STAY AWAY!!! An hour to get a pedicure on a slow day! Then, Lynn stops three times to do three eyebrow waxes for people who ALL came after me! Not one time did she washed her hands! Not to mention, despite three open seats, they sit a lady by me and drills her polish off, which got all over my arm, pants, phones and shoes! Definitely not a good first impression & I will never return! Take it from me, don't go there!

I caught a reallllyyyyy bad foot fungus. My big toe nail on my foot started oozing puss and eventually came completely off! I took my doctor bill to the shop asking to speak to the manager they said there’s no manager! Really? I have a lawyer helping with my case against this shop! Ladies please beware! This shop is very nasty! And they are RACIST AGAINST BLACK PEOPLE!!!!!

This place is disgusting!! Something smelled moldy and spoiled. The nail polish looks old and used up. I went In early and the floors around the pedicure chairs looked like they haven’t been swept or mopped in ages!! They filled the water up to do my feet and grabbed the cuticle cutter from the station beside her. The one that was used on the previous client I watched get up. I walked Out of there barefoot!! The health dept should shut that nasty place down!!

They are very rude about the service they provide. You ask them to do something about their mess up. They threaten that they are going to call the police if you complain about the service. The work that is done is not quality work. They are terrible at what they do here and customer service is even worse. If you care about the service and quality of work that is done for the price they are charging you then you will not even give them a thought. They need to go out of business. DO NOT COME HERE. CONSUMER BEWARE.

I used to love going to this place but never again, I stopped in to get my eyebrows done and the lady who did them started off with an attitude but I went ahead and got them done. When it came time for me to pay she swiped my card which has a chip the first transaction says on the receipt it was cancelled so she did it again the second time the same thing so she turns tell me my card declined and that I have no money then caught an even worse attitude when I tell her there is definitely money on my card and that she did the transaction wrong and cancelled. Then starts fussing in her native language to someone else to come and run my card which it then goes through on the first try. Never again will I spend my money here!!!

I went in today 01/26/17 to get my eyebrows done when it was time to pay I provided my fiancés card I was told the total is $7 the nail tech charged his card $70!!! I talked to the owner Steven and was told the money was refunded but wouldn't post for another day or two. The nail techs still said I need to pay even though I didn't get my refund right away.I said no so spoke with the owner again and he said black people always do this and then hung up the phone in my face so I am on the phone with a lawyer and trying to contact the news company as we speak as someone mentioned a few months ago the owner doesn't care about his customers especially the black ones.

The male nail tech put too many clear coatings on my nail polish, I stayed under the machine and this morning my nails messed up after getting out the shower because the nail polish never dried. I called and a male tech and he was very rude and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with a female. She was more professional. Please don't go to the males. Or at lease not be short one there.

STAY AWAY!!! An hour to get a pedicure on a slow day! Then, Lynn stops three times to do three eyebrow waxes for people who ALL came after me! Not one time did she washed her hands! This place is disgusting!! Something smelled moldy and spoiled. The nail polish looks old and used up. I went In early and the floors around the pedicure chairs looked like they haven’t been swept or mopped in ages!! They are very rude about the service they provide. You ask them to do something about their mess up. They threaten that they are going to call the police if you complain about the service. The work that is done is not quality work. They are terrible at what they do here and customer service is even worse. If you care about the service and quality of work that is done for the price they are charging you then you will not even give them a thought. They need to go out of business. DO NOT COME HERE. I used to love going to this place but never again, I stopped in to get my eyebrows done and the lady who did them started off with an attitude but I went ahead and got them done. The male nail tech put too many clear coatings on my nail polish, I stayed under the machine and this morning my nails messed up after getting out the shower because the nail polish never dried. I called and a male tech and he was very rude and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with a female. She was more professional. Please don't go to the males. Or at lease not be short one there.
