The have the BEST prices! Staff is always accommodating and my nails always look good when they are done. Helen and Antoine are the bomb! Sometimes their chatter is a little unorthodox but who cares, the nails speak for themselves. This is coming from someone who had gone to the upscale places around ATL and paid the big bucks for nails service, been disappointed and came right back home to Ruby to get them fixed and done right. I used to love coming here to having my nails done but they have been going down hill for the last two years.  I made excuses for them until this last time. I went in with my elderly mother for a fill in and pedicure. The technician  was already annoyed when I sat down, she did my fill-in in 15 min and very poorly. I had to ask her to to take the polish off under my nails to which she said "you want to paint under your nails so I can clean it up?" I replied "your salon painted my nails, underneath as I requested with the Christian Louboutin red". Then in the middle of my pedicure she just stopped, left me waiting for 20 minutes while she gave the man beside me a pedicure! I was shocked! I will never go back. Read Less

Just moved to this area and tried this nail shop because it was close to Smoothie King. BIG MISTAKE! I went to get my nails done and the male nail tech was extremely rude and unprofessional. I've never had a nail tech be so rough when handling my hands. He was literally squeezing my fingers. I would recommend requesting one of the other techs if you choose to go to this location. I have been going here with my mom for several years now. I have never had any disappointments! We always see Kim, she is the sweetest. She works fast but is never sloppy. I get gel polish manicures and they stay for almost 3 weeks, which is great considering I constantly work with my hands at my job and in the gym. I cannot say enough about how great she is. Wanted to get a quick polish change on Memorial Day - apparently this was the only salon open in  Henry County. I waited for 1 hour and 40 minutes... FOR A POLISH CHANGE. no one checked on me, and no one even attempted to tell me how long it would be for a wait. When I asked, I was simply told "long time."It took her 3 minutes to remove my polish and replace it - and I don't think it was necessary to have to wait for that long.I live right across the street and will not be back. I have been getting manicures and pedicures for years I have never seen a place like Ruby Nails. The nail techs are very professional. Just used this shop for the first and last time. It was impossible to communicate; I found it most uncomfortable. They used drills and files that had clearly been previously used but failed to halt in the use when asked a question about sterilization. The staff talked loudly amongst themselves and virtually ignored their clients. The authorities should seriously check out this shop to ensure they have some form of sterilization for their instruments.
