I Use to like this place. Unfortunately, I went In recently and they had a new look and new techs. First, the young pregnant lady did my pedi. She kept complaining about being tired. That should have been a red flag. She scrubbed my feet a little, pushed the cuticle down and painted them. Nothing else. The paint job looked like my 5 year old son did it. I waited so long to get my toes done and right that when it was time for nails, I had no time. I had been there forever. Therefore, I asked that they just change the polish. The nail tech was also ready to get out. It was closing time. The nails looked great at first until a few days later. All ten nails color peeled off like a press on nail. Horrible!!!! I thought That the paint was cheap. But after thinking about it, i realized That the nail tech never even buffed my nails. He just painted them, put me under the gel light and kept it moving. They will sit in your face and talk bad about you, they like to rush. Don’t know how to shape a nail. I only like 1 nail tech which is a guy and 1 older lady that does pedis but with the way they speak and treat you I will definitely not go back anymore. Save your money and go somewhere else. Never again, I went for a full set of a square round set before she even put my acrylic on she had filed them into a coffin shape. Then say it’s because I have small nail beds but yet I’ve been getting my nails done for over ten yrs and have never changed my shape then debated with me and said she would fix them by then my nails were two different shapes so I asked her to take them off and she had an attitude never again Read Less

I had a horrible experience here with KIM. I got SNS  and one of my nails literally broke the same day. I went back to get my nail repaired then the next day 3 more broke. I assure you I do not engage in extra rough activities, my nail broke from simply scratching my head. I do nails so I knew the sns was too thin. I came in once again to repair my broken nails and she mentions a camera is watching her do my nails. Ummm why mention that like I did something wrong or like I have ill intentions??! How rude. What are you trying to say?! Then I asked if she could use the third step with the set instead of a gel finish coat because I have that same set and I wanted the correct steps. Besides, if I wanted a gel overlay I would have clearly gotten gel. I wanted SNS. Once I state that in a calm manner she then went on a loud tangent. Then all of a sudden she raised her voice at me to where the entire shop could hear the entire conversation of her being very rude to me. Unlike her I'm a lady and I held my composure. I real woman knows how to get her point across without raising her voice. I ended by saying I'll never come back and in any site I can tell about my horrible experience I will! DO NOT GO TO KIM AT THE NAIL SALON IN WALMART IN UNION CITY. You will regret it if you do. Horrible service. We all just want to get our money's worth? Why be rude? Wish I could give a 0. They don't know how to properly manage when it gets packed. I don't know why they have a check in list because they don't go by it. So when it gets busy go ahead and do a u-turn. They rush and nip your fingers when it's gets busy. They just want the money they care less for the quality when it her busy smh. This placed sucked. Never ever again will I go there. First time and last. The manicurist hurried through my fill in and my nails were on fire from whatever solution/powder she used. Paint job looked like my 4 yr old did it. And let's not talk about my toes.OMG she messed them up while trying to put on my flip flops do instead of her taking the polish off she just globbed on more polish to cover it up. After I got home 2 hrs later still wasn't dry and they messed up even more. It looks horrible. I'll have to ho somewhere else tomorrow to correct this mess. I'm so disappointed Read Less

MY NAILS LOOKED GREAT. MOST PEOPLE WERE POLITE AND WORKED QUICKLY. BUT THE WAIT FOR OTHERS TO GET SERVICED WAS HORRIBLE. Usually I go to Natural Nails in Fairburn (near the Shell-Lakes at Cedar Grove subdivision) but my boyfriend broke my nail near the nerves and I had to get to a salon that day. I called Regal Nails and they were very polite over the phone. Once I got there everyone seemed really polite except for the first man they sat me down with. He acted as if he could not help me when I simply asked for a soak off and manicure (he was probably too concerned about going to get his smoke in and playing on his phone). I eventually got sat down with another male technician and I'm sure his name was David. He was very kind and tried to find the best way to take care on my nails since I typically get SNS and this salon does not offer it. He was very gentle while taking care of my hands, yet very fast. I don't know how he did it but he convinced me to get solar nails (acrylic overlay & gel polish). I ended up loving them. But as for the actual salon I don't think they had enough people working a lot of people were waiting and becoming frustrated. I sure I'll be going back, but hopefully never on a busy day. Read Less

The best nail salon in union city. Their girls are excellent. Most techs can do artificial nails. I usually go to Kathy or Helen or Mindy. They are clean by the way. Services are superb. I would recommend  you to give them a try if you have a hard time finding a good nail salon. Read Less
