Cathie is very knowledgeable and gives great hair cuts and color. Great hair products. Love this place...everyone is great! Did and M'lis body wrap with Monica (esthetician) and lost 7 inches, in addition to detoxing. According to M'lis it is permanent inches lost. Will do more. Both Erica and Monica have given me great facials and have done numerous Face Lift Sculpting with Neurotris. Way overpriced. There is one layer on top of my hair that is choppy and way too short, it just stands out from the rest of my hair. The whole haircut was almost 90 dollars! I said I wanted the layers to allow me to still braid my hair but there’s no way I’ll be able to braid my hair for atleast a year. I have to heat style my hair every day, which is way too much for a teenager to be doing. I know what good layers are like and these are definitely not good layers. Read Less

Cathie was the best stylist and colorist I ever had in the Atlanta area - bar none. Under the skilled leadership of Cathie and Olga, they grew their salon to be awarded Best in Gwinnett. People would regularly stop me and ask who styled my hair and where I had it done Because the color looked so natural, they were shocked to find that I had it colored as well. I've been going for many years and am grateful for Cathie and Olga's knowledge and continuing education for different styles, product lines and trends. They ALWAYS make me look good 😊 and they keep an amazing staff. Today, I had a Day Spa experience as a gift and had a facial by Ericka, who did a fantastic job and my skin feels amazing. Lita gave me a one hour massage and adjusted techniques according to my situation (back and shoulder issues) and I feel fantastic! This was followed up by a hydrobath that I LOVED, it made the experience even better and my skin is thanking me for it!! This salon and spa is the jewel of Gwinnett. I was given a recommendation to see Cathie and I was thrilled with her knowledge and skill. She talked to me about my hair challenges and explained why I was having such a hard time with my hair before she made recommendations for what would look good on me. I love my hair naiw and I love the salon. Then I got a tour and fell in love with the spa! I already booked a facial and a massage and cannot wait to get back int there and relax. I purchased a Groupon for Salon Greco and it was for one process color, treatment and style. The Groupon was worth $39 so it was not a bad deal at all. My colorist was Christine and she was super friendly and nice! She asked me for my input but i told her to just do what she think it's best and my hair turns out really well. At first I walked in thinking that I want Chocolate Brown but since Fall is coming, i went with a burgundy red. I love it! The service (from calling in to make an appointment to the colorist) was very friendly. I feel like even though they are aware that I am using a Groupon, they did not treat me any differently. The only reason why I am not giving this Salon a five star is because I felt like Christine could have been more detailed when it comes to coloring my hair. Because she was not careful, there was a lot of hairdye on my face and neck. Also, I also felt like it was somewhat of a rushed job. If she have taken her time and been more detail oriented I would have given 5 stars. Overall though, I did tip her more than 20% so I was still happy. Awesome! I went in today expecting a basis treatment at best, since I work here, but was greeted by Iris as a regular customer and treated with care. When I got to Monica, I got the Royal treatment!!! She was very good, knowledgeable, and suggested a treatment plan for me at home to help maintaince my facial treatment. I had a hydra facial with Erica. It was so relaxing and informative. Before we started, she gave me an excellent consultation and asked me what I was trying to obtain with my skin. As the service went along, Erica made sure to tell me what she was doing and how I would benefit from it with at home care. It was definitely one of the best facials I've had. My Spa Day at Salon Greco was Very Relaxing and Rejuvenating! First, I had Massage with Shanna and it was excellent! She paid special attention to the areas of my body that were sore and achy. Shanna has a very relaxing and Therapeutic touch. She also knows how to put just the right amount of pressure on the trigger points and knows when to ease the pressure.The massage was not just a fuffy massage or painful but I definitely felt relaxed after. Shanna also used hot towels, Real time Pain Relief,  and stretched my legs. Next, I had my nails done with Angela. Angela is super fun and entertaining, she had me laughing my butt off. She did an excellent job of cleaning and shaping my poor nails. Also, I chose a silver chrome CND gel polish but she did not stop there and recommended a silver chrome powder additive! Which I turned out really awesome and shiny!I can't wait to try out other services and have another day at the spa!Next, will probably be a hair treatment and go through the 5 day cleanse then M'lis Body Contour wrap which will yeild a loss of 4-14. inches Read Less

I had the chance to try the Greco Facial and a Swedish Massage. To say I experienced the epitome of relaxation would almost be an understatement. The environment was clean, quiet, and relaxing and perfect for a little "me time." The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the spa itself offered an impressive line of high-end beauty products. My skin was glowing and instantly felt smoother after my facial and I haven't been as relaxed as I was after my massage since before having children. I had a really cool stylist! However, when I got there I was told no bleach was allowed from the groupon purchase (was in the print they stated). I went back to see if that was true and there was no such thing in the "Fine Print". The color swatch looked similar but the next day it was a whole shade off and I had corrected it (myself) with box color... Huge bummer.... Read Less
