PLEASE BEWARE! PLEASE STAY AWAY! I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AT THIS NAIL SALON! I'm in the process of filing a civil suit against this business. I had to call the police up there after my services because the owner shoved me. I came in to get a fill in and I showed her the picture of how I wanted my nails and she agreed she could do it..I specifically asked her how much was everything with the designs included and she told me for designs on all fingers it will be $20 extra and my fill in was $36 which was fine. As she's working on the designs I told her I wanted to add diamonds on the money signs, she nodded her head and said ok. Never said a word after that, didn't say that the diamonds would cost extra or nothing or how much it would be for adding them she just said ok, so we proceeded and at that point my mind was still set on everything being $56 cause she said designs on all fingers are $20 so without her saying anything I assumed that adding the diamonds went into that price. I get up to the checkout and she tells me my new balance is $86 and I'm like how did it go from $56 to $86? she tells me that she charged me $30 for the diamonds. mind you my fill in was about $35 so you trying to tell me you charging a fill in price for just some little diamonds which is only 4 on each finger? mind you if this was disclosed with me prior to checking out I would've either agreed or told her I was ok with not getting the diamonds but my issue was it was not told to me how much extra it would be for these diamonds. so once I start questioning the situation she has the audacity to try to argue with me in front of other customers and that's so unprofessional and embarrassing and I tell her I'm not paying $30 for no diamonds I will pay $20 which I still felt like was a lot.. they still wanted to sit there and argue with me after I told her multiple times I wasn't told that they were going to be this much and I think she's trying to get over on me so they can either take the $76 or I'm about to walk out.. they STILL wanted to argue and I kept trying to give them my card they wouldn't take it so when I turned to try to walk out she locked the door and shoved me out the way LITERALLY PUT HER HANDS ON ME. I gave them the card and told them take the $76 dollars so I could leave.. I tried to walk out but they kept my card and pretty much held me hostage against my will AFTER I PAID cause I wouldn't sign the receipt. I CALLED THE POLICE. the police came up there and got her for false imprisonment.. I'm currently in the middle of a lawsuit with this nail salon STAY AWAY.. how they handled me shows me they have no respect for my race and I will never support a business like this and they deserve to be shut down after this. what makes it so bad is it was another customer outside that came to talk to the police as well about her experience with these people. Which was bad too! They only treat their regulars with respect. I've reported them to the BBB as well and will not stop until justice is served in this situation because it was mind-blowing and unprofessional for them to put me through this and for her to physically touch me.

I had to call the police up there after my services because the owner shoved me. Have sns nails, they won't let you soak while you wait. So you have 2 wait twice as long to get finished. Go to Diamond Nails off 155 they are cheaper, bigger and more efficient.

I've been coming here for a very long time & I love the way Kim does my nails but my last time coming here is today, March 2nd, because I'm sick of making an appointment they don't honor. I made an appointment with Kim for today, arrived a few minutes before my appointment time & she's doing a manicure on someone else - fine, I don't mind waiting. So I wait & someone else comes up to help me. I told them I have an appointment with Kim & they look bewildered, Kim looks bewildered. Then the lady in the first chair looks at the schedule calendar, that they obviously don't use, & starts speaking in their language. Then someone says in English, it'll be "20 minutes she's with another client". Ridiculous! What's the point of making an appointment when they take a walk-in 5 minutes before you're to arrive?! Horrible customer service in that aspect! If this were the first time, I'd let it slide, but this is the third & final time! I'll take my money (& time) elsewhere.

Yesterday after researching I chose Bella Duchess. I had my brows waxed, individual lashes and a full set. The tech that did my face was friendly but passed me off to a guy. He started out surly but I disregarded because they typically don't speak and I was wanting to just finish quickly. I've never had gel nails #1 reason because I CAN NOT WEAR NAIL POLISH AT WORK. Nor do I like the super shiny look. I go to check out and am told he did gel. When I explained I couldn't have that the guy had what in any language would be considered a tantrum. As it was explained they would have to buff the polish off he got more upset. To the point of accusing me of just wanting to get out of paying him! Now I'm not feeling comfortable with him touching me. I requested another tech. No one stepped up to offer to buff them today (the following morning). I am going back now because it's their mess and they should fix it! Update to come.
UPDATE. The following morning I went back as instructed and assured no appointment necessary. I waited 27 minutes - I used a stopwatch - and was told to go to the same guy that was an ass to me the day before. I stated I was still uncomfortable with him and how long would it be for someone else & was told 10 more minutes. FINALLY, 50 minutes later, another snippy guy grudgingly buffed color off. I didn't get another color and WOULD RECOMMEND ANOTHER SALON. By the way half of my left eye lost the individual lashes like a tiny lashstrip.

They don’t even deserve the one star. The place is very nice looks wise. But they are very unprofessional very rude and all together that makes the place horrible. Came in to get a simple full set (gel) told the lady exactly what I want and how I wanted and she agreed that she understood what I told her. After she glues the nail on she cuts it way too short AND I IMFORM HER THAT I DONT LIKE IT she tells me to wait til the gel powder and shape is done. So I do and as she goes on I keep saying I don’t like it she ignores it. So once she’s done shaping it I now have 3 different shapes on one hand ( square, oval, and coffin) ... yeah 3 different... and she tells me I don’t know what I want it’s my fault and gets up frustrated and goes to work on someone else. So at this point I’m pissed off she goes and gets the short haired lady I guess she’s a manager or owner or something and she come over rude also so at this point I just say can y’all take them off and I’ll just go somewhere else because I am not about to argue or be rude towards y’all just because y’all are rude towards me. So she goes to clip half of my nail off and says “bye go somewhere else” ...... it took everything in me not reach over and you know what else... so I say no your going to soak them off you put them on and I didn’t like them and you thought I was about to pay $50 for them and it’s not about the money it’s the principal. So long story short I ended up having to pay $10 to get them soaked off even though I kept telling her to stop while she was ahead... definitely will never go back here they are very very veryyyyy rude and unprofessional AND OVERPRICED AND THEIR WORK IS NOT EVEN THAT GOOD FOR THOSE PRICES!

I'm never going back to this place. Only went because my original nail lady was booked and they only go by appointments only.. but it's worth it then gong to these type of nail salons. Got a pedicure and SNS nails, first the water was cold as ice, i told her 3x and all she kept doing was pointing for me to put my feet in.. then she tried to add more water, COLD! KEEP IN MIND ITS ALREADY 30 degrees outside, im not trying to get sick! The SNS lady hurt my fingers with the nail drill/buffer.. its still aching and worse when i touch anything! Salons and spas are suppose to be relaxing and stress free not painful! The overall quality of the work was horrible, not worth what they charge! Ill rather spend my money else where, especially somewhere they'll UNDERSTAND my needs and wants..

Terrible! Absolutely Terrible! I went to get SnS nails done and I've had them done before and it hasn't hurt one little bit but I wanted to cry the whole time. They were not gentle of any kind towards my nails. More than one of my fingers were bleeding when I left. 4 days later and my fingers are still super sore. They did a terrible job on the nails as well, I've had to paint a clear coat on top several times because they were not smooth or completely finished. All of my nails are crooked and all different lengths and looked completely terrible. Out of a ten rating i give it a 1. They did the job but I will never go there again and definately don't recommend it to anyone.

After a terrible experience at the nail salon I had gone to for many years I've been looking for a great nail salon. Over the last several months I've tried a few in the area but nobody met my picky expectations. When I say picky expectations I just mean meticulously manicured nails, filed evenly and polished neatly. Today I decided to check the reviews and photos for nail salons near me and I came across Bella Duchess Nail Spa. I'm so happy that I decided to try them out because I was beyond pleasantly suprised. Kelly did my manicure/gel polish and Tammy did my pedicure. They both did an "outstanding" job! Both ladies were professional, friendly and paid attention to the details. Simply put the service was excellent in every way. They have a new customer because moving forward this will be the only shop I will go to. If you're looking for a "great" nail salon Bella Duchess Nail Spa is the place for you. Kelly and Tammy's work is super awesome!

May 19th 2017I've visited Bella a few times now and I must say I appreciate that the atmosphere hasn't changed. A very calm peaceful well decorated shop with hardworking individuals. I walked in about 3pm and left at about 4:10pm. I wanted to get a SNS Fill in/Fullset and a color change on my previous pedicure. Unfortunately I was pressed for time so I was only able to get the SNS set done. The gentleman who worked on me was named Tony. Although not very talkative, I appreciate how tentative he was to my nails (how he painted and shaped my nails). He did a nice job, even cleaned my cuticles up, even though I wasnt getting a manicure. As to why I only gave this SNS set 3 stars, it would have been nice if he dipped my nails three times instead of two. You can see through the nails and I like my color more solid than that. Also I called ahead for pricing and was told $25 but when I finished it was $30. So that was a surprise. I don't remember them ever misquoting before. All in all I will be returning. Nice decent people, nice atmosphere, Nice decor, and clean shop overall.

My very first time coming here was in February and I was serviced by Tammy. She was absolutely PHENOMENAL. However the last few times , she has not been there and the service has been HORRIBLE. The older gentleman, I believe his name is David, is beyond rude and does not care that you are paying. I had to tell him several times on two separate visits that he was not doing the shape of my nail correctly. He became upset and threw his tools down and began to speak in his native language. He then proceeded to shape them the way that HE wanted them. I became upset and just gave up. This happened on two separate visits. Today was the third strike. I went in for a pedicure and had to wait 45 minutes before someone gave me service. By that time , the water was cold. When the lady finally started to do my pedicure it literally took her ten minutes. She was not attentive at all and didn't even scrub the bottom of my feet. I will never return here again. Save your money. They will not appreciate you.

I get up to the checkout and she tells me my new balance is $86 and I'm like how did it go from $56 to $86? she tells me that she charged me $30 for the diamonds. mind you my fill in was about $35 so you trying to tell me you charging a fill in price for just some little diamonds which is only 4 on each finger? mind you if this was disclosed with me prior to checking out I would've either agreed or told her I was ok with not getting the diamonds but my issue was it was not told to me how much extra it would be for these diamonds. so once I start questioning the situation she has the audacity to try to argue with me in front of other customers and that's so unprofessional and embarrassing and I tell her I'm not paying $30 for no diamonds I will pay $20 which I still felt like was a lot.. they still wanted to sit there and argue with me after I told her multiple times I wasn't told that they were going to be this much and I think she's trying to get over on me so they can either take the $76 or I'm about to walk out.. they STILL wanted to argue and I kept trying to give them my card they wouldn't take it so when I turned to try to walk out she locked the door and shoved me out the way LITERALLY PUT HER HANDS ON ME. I gave them the card and told them take the $76 dollars so I could leave.. I tried to walk out but they kept my card and pretty much held me hostage against my will AFTER I PAID cause I wouldn't sign the receipt. I CALLED THE POLICE. the police came up there and got her for false imprisonment.. I'm currently in the middle of a lawsuit with this nail salon STAY AWAY.. how they handled me shows me they have no respect for my race and I will never support a business like this and they deserve to be shut down after this. what makes it so bad is it was another customer outside that came to talk to the police as well about her experience with these people. Which was bad too! They only treat their regulars with respect. I've reported them to the BBB as well and will not stop until justice is served in this situation because it was mind-blowing and unprofessional for them to put me through this and for her to physically touch me.

Have sns nails, they won't let you soak while you wait. So you have 2 wait twice as long to get finished. Go to Diamond Nails off 155 they are cheaper, bigger and more efficient.

I've been coming here for a very long time & I love the way Kim does my nails but my last time coming here is today, March 2nd, because I'm sick of making an appointment they don't honor. I made an appointment with Kim for today, arrived a few minutes before my appointment time & she's doing a manicure on someone else - fine, I don't mind waiting. So I wait & someone else comes up to help me. I told them I have an appointment with Kim & they look bewildered, Kim looks bewildered. Then the lady in the first chair looks at the schedule calendar, that they obviously don't use, & starts speaking in their language. Then someone says in English, it'll be "20 minutes she's with another client". Ridiculous! What's the point of making an appointment when they take a walk-in 5 minutes before you're to arrive?! Horrible customer service in that aspect! If this were the first time, I'd let it slide, but this is the third & final time! I'll take my money (& time) elsewhere.

Yesterday after researching I chose Bella Duchess. I had my brows waxed, individual lashes and a full set. The tech that did my face was friendly but passed me off to a guy. He started out surly but I disregarded because they typically don't speak and I was wanting to just finish quickly. I've never had gel nails #1 reason because I CAN NOT WEAR NAIL POLISH AT WORK. Nor do I like the super shiny look. I go to check out and am told he did gel. When I explained I couldn't have that the guy had what in any language would be considered a tantrum. As it was explained they would have to buff the polish off he got more upset. To the point of accusing me of just wanting to get out of paying him! Now I'm not feeling comfortable with him touching me. I requested another tech. No one stepped up to offer to buff them today (the following morning). I am going back now because it's their mess and they should fix it! Update to come.
UPDATE. The following morning I went back as instructed and assured no appointment necessary. I waited 27 minutes - I used a stopwatch - and was told to go to the same guy that was an ass to me the day before. I stated I was still uncomfortable with him and how long would it be for someone else & was told 10 more minutes. FINALLY, 50 minutes later, another snippy guy grudgingly buffed color off. I didn't get another color and WOULD RECOMMEND ANOTHER SALON. By the way half of my left eye lost the individual lashes like a tiny lashstrip.

They don’t even deserve the one star. The place is very nice looks wise. But they are very unprofessional very rude and all together that makes the place horrible. Came in to get a simple full set (gel) told the lady exactly what I want and how I wanted and she agreed that she understood what I told her. After she glues the nail on she cuts it way too short AND I IMFORM HER THAT I DONT LIKE IT she tells me to wait til the gel powder and shape is done. So I do and as she goes on I keep saying I don’t like it she ignores it. So once she’s done shaping it I now have 3 different shapes on one hand ( square, oval, and coffin) ... yeah 3 different... and she tells me I don’t know what I want it’s my fault and gets up frustrated and goes to work on someone else. So at this point I’m pissed off she goes and gets the short haired lady I guess she’s a manager or owner or something and she come over rude also so at this point I just say can y’all take them off and I’ll just go somewhere else because I am not about to argue or be rude towards y’all just because y’all are rude towards me. So she goes to clip half of my nail off and says “bye go somewhere else” ...... it took everything in me not reach over and you know what else... so I say no your going to soak them off you put them on and I didn’t like them and you thought I was about to pay $50 for them and it’s not about the money it’s the principal. So long story short I ended up having to pay $10 to get them soaked off even though I kept telling her to stop while she was ahead... definitely will never go back here they are very very veryyyyy rude and unprofessional AND OVERPRICED AND THEIR WORK IS NOT EVEN THAT GOOD FOR THOSE PRICES!

Got a pedicure and SNS nails, first the water was cold as ice, i told her 3x and all she kept doing was pointing for me to put my feet in.. then she tried to add more water, COLD! KEEP IN MIND ITS ALREADY 30 degrees outside, im not trying to get sick! The SNS lady hurt my fingers with the nail drill/buffer.. its still aching and worse when i touch anything! Salons and spas are suppose to be relaxing and stress free not painful! The overall quality of the work was horrible, not worth what they charge! Ill rather spend my money else where, especially somewhere they'll UNDERSTAND my needs and wants..

Terrible! Absolutely Terrible! I went to get SnS nails done and I've had them done before and it hasn't hurt one little bit but I wanted to cry the whole time. They were not gentle of any kind towards my nails. More than one of my fingers were bleeding when I left. 4 days later and my fingers are still super sore. They did a terrible job on the nails as well, I've had to paint a clear coat on top several times because they were not smooth or completely finished. All of my nails are crooked and all different lengths and looked completely terrible. Out of a ten rating i give it a 1. They did the job but I will never go there again and definately don't recommend it to anyone.

After a terrible experience at the nail salon I had gone to for many years I've been looking for a great nail salon. Over the last several months I've tried a few in the area but nobody met my picky expectations. When I say picky expectations I just mean meticulously manicured nails, filed evenly and polished neatly. Today I decided to check the reviews and photos for nail salons near me and I came across Bella Duchess Nail Spa. I'm so happy that I decided to try them out because I was beyond pleasantly suprised. Kelly did my manicure/gel polish and Tammy did my pedicure. They both did an "outstanding" job! Both ladies were professional, friendly and paid attention to the details. Simply put the service was excellent in every way. They have a new customer because moving forward this will be the only shop I will go to. If you're looking for a "great" nail salon Bella Duchess Nail Spa is the place for you. Kelly and Tammy's work is super awesome!

May 19th 2017I've visited Bella a few times now and I must say I appreciate that the atmosphere hasn't changed. A very calm peaceful well decorated shop with hardworking individuals. I walked in about 3pm and left at about 4:10pm. I wanted to get a SNS Fill in/Fullset and a color change on my previous pedicure. Unfortunately I was pressed for time so I was only able to get the SNS set done. The gentleman who worked on me was named Tony. Although not very talkative, I appreciate how tentative he was to my nails (how he painted and shaped my nails). He did a nice job, even cleaned my cuticles up, even though I wasnt getting a manicure. As to why I only gave this SNS set 3 stars, it would have been nice if he dipped my nails three times instead of two. You can see through the nails and I like my color more solid than that. Also I called ahead for pricing and was told $25 but when I finished it was $30. So that was a surprise. I don't remember them ever misquoting before. All in all I will be returning. Nice decent people, nice atmosphere, Nice decor, and clean shop overall.

My very first time coming here was in February and I was serviced by Tammy. She was absolutely PHENOMENAL. However the last few times , she has not been there and the service has been HORRIBLE. The older gentleman, I believe his name is David, is beyond rude and does not care that you are paying. I had to tell him several times on two separate visits that he was not doing the shape of my nail correctly. He became upset and threw his tools down and began to speak in his native language. He then proceeded to shape them the way that HE wanted them. I became upset and just gave up. This happened on two separate visits. Today was the third strike. I went in for a pedicure and had to wait 45 minutes before someone gave me service. By that time , the water was cold. When the lady finally started to do my pedicure it literally took her ten minutes. She was not attentive at all and didn't even scrub the bottom of my feet. I will never return here again. Save your money. They will not appreciate you.
