I believe i was over charged for the services offered . I was charged $75 for a silk press that has started to frizz up the next day . She charged me ten doolaes extra for “ detangling “ when my hair wasn’t even tangled . I’m natural so ofcourse you will have to comb it out a little bit , but i do not have course hair . After she told me a extra ten , she asked me did i want to leave a tip. I walked out upset and i will not be going back .

Yesterday, I took my sister to TGB salon for the first time. We really enjoyed the experience. Venus had the best hours for working individuals who can't make typical salon hours.

Venus was great! Very friendly and did an awesome job on my silk press. She also gave me tips on how to make my style last and keep my hair healthy. I would highly recommend.

I went to get a glam deluxe sew-in yesterday with Venus. It was the best experience I've had at a salon. You get personal attention and not only is she excellent at what she does, she gets it done fast and right. I was washed, trimmed and had my hair done in an hour!!!

I met Venus for the first time last week. She's very friendly...it felt like I already knew her. I received a caramel treatment and silk press. My hair looks GREAT (even after being on the playground)...
