I have a terrible habit of breaking my nails in painful, hard-to-fix ways, but the ladies here always fix me up with a minimum of discomfort. I've lived in the area for a few months and stumbled across this gem today. My fiance needed a hair cut and I decided to try out Lily Nails next door. Tracy was great! i dont even know where to start. They are friendly. but my cuticles were not trimmed. my calluses on my feet are still very rough. They used a sander on my nails making them thin and uneven. It was 30 for mani pedi with NO polish. My nails are rough and uneven. they didn't even file them. Owner said they will fix and they are nice. but no experience. and a crappy job. Went for a mani and pedi on 4/16/2016This was my second time here and won't go back. Got an infection from my pedi. and when getting a manicure the man doing my mani kept hurting me.My toenail area was very uncomfortable from the pedi for the next week.Would not recommend this place at all. Asked for a straight forward manicure, pedicure and underarm wax. They sat me down for the mani-pedi, I asked if the wax should be first, no they said. The person doing my nails had severe halitosis. The lady doing the pedi asked if I wanted a sugar scrub, if it's part of a plain pedicure I said, yes she said. When they were done she led me back for my wax, left the room with the door open.....Okay, I usually have my nails dry under lights and little fans (at my old salon in CO), how am I taking off my sweater with wet nails that already looks like my 5 year old applied it?! Then the lady returns and irritable indicates that I should sit down? Okay, I said how do I get me sweater off without ruining my nails? Finally she admitted she misunderstood and thought I wanted my eyebrows waxed.... I close the door, sweater off, 3 nails smudged. Waxed, great job. Off to the register.....uuhhhhmmm, smuged nails? ! Then she charges me for a deluxe mani-pedi, which I didn't ask for. .....she explained it's the added sugar scrubs , yeah the one I said okay to if it's part of a regular pedicure. For $15 extra. Then she has the odasity to ask for a tip, which I didn't give due to the rotten service, she then promptly said goodbye! Excuse me, smuged nails, fix it please? Grudgingly and rudely "patched" by a lady who just arrived. The entire visit they cackled with each other in their language, ignoring me entirely. Worse salon I ever walked into. I have been going here for about 8 years. They do a great job and I get a variety of things from regular pedicures to deluxe, regular manicures, gel manicures and acrylics and I also get my eyebrows waxed frequently. I have never been disappointed in the service, they are very personable but also know when you would rather relax then talk. The prices are fair. I have been going here for almost 8 years. I mainly get acrylics and Tammy and Tran both do a great job of putting them on. I have also gotten pedicures, gel manicures and my eyebrows waxed and they do great at these things as well. I can honestly say they are the best because I have been to numerous nail salons throughout sugarhill/suwanne and I always come back to Lily's. I spent $65 on a horrible nail job. I got the uv gel on my nails. She didn't put clear sealant on after like I'm used to at other shops so they had no shine. After 4 days the acrylic its cracking. I should've known when the the acrylic she was putting on she was struggling with because of how thick it was. Looked old. Only reason I stayed was because I was exhausted and I had to grocery shop at Publix right after. Trust me I won't be going here again. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Read Less

I actually really like this place. Each time I go, I get great service and they pay good attention to me. I have a woman there that is fabulous. She does my eyes and my nails. She made an effort to go get more SNS colors for me. She has great conversation without it being too much. She's also able to work out prices for me. If I'm in a hurry she goes fast. I  make it a point to bring my own nail polish to help prevent contamination.  So when one of the other nail techs opened my polish and applied it to her own uncwashed hands, I wasn't happy.   Other than that, it is a clean environment. They are friendly yet don't try to engage you in conversation. The true test will be how long my nail will last. Read Less

The customer service is VERY poor in this place. There are several people working here yet only 1 or sometimes 2 can actual do nails. Im here now to get 1 nail repaired and ive been waiting 25 minutes while there are 2 employees doing nothg and 1 girl doing someones nails. Yet a moment ago 2 white girls walked in here and they neatly broke their necks to serve them.i dont know what that's about. But im really getting tired of this place.
