I have been an on again off again customer for this business for well over a decade and am truly disappointed with how far downhill they have gone. I hadn't been for quite some time but had heard of the changes they had been making so decided to give them yet another try. Big mistake. I wanted to treat myself to a nice pedicure as well as try out SNS nails as I have heard nothing but great things about this nail system only to be told by one of the owners that he "didn't think I would like SNS and should just get a gel manicure." which led me to believe he just didn't want to take the time to do my nails.  (I've had this issue with their staff before in the past) Unbelievable!! After my gel manicure I was taken over to the pedicure chairs and as I sat down the nail tech tried to begin working on my toes before they had even had time to soak, not to mention that I wasn't even offered a choice of pedicure (which I KNOW they offer a vast variety) I asked to see the booklet with all of the different services and she did not seem very happy about that. She rushed her way through my entire pedicure so much so that she didn't even take the time to make sure my entire nail was even polished. Absolutely ridiculous. All I wanted was a nice pedicure to take the edge off of a long day and I did nothing but waste my money on this business who truly needs to step their game up. So disappointing. Read Less

Honestly I disliked the place. Went to get a pedicure,manicure,and eyebrows. They were so freakin slow and at times just not attentive at all. My manicure is horrible!!! It looks like I have a fake nail on top of my own. My moms manicure no effort to it. Oh and my pedicure my toes look uneven and for what they charge,omg,I don't think so!! So ppl this place is a no go for me a 1 star is to generous. Read Less

Worst pink and whites I've ever gotten. I can't wait till they grow out.  I have a new baby so I have very limited time. I noticed that the nails were too wide and the pink was too short. The guy doing them didn't even ask if I liked them. The gel is either too far from my cuticle or on top of it. On some nails it's both. I won't ever be back. I will make sure I worm people about how bad their work is. I could go on about how bad it looks but I'm done, I just want be returning. Read Less

I've been going here for quite some time. Their service is hit or miss. Today I went in for a new set of acrylic overlay with gel nail polish. I get the the same thing EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in there. So, today I went in for service. She ripped my nails off. Ripped them off with another acrylic nail. Then as she was ripping I told her to be careful because she would break my natural nail. My nails are healthy and a decent length. She ignored me, cracking three of them. So all of them had to be cut insanely short. She tried comforting by saying "putting a tip on it will be healthier". I almost cursed at her. I told her to just shape my nails and polish them so I could leave. She couldn't even shape them right. I asked for square-round, she gave me hard core, jersey shore square nails. Like... What? I love the salon because it's usually quiet and 90% of the time they do a good job. But today was just not that day. Take your chances I guess. Read Less

I have been going to Classic Nails for a couple of years, and in the meantime I have also been to other nail salons in Warner Robins. I keep coming back to Classic because the professionals are very nice, and the ambiance is great: no blaring TV's, no loud music. The only negative is that sometimes you will get a longer wait and they are not so straightforward when informing you realistically about that, so you are placed in a chair with your feet soaking and half an hour later you are still waiting for someone to take care of you, but that is *not* the norm, most of the times I am in and out of there in a jif. I just went in here for a polish change on my toes, and didn't have much time. They got me in pretty quickly, but then tried to convince me to get a manicure. I said, no, and then she asked me if I wanted a design on my toes. If I wanted a design...wouldn't I have asked for that???  I felt like she was just trying to get me to spend more money, and was kinda pushy about it.  Then, she charged me more than the posted price for the polish change!  WTH??  I gave her the money, but no tip. Stopped by here when I was in town. Very impressed! This is as nice as some of the salons in Atlanta. Everything is new and clean and the staff was nice. Vally, who I think was the manager on duty was very helpful and polite. Will be back when I am visiting. Read Less

I don't think I've been disappointed by the job they have done on my nails yet.  I typically get a pedicure once a month and my nails filled in every 3 weeks.  The prices are just a little more than other places but it is worth it.  The decor is simple but clean and for the most part the other language conversations are kept to a minimum.  The owners are typically present if there is a problem (which I haven't had), the massage chairs are nice.  They even have smaller massage chairs for your daughters or for someone of smaller stature!They added a tanning salon to the set up but I cannot comment on that as I don't use it.I will continue to go back to them for my manis and pedis.
