If I could I would give them no stars my reason is I went on may 26 a day 2018 and I had a very bad experience here I also witness another customer having a bad experience here they were very rude to both of them women they messed up on ones paint job and they didn’t want to do anything about it the only think they had to say was okay it was a guy not for sure what his name was. They other women that was with here came in a few minutes after the left the nail salon and she was telling them how her nail paint wasn’t done correctly. She talked to a man at the desk he said he was the manager and she was telling him how her paint was done very well and he was saying that he could have the paint done over and she was saying she was having to leave so he said okay she could come back another day when she had time and she was okay with that so she asked him if he needed her info so when she can back in he knew who she was and he very rude and loudly said to her face the he didn’t care who she was. Like a nice women would do she kindly said okay and walked out the door. Hopefully she wouldn’t go back they because would probably mess up on her nails again. As of my experience when I started getting my names done my the women ( Kim) it seem like she didn’t know what the HELL she was doing I was talking on the phone and she rudly jurked my arm and made me drop my phone and she didn’t even bother to say sorry she could at least said excuse and I could’ve moved my arm for her. Also when she was doing my nail she put glue in my middle finger nail for who knows what reason and her finger literally got glued to my finger and she seriously ripped her finger off of mine. They are great....consistent and for the most part clean. Technicians are personable and talented. I stand on my feet a lot so I have 3 ladies that I know when I get them they fuss for a minute but I leave out baby soft. Wish the polish selection was better but most times I bring my own. I waited for my return visit to write a review. I am VERY picky about nail salons and only went here because it was close to my husbands barber. The first time I left unsatisfied. It was a cold day and I arrived wearing flip flops. My feet were little icicles. I requested a pedicure and was immediately led to a chair and the water was started. I was asked to test the temperature but being that my feet were still cold the water felt like lava on my feet. I asked her to make it cooler repeatedly and she seemed annoyed. Once I was finally settled I was asked which pedicure I wanted. Right in the front door it's advertised that you can get a hot stone massage added for $5, so I got a basic pedi with the hot stone add on. She began and was very lazy about my service. The scrubbing, washing, cuticle cutting everything. So when it came time for my massage I timed it. Less than 5 minutes! Needless to say I left annoyed. The paint job was good so I decided to give them another chance. My 2nd visit was much better. This time I took my daughter. They have a cute kids chair. The tech (a different woman) did an excellent job on everything so I decided to get my nails, brows, and strip lashes done. All turned out beautifully. Kim was the one that did my nails (SNS). Very bad experience tonight. Lady who sits at desk 7, didn't even no how to lay the acrylic. My nails are flat, no body or curve to the nail at all. My polish was awful, the manager had to correct what the nail tech did and they still don't look good. Very very disappointed!!!!!! Read Less

This is the best pedicure I've gotten, even at places I've paid three times as much for. Now have been here 3x, and these gals work exfoliation like none other. I joke that I'm a quarter inch taller in the summer with my callouses, and usually pedis take only a slight layer off. After Tip top, my heels are almost as smooth as the proverbial baby's bottom. I went here for my friend to do my nails for my birthday. Of course they push higher priced options. But now 2 weeks later 4 fingers (pinky' s and ring fingers) are close to left...I would have preferred my nails lasted longer since they were gel and my friend whom had gel before me different place later lasted a whole month. I should have warned my daughter about coming here, after I stop coming months ago do to poor work... I had a full set and one by one, each nail came off after only a couple weeks... The pedicures were bad as well, I don't like the way my daughter was treated after receiving bad service last week, her gel nail polish started chipping immediately, she uploaded pics on her review... After returning, two employees decided to treat her as if she was the problem... The gay guy jumped in her face and called her all kinds of bitc$$... He is brave considering the area he's in and you don't know who sister, mother, daughter or wife your doing that to... I'm glad I wasn't there that day because Dekalb county police would have most definitely been on sight.... They are in our community, treating our people like this... I will never get my nails done here again. I got a Full Set with Gel polish. It hasn't even been a good five days and my nail polish is already chipping. When I went back the first time for them to fix it they tried to blame me for the polish chipping when GEL POLISH doesn't suppose to chip at all especially after just getting your nails done. A WASTE OF MONEY will never come back to this place. When I went back to ask for a refund I was treated very poorly which resulted in a verbal altercation. The staff was very UNPROFESSIONAL and the man even called me out my name numerous of times in front of other customers. The customer service is so great here. I walked in and a guy did my nails I don't remember his name. But he was a sweetheart and did an amazing job. I've been here a few times. I came in on Saturday around 4pm. It was extremely crowded and the workers looked stressed. I waited about 20 mins and then just left. The best time is on a Monday morning or afternoon. It can get really crowded and busy. The manager guy might keep telling you "15 (pipteen lol) mins" but that might translate to an hour wait. If you can't wait just leave and come back on a Monday... that's what I did and it all work out well!!! I got a pink and white mani, a deluxe pedi with hot stone massage, and my eyebrows waxed... I only get my services done here. Sheila is the best. She does very good quality work and is always smiling. Been coming here for two years and they are always putting money back into the business and making it look great. It's clean and alluring. Kevin is awesome at designs. The only reason why I didn't give it five stars is because of the wait. Whenever I come in there is always, at minimum, a 30 minute wait. I've been coming here for quite some time now. LaLa is the only one I let do my gel polish. When I've tried others it's messy, peels, and doesn't last as long. She does my eyebrows also. The atmosphere is nice, lighting is nice, I try to avoid Friday-Sunday because it can be a long wait, and I'm very impatient. Read Less

I went in to Tip Top Nails for a manicure and pedicure. I was greeted by the receptionist upon arrival and did not have to wait at all to receive service. The atmosphere is very comfortable and inviting. The prices are reasonable and well worth it. My manicure and pedicure was not rushed and was very relaxing. I received excellent customer service. The only thing that I would have to say that I was a little bothered by was before I was to get my nails polished, the tech asked me to pay beforehand which was understandable but she also asked "How much of a tip do you want to give?" I always tip. I just felt like the tip was coerced and there is a section at the bottom of your receipt if you're paying with a card to put your tip but she wanted to take the tip and payment in full before the service was completed. This was was my time visiting this nail salon. I came in for a gel set, fill in and pedicure. Due to lack of time, I decided I'd come back the next day for my pedicure. Tony was my nail tech and he was very pleasant.  Upon leaving the salon I noticed my gel polish was very thin and some of my nails were either starting to chip or not completely polished around the corners. No problem , I plan on going back the next day for a pedicure anyway .I thought to myself ,I'll just have him fix it then . As soon as I entered the nail salon I was greeted by whom I thought might of been a receptionist. I let him know the issue I was having and his response was that Tony doesn't work on Monday and won't be returning until tomorrow. He gave me no further resolution and quite frankly it didn't seem as if he cared. No biggie , I'm here now . I still would like to get my pedicure done. As I proceeded to the pedicure bowl I was greeted by Linda. We started to talk and I asked her who the owner is as I would possibly like to speak to this person upon the completion of my service. To my surprise she and another nail tech pointed to the gentleman who I assumed was the receptionist. He was certainly in ear shot and was doing someone else nails . He didn't respond nor did he say a word. I found this to be quite unprofessional and very rude as the owner, especially after the conversation we had earlier . I was even more disappointed in him not caring about the satisfaction of his customer. Back to my pedicure . In the middle of my what is suppose to be a relaxing experience . The whirlpool bowl stops working . Linda and another young lady comes over to try and fix it and it stops working again , Just great!Overall these stars are for Linda and Tony's customer service and I am pleased with the pedicure Linda has given me.  Will I be returning ? went to style seat and schedule an appointment to get my hair wanted and my lashes done hair was fabulous lashes however big problem so the next day when I woke up and they were falling off I came to tip top nails and got my lashes together I am very satisfied because I don't have long lashes so when I get them done they must be done by a pro and she's definitely a pro I've been back to her twice since then I also get my nails done here and I am always very satisfied with the Nails and I'm looking forward to my next time trying to solar nails in white hope this is helpful...stay fabulous Read Less

Got the natural pedicure by Lisa with hot stones & invigorating cream. This was literally the BEST pedicure I've ever had. She took her time & really massaged my tired feet. I've never had so many different creams & rundowns on my feet in my life. For me the real test of an awesome nail salon is if they can do a flawless paint job & she did just that. Though she suggested extra treatments, she was never pushy with it. I will definitely be back here. I'm beyond happy! Read Less

update,this is 06/15/2012 and im so over this nail shop and happy that im moving on to better shops located in my area but WTF!!! low and behold all the complaining i was doing with this particular nail tech was'nt in vain because she actually gave me a nail fungus on my right toe next to the big one,my toenail is turning yellowish and brittle and its darkened since my visit on 06/08/2012....WOW! so in my observance of her lack of work thereof she also infected my toes with unsterilized equipment,ive been coming to this shop consistently on a monthly basis for almost 2 yrs and did i mention im a DIABETIC...so i take notice to and very much care of my FEET!! KIM (the professional nail tech there that does superb work have always done a GREAT JOB) but this pedicurist needs to be fired..im considering suing the owner ASAP...she is the one who told me to not come back for complaining to her worker....oh now im bout to complain some more!
