I was hesitant at first but when I walked into the palor, I was greeted by Amanda who made me feel comfortable. She talked to me the whole time I was there and my nails are beautiful! I've been searching for a new nail salon since my move to the area a year ago. I had a 3 month period where I had to stop the trials altogether and let my nails heal and regrow because of the different methods and damage from each salon. I finally found Holly at Together Nail Parlor and she has been taking great care of my nails. I get pink and white french overlays and she enlightened me the process I was used to wasn't correct. The other salons never applied a base coat or asked me if I wanted a base coat, even though I complained to them about the breakage. I clean my car at least weekly and handle my 80 pound black lab daily which can cause a lot of wear and tear and my nails would break easily. The SNS method she applied has been great for my nails and my lifestyle. My dog actually cracked the top layer of one of my nails recently and I had to wait a couple of days before I could go get it repaired. Because the base coat was still intact I didn't feel any pain from the cracks and it didn't take long for Holly to repair it. Read Less

This was my first time here, after having had a bad experience with gel nails at another establishment. I have been letting my nails grow on their own for a while now, and have moved in the interim. I read all the reviews on here, and decided to give Together a try. Sooo happy i did! They are fantastic!! In fact, when I mentioned that it was my first time here, another patron mentioned that I'll never want to go any where else--good advertising! VERY clean and comfortable. Had a deluxe mani and pedi, and got the wax on both, and can attest that both my fingers and toes feel super silky smooth! The *only* suggestion I'd give this business is to play soothing music to match the soothing decor (they play too 40s style pop). Buuuut, overall, I will DEFINITELY be returning! I used to go here until i had an uncomfortable experience with the tech. Ok it's really hard for me to relax and I'm sure they encounter this all the time. The tech kept snapping at me to relax my hand (WHICH DIDNT HELP BTW) and was forcefully twisting it. At other places they say it nicely and often a glass of wine helps lol. I have been going here for a few months and have recommended to my daughters and many of my friends. Recently i went in on my lunch break to get SNS. I picked a pretty light pink to be close to the pink i had on my toes. The color was Christmas RED! I did not have time for a color change. I like red but really wanted pink for summer time. She said it was not labeled correctly. Mistakes happen so i just came back the next day at lunch to get my toes polished to be a similar match of pink. I was give extreme attitude by one of the ladies and she was very rude to me. I truly felt as i had done something wrong or asked for a discount or FREE! They were busy (very small place). I waited and certainly waited longer than i should. I left. I will not return. I always was respectful and tipped well. I am sure my happiness and money will be welcomed better somewhere else. 2 words. Absolutely terrible.My friend called the store to make an appointment for 5:15PM. We confirmed all prices for everything we were getting. The main concern were my nails. I needed to get a full set of acrylic removed so I could replace it with SNS. We were told on the phone it would be $30. Okay.We get to the shop and re-confirmed with the receptionist. $30 for me. I get in the chair and before the tech starts my nails, she tells me it'll be $45. ($40 for the SNS and $5 extra for the length and shape). I tell them what the receptionist said. They call over their manager Tiffany. When I repeat what we were told by the receptionist and over the phone, Tiffany literally raises her voice and tells me the receptionist was just confused. First, why am I the one being yelled at when I am the customer who has been misinformed multiple times? I ignore it and tell then to cut my nails and make it a square shape to cut the cost to $40.I get to the register and I am still charged $45 for my hands. I called before I went there and asked how much a FULL SET of acrylics were they said $25. I come in and get my nails done and they give me l these options like glitter nails or Matt top coats but they don't bother to tell me that it was extra. I ended up walking out losing $50. We just moved here and I have been wanting to find a nail salon as my go to since there are SO MANY nail places in Suwanee.I'm soooo happy I found this place!!!It is most beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and relaxing nail salon I had ever been to! Everyone speaks good English to communicate and chat with. Holly was great w gel nails! They treat you with small beverages, mints, and you can book your appointments online!
