I was a loyal customer supporting this business from the time they took over from the previous owner. My nails were done by the owner Brian and the polish began to chip. Went back he was on vacation and his staff advised me that I had to pay again to correct his errors which was unacceptable because it had only been a day before my polish started chipping. I was very upset and the staff began to speak in their language which made me even more furious because I have tipped most of these people for years. Went back to speak with Brian and he condoned their behavior and said he can do my nails but his staff refuse to do my pedi. No problem I decided to take my business elsewhere. At the end of the day when you've been patronizing a business for years and the money you spend is unappreciated move on... I will never go there again..

Alot of upgrades the work is done rapidly and very poor best to use for a quik nail polish change for the prices they charge for that its best to do some looking around first

I wish i could give this nail shop 0 stars. I went in and asked the nail tech for a fill in. He then was drilling around my lifted nail. I asked him to please cut off the lifted part before laying the gel. I don’t know but he seemed to be offended that i was asking him clip off the lifting nail. He proceeds to tell me he knows how to speak English ( in which i told him i said nothing about that ) and to sit and let me do his job. What !? I then told him that i am the customer and I’m paying him so if he could just do what i asked. He then turned off his drill and told me to leave. I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. Only because i asked a question. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP! They have no respect for their customers.

Awesome experience with SNS and Gel services at this salon. Nice and efficient is hard to find. Thanks Sophie, Nancy, and Drian!!! You all were amazing! 😁

They are VERY rude i used to go to Mina Until i went for an appt and seen Brian the owner argue with a customer but i didn’t learn my lesson and went again .. the next time it was me. All they do is talk trash in chinese . all i asked was for someone who can do square because that’s the shape i want and he tells me He has to do my nails because no one else wants to.. i said should i go somewhere else? and he shrugs so i left. Horrible & happy to see others experienced this so they can warn others not to go .

I called to check their prices I was told one thing over the phone and my price almost doubled by the end. I didn't have to wait but I went on a week day. Overall I'll stick with my regular salon

I called and made an appointment for 5:15. I sat there waiting for Mary until 5:45. When I asked the owner, Mina, why I hadn't been seen yet she had the nerve to tell me that I just had to wait until she was done. I asked her why she gave me a 5:15 appointment if it couldn't be granted!! She immediately began speaking in her native tongue to the other employees...which I find extremely rude. What's the use in calling for an appt if you're going to be treated like a walk-in?!?

Use to go here all the time to get my nails done, up until this past Sunday. My nails turned out great but after getting home whatever chemicals they put started to react on my cuticles and fingers. It's been two days and they burn and itch, I've put all kinds of ointment and nothing goes away. I tried to go in the salon to get a refund or credit and they turned me away because "it wasn't their problem" they said it was my fault for having an allergic reaction to THEIR products! Something that had never happened. The personnel are extremely rude when it comes to situations like this. They neglect all kinds of responsibility. So please don't get your nails done here. God knows what products they use on you. Smh

Horrible customer service. I waited for 35 min until someone who arrived after me was serviced first. When I asked the MANAGER he yelled at me "oh we made a mistake, if you don't like you can leave." After I commented on him yelling at a customer he continued to yell and say "what more do you want from me?" There was a nice young lady that tried to service me afterwards but being disrespectful to me is a definite deal breaker.

I miss living in Ga and getting my brows done here. The girl that did my eyebrows had a libra tattoo on her arm and she was real laid back and friendly. I wouldn't let anyone in the city touch my eyebrows but her. I always left satisfied. She's very good. I remember one day i came in during the prom season for high schoolers and their was a line to get my brows done. She's that Good!

I was a loyal customer supporting this business from the time they took over from the previous owner. My nails were done by the owner Brian and the polish began to chip. It's been two days and they burn and itch, I've put all kinds of ointment and nothing goes away.
