Kim has been doing my pedicure for approximately 10 years and Henry has been doing my nails for four years. The shop is friendly, clean, and they treat me as though I'm family. Even when they speak in their own language they allow you to participate. LOL. I've tried other shops when I travel and couldn't wait to come home for them to correct the problems of the other nail salons. As long as I'm here I will be going there. Read Less

I rushed in after work one evening on the off chance that someone could fit me in for shellac and although they were busy it wasn’t a problem. Apart from regrowth (which at this stage is pretty bad I’ll admit!), my nails have lasted just over three weeks and during that time I’ve moved house, painted walls and taken apart (and put together!) furniture. I went in for a pedicure and a acrylic overlay on my nails. It was the worst experience in my life. The lady who did both was disconnected and didn't care about her services.. My pedicure was all of 10 mins and when she put my overlay on my real nails, she kept placing the drill to my cuticles. I just paid and left.. The following day I had to go to the shop in the plaza at Kroger on north hairston to fix everything that was incorrect. I will never go back there again. I've been going to this nail salon for over 5 years and it's difficult for me to think of going somewhere else. I usually go in for a pedicure and the ladies do an amazing job fixing my ingrown nails. I love the deluxe spa pedicure and even though they now charge $25 instead of $23 For it it's still worth it to me. You do have to know the right time to come in because it can get really busy in the afternoons and on the weekend. But that's my place to go to get my me time!I didn't give it 5 stars because it is not a pretty looking place. But maybe that's why they don't charge too much for their services. Read Less

Pretty decent nail salon, great location. It's on Memorial Drive right behind the IHOP next to H&R BLOCK. This isn't my favorite salon, but this was my first time here and they were quick and friendly.   I only got a pedicure, so I can't speak for anyone who wants a manicure or a full set of acrylic nails. I have calloused feet (the ball of my feet have thickened from wearing combat boots in the Army).  So I always look for nail salons that have callous treatment included in their pedicures. The only thing I really didn't like was this: the lady asked if I also wanted to treat my calluses and I said yes. Then I thought to myself "wait... did she just say "also"??" This means I had to ask her if there was an extra charge... otherwise, she wouldn't have bothered to tell me! Don't get me wrong.... the pedicure was great, but I like to know everything up front! Pedicure was ok. I got some deluxe upgrade with a sea salt scrub but then i had to ask for the back of my ankle to be scrubbed. The manicure was pretty horrid. A warm bowl on my lap then the side table of my pedicure chair. I had to ask for my full cuticles to be trimmed instead of just the sides. The people were nice but i never saw anyone clean the pedicure chair when others around me finished or even when i finished. Pretty gross. Glad i hadnt waxed my legs or I would probably have some kind of infection. Is a good clean nail salon so hard to find? Yes! Read Less
