I've been a loyal customer since 2002. They have good service, most of the time. The wait can be a bit long on some days. The customer service is great and my nails are always done nicely.

Initially, I didn't like my nails. The owner was really sweet about it, fixed it immediately, and suggested a pretty nail color. : )

I went to this place trying a new place. I would not recommend them if you want SNS. Steven was my technician and he kept asking how much powder I wanted on my nails. I went on Sunday and on Monday ...
I went to this place trying a new place. I would not recommend them if you want SNS. Steven was my technician and he kept asking how much powder I wanted on my nails. I went on Sunday and on Monday a day later my nail chipped. That mean the powder wasn't applied think enough to protect my nails. Pluse it cost more than my normal spot.

If I could give them a 0 I would. the gel nail product I wanted was empty. The clerk Didn't remove the dead skin, didn't soak my nails, I asked for a new color, they had gel nail colors mixed up and p...
If I could give them a 0 I would. the gel nail product I wanted was empty. The clerk Didn't remove the dead skin, didn't soak my nails, I asked for a new color, they had gel nail colors mixed up and put the wrong color on me, nail were uneven and ask him to reshape and did a bad job at the shape.sloppy job at painting the nails! So disappointed!!!!! So mad I looked at these reviews because this place wasn't great.

the staff here is always very nice and accommodating, they take their time with every service so you don't feel rushed. this is my go to nail shop, close to my house and very reasonably priced.

New loyal client! Today was my first time at the shop. I was in need a steady nail shop/tech. No complains whatsoever. My nails turned out so good that I can't wait to get them done again! I'm rushing...
New loyal client! Today was my first time at the shop. I was in need a steady nail shop/tech. No complains whatsoever. My nails turned out so good that I can't wait to get them done again! I'm rushing my next fill-in. Even my boyfriend's first response was "Wow babe, those look great." Prices are absolutely responsible as well.
