tim gets two thumbs up and as long as I continue to get my nails done, I will always return to Exquisite. The staff is always friendly and it's just an overall good experience. Read Less

Came in with daughter to get my nails done, I showed them a picture of what I wanted, they said they can do it. Half way they said they couldn't and ended up getting some different. Came here on a sat night before Valentine's Day! They were still busy but walked my friend and I right in! They have a separate side "spa side" that stays much quieter for pedicures! Good quality. Absolutely awful job. Lady that did my toes was extremely rude and the lady that painted my nails did a job that mirrored that of a 4-year-old. I came here because there was a lot of hype About how nice this place is . They were wrong. My mom and I came her and spent 100 on just pedicures . Usually toe nail polish last forever .. At least three weeks . Well on my 5th day my toe nails started to chip. And i haven't done anything hard on my feet. Good quality. My husband and I go here frequently. When business is slower, you do get better service. As for cleanliness, I always keep a close watch and have never been disappointed. I would suggest making a trip during Monday or Tuesday during the day. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I'll be going back tomorrow actually. Marcy is a massage therapist who works there and does a phenomenal job, just book prior to showing up. We love Exquisite!!!Update...this salon gets too busy.
