I got my hair cut and color by Madison. Honestly can say she did a AWESOME JOB. She listen to me what I want and what I didn't want. I give her 5 stars because she did an awesome job on my hair. When you first pull into the parking lot for Bella Vita, you don't expect much. The space itself looks small and they had clothes hanging outside for the boutique part of the business. As I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly "hello". I told them I had a pedicure appointment with Thuy and they promptly took me back for a soak. The nail salon itself looked incredibly clean and very well organized. I noticed they had autoclaves for sanitizing as well. Cleanliness is pretty important when it comes to nail salons. The pedicure itself was great! Thuy was awesome! She took great care around my cuticles and was very precise. I'm terrible at making decisions and I was tired of picking the same color so I had Thuy pick for me and I love it. She knows what color goes well with my skin tone. She is super friendly, down to earth, and detail oriented when it comes to her work. If you need a mani and/or pedi, make sure you ask for Thuy when you make the appointment! She will NOT disappoint! Thuy is by far the best nail tech around! I always gets gel manicures with her. If you are seeking a professional, funny and precise nail tech go to Bella Vita and ask for Thuy. First, I am shocked this salon has been opened so long. An appointment was made for me and my friend and when they sat us, they tried to sit us in opposite corners of the place... If we didn't want to be near each other we just would have made separate appointments. Common sense wasn't exactly a priority with the staff. We tried to pick our colors and they said no. The woman who did my nails was extremely stand offish to the point of being rude when she slammed the polish on the counter and snapped at us for having to point out the obvious to her. Another customer came in and was immediately offered coffee, tea, and reading material, none of which was offered to us when we walked in. The bathroom didn't have paper towels and we had to constantly point out their mistakes while they were doing our nails, at one point I had to get up and go look for the correct color since they didn't have what I requested and were clearly not understanding what I wanted and nor did they care. Due to having to get up and search for them-mid polishing-my nails ended up with lint and whatnot stuck to them and when I pointed it out that they needed to be redone and not just polished over, I got even more attitude! FYI, this is why most salons have people pick their polish before sitting down. I would never come back to this place, the whole experience was awful. Very happy with this salon . Cherie has been doing my nails for the last 3 months . My own natural nails were in horrible shape after years of wearing acrylics .The owner Lisa and top manicurist Cheri talked about about a  product that could nourish and strengthen my nails.Think the name is IBX . I have been going to Bella Vita for 2 years and am EXTREMELY happy! I left my previous salon because my nail tech was sick and I was going on vacation the next day and needed my nails done. I called Bella Vita and got an appointment for that day. (A big plus b/c some salons are closed on Mondays) I asked several sanitation questions (I insist on excellence in this area) and my questions were answered to my satisfaction. When I arrived at the salon, I did not have to wait at all. As my feet were soaking, Cindy worked on my nails, removing the gelish polish that I was wearing, and Sandy worked on my feet. The salon appeared neat and orderly, and was very clean. I noticed 2 autoclaves (extreme heat sterilization)in use and the instruments used by both of my technicians came out of bags that have been autoclaved. Everybody was very friendly and welcoming. I had the best pedicure that I have ever had and it was $15.00 less than what I was paying at my previous salon and it was more thorough as well. I was paying $40 and getting less service at the old place. Appointments are easily worked into my schedule, and sometimes I can even get in the same day. They also have a "Quiet" room in which they do Pedicures with some special added touches for just a few dollars more. There is also a wonderful collection of affordable, well made clothing and gorgeous jewelry and other accessories available to purchase. I return over and over again because it meets my personal high standards of cleanliness (I am VERY VERY picky), The techs are all very well trained and I absolutely love my "crazy funny" Sandra, as well as Lisa, the owner. Second time I've tried to have my nails done and still not up to my liking.  I just moved to GA and have had gel nails for 20 years.  Since this does not seem to be a common thing I called around and found this place.  I needed 3 tips for broken nails.  They fell off within 1 week.  Also my nails were not all the same size shape once I took a good look at them.  I did have a pedicure and will say it was really good but the nails just did not work for me hence I will not return.  Sadly since nail salons are a dime a dozen here I guess this is going to be like looking for a needle in a hay stack. I have been here several times, and I love them. They are tanning, hair skin services, in addition to nail services. I've seen several bridal parties leaving this place looking very happy. The staff is always very friendly, and we have a good time each visit. The prices are not anymore or less expensive than other places on the same area, but they have a reward program to earn discounts and freebies! DONT DO IT.  I took an early lunch to get my eyebrows waxed --OUCH!  I have been tweezed, waxed, threaded and NOTHING was as aweful.  Mostly the pinching that is other wise known as tweezing after the wax.  I am not sensitive at all but this was painful.  Never again.  AND it was $2 higher than most places!!
