One of the male nail techs got an attitude when I told him that I didn't like it and went to the manager. Then tried to add another $5 to a service that wasn't finished. Another nail tech offers to do it over and she did a wonderful job.

I normally don’t rate places but this was truly the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. She cut 3 of my cuticles causing them to bleed & they IGNORED it. Service was terrible. I paid for a full manicure and it was very rushed, and they didn’t even finish it. They cut nails on only one hand. She was very rough and kept throwing my hands around. She snatched my debit card off my phone and rang it up without even telling me the price. I will not be back. My nails look terrible.

DO NOT GO HERE. THIS IS THE WORST NAIL SALON IN STATESBORO. On Friday May 18th, 2018 I visited the salon and received an $41 SNS including tip. If done properly, the manicure should last up to 3-4 weeks. By Friday May 25th, 2 of the nails had chipped and cracked straight away while I was out of town and by Monday May 27th, 2018 (a week and 3 days later) five of my nails were cracked off. Once I got back in town today (May 31st) I went straight to the salon and showed the manager proof from my bank statement on the 18th and explained how very poor my nails looked and offered pictures from the days that the nails chipped off. I requested that either they refunded me the $35 dollars from the service or redo my nails to make them presentable. The lady who I was told was the manager told me that they would take care of me and redo them. I sat and waited 20 minutes for a man to begin my nails. Before he even began my nails, I called over the lady I previously spoke and asked her to clarify just to be sure that I would not have to pay for the service. She told me, once again, that I would not because the manicure should have lasted longer than 12 days and I thanked her. The performance of the SNS service was once again done incorrectly and I was unhappy with the result, however, I wanted to get out of there so I very kindly tipped the man who did my nails $5 and began to walk out. The same woman I spoke with earlier stopped me in a very unprofessional way and told me I needed to pay. Shocked, I reminded her of our conversation and she then insisted that was not what she said. When I showed her my nails and told her that I was still unhappy with the quality of the service and was not going to pay for something she said she would be happy to take care of, she began to haggle me about the price saying I could pay $15 dollars then raised it to $20 because I continued to display my disatisfaction. I have had SNS manicures from many places and have always had pleasant experiences and a manicure that looks good for at least 3 weeks. I was forced to pay $25 dollars for another unacceptable manicure. Since May 18th, 2018 (this makes 2 unacceptable SNS manicures in 13 days altogether) I have spent a total of $66 dollars for unacceptable manicure services because I was tricked into paying for a service when I was told I would not be required to.

The service is bad. I received a full set acrylic and my nails came off within a the first week, this is the second time this has happened. I gave them a second try just thinking it was the tech but that's not the case. I recommend they get techs who know how to correctly do nails. They also don't know what ombre gel nail polish is. Ridiculous!

The water was FREEZING. The lady that did my manicure cut my cuticles so low I had CHUNKS missing from my finger. She made three of my fingers bleed. I had SNS on before so when she went to get it off she literally burned my nails using that stupid hand held machine thing! Three days later the gel on my nails were coming off!!! $70 damn dollars for the WORST nails I’ve ever had in my life. I will never go back!!!

Worst service and nails I have ever got in my life. The lady who did my nails rushed it. She just put globs of acrylic on my nails and didn’t even care that she put acrylic under my nails, so the acrylic dried underneath my nails, she went to file them and then the acrylic folded under my nail cut my finger and started bleeding, I ask to tell her she needed to get the acrylic out from under my nails. The shape of my nails wasn’t consistent and some of them were thicker than others. There was another girl that was in there before me, they took me before her, had family in there and workers just talking and told the girl she could wait 5 more minutes...I should’ve walked out then. Worst service and worst nail experience, would never go back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I will NEVER go back to this salon. After a week of getting my nails done they were turning brown. I came in to talk to the owner he was very unprofessional. He told me it was because of my job(only because I was in my uniform).He doesn't know what my job description is. He was just assuming. I honestly wanted my money back but knew that wasn't going to happen. So I just thought they could fix the mistake and paint them a different color for free. He than tried to charge me. Why am I being charged for his mistake is the question. I took pictures of my nails and have shown them to people. They are a rushed , unprofessional, & rude business. Every business should make sure the customer is satisfied . Several people including myself aren't going back there anymore & I hope there happy now.

Did my nails one night, went home and realized my nails on both hands were different lengths, went in to try and get it fixed. Met the nail technician that fixed my nails the day before, first thing he does is to insult my intelligence that it's all in my head, then he goes on to note that natural nails aren't the same length (keep in mind I got a full acrylic set). After that I tell him I would like it to be the length I asked for (the longer one) and he acts as if it can't be done, instead he shaves it down to match the other hand. At that point I am trying to control my anger so I politely tell him take it all off. He proceeds to charge me for a soak off.
This isn't the first time I have been disappointed with their service and attitude but it will surely be the last.

Visting home I decided to get a pedicure at one of my favorite nail salon since I didn't have time before I left home. I noticed half of the old staff were no longer there. That was a red flag I ignored. The owner did my pedicure and I must say it was the worst pedicure I've every had. Lousy customer service

Went to this salon Sunday. My daughter and I both got gel polish changes, only. Normally they last 2 weeks. My daughter has gone several times and the young lady that normally does her, does a wonderful job. However, this past Sunday was not good. They were busy and backed up and the usual young lady was not there. My polish was messed up in a few spots. (gel shouldn't mess up!) By Monday afternoon I get a text from my daughter that hers was chipping off!!!!! WTH

I prefer this salon over most in Statesboro. I get gel polish on my nails and toes, and this salon usually does a good job with both. My biggest complaint here is that sometimes they get really backed...
I prefer this salon over most in Statesboro. I get gel polish on my nails and toes, and this salon usually does a good job with both. My biggest complaint here is that sometimes they get really backed up and will leave you soaking until the water gets cold. Also, there is one gentleman there that I will not let do my toes because I always end up with ingrowns when he does it. Other than that, I am usually very happy with the end result.

I paid for a full manicure and it was very rushed, and they didn’t even finish it. They cut nails on only one hand. She was very rough and kept throwing my hands around. The service is bad. I received a full set acrylic and my nails came off within a the first week, this is the second time this has happened. Went to this salon Sunday. My daughter and I both got gel polish changes, only. Normally they last 2 weeks. My daughter has gone several times and the young lady that normally does her, does a wonderful job. However, this past Sunday was not good. They were busy and backed up and the usual young lady was not there. My polish was messed up in a few spots. (gel shouldn't mess up!) By Monday afternoon I get a text from my daughter that hers was chipping off!!!!! WTH

I prefer this salon over most in Statesboro. I get gel polish on my nails and toes, and this salon usually does a good job with both. My biggest complaint here is that sometimes they get really backed up and will leave you soaking until the water gets cold. Also, there is one gentleman there that I will not let do my toes because I always end up with ingrowns when he does it. Other than that, I am usually very happy with the end result.
