My mum just recently moved her from Moldova and I am new to the area as well so I decided to try this place out and take her here to get her nails done for the first time in her life . And the ladies working on her made it unbearable . They argued about the nail shape she wanted and the color she chose and when she smudged her toe nails because they moved her to a different station, they refused to repaint the nails . Yesterday after the nail tech filed my SNS off until it burned my finger, I kindly said if you are going to burn my finger I can not have you do my nails. She filed two more then got up and walked away rudely. They then starting talking loudly in their language and a man came over and was rude. I left! Usually my daughter has a great expierence here, but yesterday was different. First of all, they cut her finger twice causing it to bleed. When I checked her nails before paying I could still see her nail through the bright coral polish. I told the nail tech and she impatiently replied she could choose another color, after asking my daughter if she messed them up under the dryer. I would recommend sticking with a nail tech you know and trust and making sure to look carefully at the paint job before leaving. Read Less

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Rudest people I have ever met. My sister and I went to get our nails done and my lady flat out ignored me after seating me for a solid 30 minutes. Then when I asked for black on my nail since I was just getting one fixed she brought over dark green. I told her it was the wrong color and she rolled her eyes and said they were out of black. I said well maybe someone else has it, I can ask. And she was like "well I already did." I then looked to my right and the girl right next to me had the black and I asked for it, the lady walked away and made someone else finish my nails while proceeding to roll her eyes and speak in another language to the lady finishing my nails. As we were checking out, they had free lotion for customers as a Christmas special and my sister grabbed one for me and one for her. THE MAN THEN TOLD HER YOU CAN ONLY HAVE ONE FOR THE TWO OF YOU as we watched everyone else walk out with one per person. I will never come back to this place, for God's sake my acrylic split in half after one week and I wasn't even doing any activity that could've caused it. Normally this is always amazing!  My pedicure today was the worst I have ever had anywhere.  The girl skipped parts and I had to tell her how to do her job.  Then the leg massage was non existent!  My 13 yr could do a better job.  I have never seen this girl before but if this is the quality they are moving to then I need to find a new place. Extremely rude staff. I came in to get a full set of acrylic nails with gel overlay and a gel pedicure. I was looking at the holographic nail polishes and the nail tech took them away from me and said "too expensive for you." What on earth is that supposed to mean? I also had a friend meeting me and she was about 10 minutes behind me. I told them when I checked in at the desk that she would be there very soon. ***WARNING**** I came in today for a fill-in. They were very welcoming. The man I can tell from the time I walked in was rude. After the filing there were shavings all over the towel. I asked him to remove it before he polished my nails so no dust particles would attach to the polish. Of course he caught an attitude with me. I rightfully asked why the attitude that's not how you treat customers. He polished not just my nails but my fingers too. I asked him to clean it off, he did with attitude. The absolute worst experience ever at a nail studio. The manager/owner at the front desk is the rudest, most unprofessional person. I went in a week ago concerned about my natural nail that seemed to be separating from the acrylic that had recently been put on. She said that's not your nail it's your skin, it's fine. I stopped in again a few days later still concerned and she said my regular nail tech is busy, so come back. I get back for the 3rd time and it turns out I had been having a very bad reaction to the acrylic. They all had to be removed and she said I may lose my nails!!!! I so wish I could post the picture of my hands! My nails look like they have gone through a meat grinder. No apology, no concern just unbelievable bad attitude. I am shocked at how rude she is. Still in search of a great nail salon near my house,  I ventured to the Publix shopping center and discovered this salon. It was definitely crowded when I walked in so I was hoping that was a good sign. They had a decent variety of colors and I'm not sure what was so special about some of the polishes but there was a sign saying it would cost extra if I chose them. So I picked my staple OPI. I was ushered to a manicure station and sat down and waited for a few minutes. The woman who did my nails was very nice. However it was downhill after that. On the second nail working on my cuticles, I started bleeding. I said ouch because it did hurt when she ripped my skin. And believe it or not, the very next nail she did the same thing. Bleeding not only hurts but it's dangerous. It's not a high risk factor but it's a known risk factor that you can get hepatitis C from nail salons and bleeding is the way to get it. I just hope they adequately cleaned their equipment. I basically did not want her touching my cuticles after that. We got to the point where she had just place the topcoat and I sat there with my hands spread out over a towel all she had placed on the table. One of her coworkers came over looking for a tool and she flipped the towel and caught two of my nails. She said a flippant oh sorry and did not seem truly sorry at all to be honest. So now my two nails were messed up and I had to have them fixed. I was not happy and I will not be back. Read Less

I had a pedicure and it was total Asian torture!  The gal did not speak  English and picked at the dry spots with her nails.  I felt I was a POW in a Vietnam prison camp. My feet ended up with open sores which is very dangerous.  Avoid this place! Read Less

I love this salon. I've gone five or six times now. They are well staffed and all seem to be trained to all do things in a similar way. I've gotten a very consistent and solid manicure every time. I also haven't had to wait or rely on someone specific. And they accommodate my slightly odd requests haha. Yay polka dots :-) Read Less

I have been going to elite nails since they opened , from the first time till now I love it there ! Each and every time I go they do a great job and they make it a great experience ! As a mom sometimes you just need that time down ! I am moving in next couple months , and I will drive the 20 mins to get to them ! I received a gift card to this nail salon and I wish I hadn't! It was probably one of the worst pedicures and manicures I have ever had and the fastest.  Literally scrubbed my feet for15 seconds.  Seemed like a lot of the workers were  just hanging out on their phones, watching movies. I was excited to try this new nail salon because my friend Carolyn went there and said it was pretty and had relaxing music. It is nicely decorated with dark wood, blue skies painted on the ceiling and serene mountainsides painted on the walls. But where was the relaxing music? Instead, the flatscreen was tuned to All My Children and another television at the front desk had a game show going! I could have dealt with one television and no relaxing music but two televisions blasting?I have to compliment them on their massage chairs. They are the best ones I have ever experienced outside of a Brookstone store. And the older lady that did my pedicure did a good job...except she cut me!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, she did! Maybe I've been lucky but this has only happened to me once before. I went yesterday and today I can still see dried blood on my toe. No, I am not happy about this.Despite these negatives, I am not prepared to give up on the place all together. It's nice looking, no noxious fumes permeated the place and the massage chairs are awesome! Also, there were two men, I'm assuming owners or managers, who walked around asking if everything was ok, would I like a bottled water, etc. and I am thinking if I tell them my observations there is a good chance they will make some changes.So I'm planning on doing that today.
