I came in today for the first time with my boyfriend for manicures and pedicures. Both of us really enjoyed our time here! My bf doesn’t go to nail salon often but he loves it here. I love these guys! They have so many SNS and Gel colors that it usually takes me a long time to find my decision. It’s so relaxing here so do prepare to be pampered and have a get away time. It’s quiet and nice and very clean here. Very high quality nail salon comparing to the rest of the salons around the area. Everyone here seems to do a great job. Very well trained nail techs. I have to say Majestic Nail Bar is the best nail salon in this area. The management here is top notch and they really want to take great care of their customers unlike many other salons around. Their massage chairs is awesome! The pedicure package is worth it. I usually get the Majestic Signature Pedicure and spend 2 hrs of my relaxation time here. Seriously the most amazing nail salon ever!!!! Customer service is absolutely their main goal and focus. Making sure the customer is happy is the owner (Quan) and manager's (Gigi) number one concern. If you are unhappy in any way at all they will do everything they can to correct the problem and make it right with you. Quan & Gigi are simply the best!! Gigi is my go to girl for sure for my nails and toes. She is a perfectionist and will not let you leave with bad looking nails!! She has even won awards for her services and technique!! She can rock out some SNS like nobody else! She's the best!! I love how they always make me feel like I am the most important person and customer when I come in but they do that for each and every person that comes in, not just me. They make you feel at home while you are being pampered! My daughter and I frequent majestic to maintain our nails -we use the new powder gel nail manicure. No light needed to activate!! No skin cancer! I'm so glad to have a healthy alternative to the solar gel nails! I would like to address the review of a few weeks ago: yes there might be a little of "ethnic language " going on during your mani- pedi- but did you know that this salon is using one of the newest gel nail application without lights? Do you understand that they may need to coach or verbally assist in the technician's native language? It isn't all about you. It's unfortunate the immaturity, ignorance, and behavior of the young girl who posted the last review because as a witness, this was not the behavior I saw. Granted, I wasn't there during her whole experience, but she was obnoxiously rude and difficult to the employees who were trying to help and cater to her. She would not respond to them, except to make horrible comments back to them, she spoke ill about them behind their back and even what seemed to be her mother was rolling her eyes at her behavior. The girl wouldn't even respond to her mother when she was given a compliment if that says anything at all. I highly doubt she spoke a word of Vietnamese, but this is a free country where there is no official language, so to have an issue with someone speaking another language seems quite racist. My personal experience was the employees spoke English exceptionally well. I say go and have your own experience here..because I have nothing bad to say and I am personally in the service industry and a business owner. I probably wouldn't have had the tolerance to deal with such obnoxious behavior from a client/customer. Read Less

This was the most unprofessional and unpleasant experience. They barely spoke to me but constantly we're speaking Vietnamese to each other to the point where is was uncomfortable. I will never be returning here and will tell my friends and family to do the same. If you want to run a successful business you should learn that the way you treat the customer is the most important part and laughing and speaking another language- when everyone is completely fluent in English is very rude and disrespectful. I can speak Vietnamese and it's deplorable the things they were casually saying about myself, my mother and fellow customers. Read Less

Love the nail techs here. They all know me on a first name basis. I bring my mom and my daughters in too and they treat us all like family. Really friendly and courteous and they always do a fantastic job on my nails and I'm picky.Read Less
