I got the worst SNS gel manicure I've ever had at this salon--it was bulky and clumpy-looking.  This is the only nail salon I've ever gone to where the technician was so rough that my cuticles burned when I had to put my hands under the curing lamp (which I don't understand why it was needed for SNS gel anyway). I removed the gel after only three days because my nails hurt, and they are still sensitive now (a couple weeks later). Read Less

The people were nice, but I had a pedicure done and both my big toes on my feet have an infection on the sides of the nails where they trim the skin. This has never happened before at any other place. I do not think sterile techniques were being used.Read Less

I was from out of town and my ftsaid earltshe went to the nail shop so I wanted to try , they were inviting they all said hello even the young man in the back bit old ergo work. It was very clean and bright. Flat screen tv's about the walls. When I'm in Tucker again , I will stop by. I hope they don't close anytime soon. Read Less

I have been to several salons in the area and wasn't satisfied with my nails. Glad to say I have FINALLY found "my spot" to get my nails done. I went today for the second time and Jimmy did my nails. Jimmy is phenomenal! I have never looked at my nails after getting them done and not found at least one flaw...until now. Thanks Jimmy! New regular customer here! Had SNS done yesterday and I love it! The shop was quiet and relaxed--I didn't feel like cattle being herded through like at many other shops in this area, which is a welcome change. The staff was friendly and pricing was fair and on par with what I've paid elsewhere. My only complaint doesn't actually have anything to do with my nails...the shop smelled of cigarette smoke, which I found to be quite odd. Having said that, it wasn't significant enough to prevent me from going back. I'll definitely be back in two weeks to change up my color. Read Less

There were so many beautiful colors to choose from, but the nail tech doing my nails....was something else. Prior to setting my appointment, I was describing my nails through the phone and was told it would be $25. I asked again how much they would be after walking into the store, and she said $25 After having my nail tips glued on and trimmed to my liking, the nail tech bumped the price up to $30 before applying the acrylic to my nails. I asked her about the $25, and she kept stating that they were $30. I told her I didn't want them anymore and that I would go to a different salon, and she proceeded to roughly yank them off of my fingers which HURT a lot. I'm no girly-girl. I can tell you that now. So, me getting a mani or pedi seems pretty ridiculous, but I've done it. My mother-in-law loves getting her toes done, but is VERY particular about things. So, she searched for a very long time to find a place that: a)cleaned their supplies and establishment to her satisfaction, b)had good customer service, c)had comfortable chairs, d)didn't charge an arm and a leg, and e)didn't yammer on and on to their friends in a foreign language. You just KNOW that they're talking about you! Once she found the place, she had me tag along.I've been here a handful of times now, getting both mani's and pedi's and both at the same time. here's as far as I can figure:They sanitize everything from the nail files and scissors to the chairs and foot bath's. They are very polite, and always ask before they do something if it will cost more, and tell you how much it will be. (Like doing the spa leg massage, or details on the nails.) Their chairs for the pedicure station are squishy with good support and massaging with lot of controlled settings you can change. Their prices are posted in plain view, and they will tell you if something will cost more -- and sometimes will do discounts if you're getting several things done. And while they will, every once in awhile, say a few words to each other in their native tongue, it's generally about business (cleaning or tipping or where something was left), and then they go back to talk to you. As well as nails, they also do waxing and have tanning beds too. I've never done the waxing or tanning -- but the other girls in there do. And  they seem very pleased with their experience. The only reason I had to knock off one star is because of my most recent visit. I had finally convinced my husband to go get a manicure with me, after M-O-N-T-H-S of harassing him about it. When we sat down they gave him a new girl. Male mani's aren't that difficult. You trim back the cuticles, cut the nails, buff it up to shine and maybe massage the hand a bit. No big deal. New Girl ended up cutting open his finger pretty badly and well... needless to say - he won't be going back. However -- on the bright side, it didn't get infected, in healed up quickly and there's not even a mark now. Read Less
