Kendra was very warm and friendly and her openness to answering my questions and any concerns I had was met with top notch knowledge, experience and care. I always have the best experience here. Barbie in particular, is a master at her craft. She knows exactly what to do, never does more than is needed, and is a beautiful person inside and out. I always feel comfortable and confident in her care. She has done dysport and the mini lip for me. I was so nervous about the lips and I can tell you that she is amazing at lips!!!! I was interested in laser hair removal and chose Vitality Med Spa based off of good reviews I read and because of the Membership program that they offer. The annual membership allows me to get the laser service I want, as well as try other services that they offer, by paying just a monthly fee. The facility is updated, clean and welcoming. The staff at the front desk is friendly, as well as Kendra, who preformed my laser procedure. Kendra was very professional and the whole process was easy going. I can't yet comment on my results since I have only had one treatment so far, but overall I would recommend Vitality Med Spa. Read Less

Hands down the best spa ever. Beautiful facility. From the time you walk in until you walk out, no matter the service you are receiving, you are made to feel welcomed and appreciated. I absolutely LOVE Vitality. I have been to '"specialty" laser centers and to a couple of dermatologists and have never gotten the results I wanted or was told I would have. Kendra took one look at the issue I've been dealing with and said "This is what you need." She even took the extra time to do the treatment after my regularly scheduled procedure.
