My daughter and I waited forever. The lady that did my pedicure and painted my daughter's toenails did an awesome job. But the lady who did my full set seemed rushed. She never pushed my cuticles back, None of my nails were the same size or the same shape. She also did not paint the sides were the tips of my fingers that I look funny when you look at them from different angles. I ended up spending $70 to have a pedicure and for the lady to paint my toes with gel finger nail Polish, and my daughter to get her toenails painted with a flower on the toe, and a full set with gel finger nail polish. I waited over an hour in a pedicure chair. I asked after 40 or so minutes, how many others were in front of me to validate my place in the wait and the response was one ahead of me. After the lady in front of me was taken care of I was skipped not only once but twice and remained waiting. It was not until I said that I was going to come back a different day that they wanted to help out and told me to wait 5 minutes. As I walked out the owner/manager didn't even say a word. The customer service was lacking...my time is worth something, too. They may think I have all day but after a full day of work...I certaintly don't have all evening. I have been to this place many times before, over 10 times. I only get pedicures here but the last time I went in which was May 13th to get my usual pedicure that my boyfriend paid for me for my birthday. They gave me an INEXPERIENCED boy who DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. I have ingrown nails on my toes and I have never had a problem with the people getting them out for me before, well the little boy did and ripped my nail wrong and made me bleed which hurt. I explained to him I didn't want the rest done. Then he painted my toes the color I wanted but it looked like a 2 yr old painted them!! I had paint all over my toes. My boyfriend went back in and complained to them. All they did was take nail polish remover and go around my toes to remove the blue on my skin, but my little toes weren't even completely painted, he left places unpainted, they didn't fix that. They also only gave me $10. I should've gotten a full refund due to the pain I suffered from them letting an INEXPERIENCED boy do pedicures. Read Less

We had a party of three including a 3 year old. They were packed when we got there, but they still got us in quickly and had us sitting together. The service was awesome and they did an awesome job on our manicures and pedicures. Highly recommend this place! Read Less

I have been going to Signature Nails for a few months now. No complaints what so ever. I make appointments, and I'm in and out in a timely manner. Customer service is great! I always get what I ask for, and nails last 3+ weeks. It's hard to find a great nail tech; I'm glad I found mine (Tony) so close to home. Read Less
