The equipment was not cleaned properly. I didn't see anything put in sanitizer. Lady refused to give me another coat although I could see through the Polish. No real massage.... I wish I went to the place near Bambenellis again.

The only thing she did right was my ingrown toenail and eyebrows were pretty good. Other than that it was rushed and lazy. She did not get the dead skin off of my feet, did not massage AT ALL and I literally had to redo my own pedicure at 36 weeks pregnant. My nails are all different lengths and some are way thicker than others. I only wanted the tips painted but they acted as if it that was an issue and they were making the decisions for me. Basically I feel as if I wasted $64 at this place that I was trying for the first time. 😡

First the wait it horrible. They put you in the chair and put water in there to try to get you to stay. She did a horrible pedicure. It was very lazily done. She put at least 4 coats of polish on my feet, which of course looked thick. Which wouldn't be a problem if quality polish was used, OPI or Essie etc. My manicure wasn't any better. After getting home, I further inspect, I have jagged toe nails where she didn't file them correctly after cutting. I have bubbles in my polish on my hands. And I realized she didn't file my nails which now one of nails are broken already. I will never go back here.

My pedicure looked worse than it would if I did them myself. Paid extra $1 for a topcoat that's an extra shied. Nail Polish started coming off day 1. Cuticles weren't done clean. Toe nails were cut uneven. Ones square, ones round. Never ever will I go to this place again. Should've took advice of the other reviews!

The only thing she did right was my ingrown toenail and eyebrows were pretty good. Other than that it was rushed and lazy. She did not get the dead skin off of my feet, did not massage AT ALL and I literally had to redo my own pedicure at 36 weeks pregnant. My nails are all different lengths and some are way thicker than others. I only wanted the tips painted but they acted as if it that was an issue and they were making the decisions for me. Basically I feel as if I wasted $64 at this place that I was trying for the first time. 😡

My pedicure looked worse than it would if I did them myself. Paid extra $1 for a topcoat that's an extra shied. Nail Polish started coming off day 1. Cuticles weren't done clean. Toe nails were cut uneven. Ones square, ones round. Never ever will I go to this place again. Should've took advice of the other reviews!
