I was quite insulted by the fact that I was a regular client and made an appointment with Nina, but another of her regular clients (who was white) showed up, with NO appointment, and suddenly my services were rushed! I always get the SNS nail treatment, but my nails did not come out right because Nina began rushing so that she could get to her white customer. She told me to come back another time and she would redo my nails! I was furious, to say the least. Firstly, this was SUPPOSED to be a relaxing experience for me. Secondly, I had an appointment! Lastly, being told to come back another day was completely inconsiderate of my time. I will NEVER be cast aside because someone believes that a white person takes priority over me. It is BEYOND offensive and incredibly disrespectful. This was RACISM to a very disgusting level. That salon will NEVER get another penny from me again!!! Addendum: I was shopping in Wal-Mart one day and Hannah saw me. She came running out of the salon and asked me why I hadn't been back to see them. I told her that I found another salon closer to home-which is true. I honestly did not want to try to explain. I just feel like what happened to me would happen again--even if they didn't do it to ME. I don't want to patronize a company whose core "values" include racism.

If I could give them a half of star I would. They did not give my boyfriend the service he paid for. The worst part is that they still charged him full price!

The ladies there are all wonderful and the pedicures are very sanitary and excellent. Only place I ever go.

I have come here a few times. There is rarely a wait. The technicans are very friendly and they do a great job on my gel nails. I usually don't do any designs, maybe a french manicure at most. I believe it is $60 for gel nail mani and pedi.

I was quite insulted by the fact that I was a regular client and made an appointment with Nina, but another of her regular clients (who was white) showed up, with NO appointment, and suddenly my services were rushed! I always get the SNS nail treatment, but my nails did not come out right because Nina began rushing so that she could get to her white customer.
