Si j'ai à vous noté c'est tout simplement un 0. D'abord c'était ma 1ere expérience. J'ai utilisé un coupon rabais de 55$ pour les nouveaux clients à appliquer sur la commande. Aujourd'hui je reçoit la commande et y'avait la totalité de la facture à payé comme si le coupon non appliqué. J ai contacté yves rocher canada; le temps d'attente était de 40min pour à la fin trouvé une dame qui ne sait rien et elle ne peut pas voir le coupon ni autre chose, ni m'expliquer la situati...on confuse d'arnaque !!!. Je lui propose que je suis plus intéressée et je vais les retourner sans que je paye les frais genre eux envoyé un service ou au pire le remettre à un magasin yves rocher... Non. Elle me parle fort je s'en fou et me racchroche au nez!!!!!.... vraiment ....demain je vais appeler service de protection de consommateurs un genre d'arnaque est inacceptable. Ok so I am really upset. I ordered on the Yves Rocher website on Nov 24 at which time my credit card was also charged. When I attempted to look up my order on their website, nothing was found on my account and I was continually prompted for a "customer number" that I don't yet have, as it's issued on your order invoice. I have emailed to see what’s going on and I’m yet to get a response. I feel like I was scammed, and after googling other customers reviews, many say the same thing. I absolutely love Yves products.Recenlty I have tried the Moisturizing Booster Serum and love how cool and refreshing my skin feels.It is light and non-greasy and ideal for my skin type.I immediately fell in love with it and also the anti-aging line of products.The noticeable effects are almost immediate and my skin is soft and very hydrated.They are awesome products for my skin that gets seriously dry in the cold winter months. We have a 6 cottage resort on Lake Huron and make sure each bathroom is always supplied this this super soft soap. J'adore les produits Yves rocher et je suis cliente depuis plusieurs années. J'achetais toujours en boutique et je n'avais jamais eu de problème. Au début du mois d'octobre, j'ai placé une commande en ligne pour éviter de me déplacer et pour bénéficier d'une belle promotion. Quelle expérience DÉSASTREUSE. Après plusieurs jours sans nouvelle de ma commande, j'appelle au service clientèle (un des pires que j'ai jamais vu). On me dit qu'ils ne trouve pas de commande à mon dossie...r (même avec le numéro de facture que je fourni). On dit qu'on va me rappeler... Personne ne me rappelle. Plusieurs jours plus tard, je reçois un courriel me disant que ma commande a été expédié à mon ancienne adresse. Je rappelle au service clientèle puisque j'avais bien fait mon changement d'adresse. Ils me disent que pour une raison inconnue, j'ai 2 dossiers différents à mon nom et l'adresse a été changé dans un seul dossier. Je leur demande donc d'acheminer la commande à la bonne adresse tout simplement... On me demande encore de rappeler puisque aucun superviseur était présent apparemment. Je n'ai jamais vu quelque chose d'aussi compliqué. J'ai rappelé le lendemain et j'ai passé 1h45 en continu au téléphone avec une dame qui ne savait clairement pas ce qu'elle faisait. J'ai dû m'obstiner et me fâcher pour pouvoir obtenir la même commande que j'avais passé par internet. J'ai dû repayer à nouveau ma commande et apparemment on me remboursera l'autre commande.. Je travaille moi-même au service clientèle depuis des années et je suis généralement très compréhensive, mais c'est vraiment aberrant de faire perdre autant de temps à ses clients et d'offrir un service aussi médiocre pour une erreur qui n'est pas la mienne, mais bien la vôtre. I'm very happy with this product line. I use all the facial products for maturing skin. I've used many of the higher end products (Yonka, Dermalogica, Lancôme, etc.) and notice very little difference. I also use their body wash and hand cream. My 16 year old daughter also uses this product and is happy as well. I only visit the Oshawa store and have dealt with many different staff and have received nothing but great service consistently! The staff at Luxe Nail & Beauty Bar are simply amazing!!! I've only been there once but they're like family to me. The atmosphere is so calming. I was provided with complimentary fruit infused water(yum!) and wine! I got SNS nails for the first time and Kim really did her thing! I get my nails, lashes and hair done here. Lauren does my hair and gets the color and the cut perfect every time. I also come for blow outs when I have an event or date night and I want my hair to look perfect! Kim, Linda, Michelle and Leon have all done my mani and pedis and they are truly the best. What I love most is that I can do my nails and hair all at the same time so I'm in and out and looking fabulous. Michelle does my lashes and it truly makes such a difference. On weekends, I through on lipgloss and I look put together because of my lashes. I don't have to wear any mascara and it cuts my getting ready time for work in half because my eyes are done! Read Less
