My experience here was horrible. Every time I go to get my nails done here there is always an issue and I keep going back because the location is great for me. But this is the final straw and I will be reporting them to the bbb and spreading the word. The first time I went about 4 months ago I got the full works to include a pedicure. I had to ask them to clean the foot tub out because it was dirty. They was going to have me put my feet in a dirty tub with fresh water. So I never got a pedicure again until today. But went faithfully every 2 weeks to get my nails done trying to give them a chance. Today I see they had NEW foot tubs and chairs so I decided to get a pedicure. They put me in the water and I waiting 15 minutes for the girl to get to work to get started. If I would have know that, I would have never got my feet wet. So when she started, she was filing my polish off because it was gel and kept touching my skin. When I said something she continued but was also crying the whole time she did my pedicure. Then they started talking in their language and she continued to hit my skin with the electric file. After it was all said and done I paid $50 and stated I was not happy. I got home and really looked at my nails and my toes, which by the way is sore from the cut skin and couldn't believe how sloppy my nails look after paying $50. i immediately called and told them my concerns and the lady said come in and we will fix it. I told her they was never touching my nails and that I wanted a PARTIAL refund due to the sloppy work and cut foot. She ok come in. I immediately went back to the salon only to be told to sit down and we will fix. I explain that they would never touch my nails again and asked for the partial refund only to be told no refunds but let us fix. The only reason I went back is because the lady said I would get a partial refund which she lied. So now I want to share my story and put in a complaint so they will not continued to get away with this. It was my fault for constantly going back. But it is a wrap today and I will file with the BBB just to have the complaint on file. Stay away from this salon. Read Less

Horrible experience! I went for a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrows wax. My nails were crooked and thick; someone attempted to fix them but there was really nothing she could do since the acrylic was already set. My eyebrows were nothing like I asked! I let my eyebrows grow out VERY thick so that I could have a nice arch, but they left me with no shape or tail ... I am highly disappointed and will be contacting corporate ! Read Less

I went into this shop 3/26/17. I had the worst experience. My daughter and I had pedicures done and they had not cleaned the bowls from the last person. Skin shavings were floating around. It was disgusting!! I should have left then, but I was having a mother daughter day so we stayed. I asked for a full set using the powder color, and the tech proceeds to put it on my real nails. She begins to tell me how it's so much better than using for fake nails. Wait, what?! I know none of this is good for your nails. My real nails are strong, but I want what I want. She wanted to charge me the same price. She finally did as I asked, and tried to rush through. She left glue under my nails, and didn't do a good job covering my nails with the powder. It was just terrible. I paid almost $100 for me and my daughter. They offered no discount. They didn't apologize. I will never return to this place, ever! Read Less
