Absolute garbage. The technicians aren’t clean and don’t abide by the posted prices. They make up prices that fit them and don’t do full manicures. I shouldn’t be ashy after a manicure.

My nails turned out cute, but... the vibe there is not welcoming at all. I was not warmly welcomed in when I entered the shop, especially being it was my first visit. Second of all, the lady that did my nails was not attentive to my preferences. Whenever I wanted to make a suggestion or examine and make sure the nails were the way I wanted, she would challenge me saying, “I’ve been doing this for a long time,” with a smug look on her face. And when I was concerned about the fact that the nail tips weren’t correctly adhered to my natural nails, she just looked at me with a deviant smile and ignored my concern. My nails look cute, but it’s a shame I can’t enjoy them longer, since the tip isn't adhered right. Now I have to get them removed due to the amount of residue, dirty and mildew that has accumulated in the gap between the tip and my natural nail. Lastly, during the filing process, the nail tech did not take care to make sure my nails weren’t dusty before she adhered the tips. That probably explains why they didn’t remain adhered.

I went here for the first time tonight and they did an absolutely fantastic job. My lady was nice and patient and my nails look gorgeous. Definitely gonna be my regular nail place now. 💜

It was my first ped&mani. at this Regal Nails location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price is very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Was busy and their credit machine was down so they made me walk with them disposal flip flops to get cash with tissue between my freshly painted toes. They wanted to hold my purse while I go get money...
Was busy and their credit machine was down so they made me walk with them disposal flip flops to get cash with tissue between my freshly painted toes. They wanted to hold my purse while I go get money. I won't be going back there is too many other places opened to have to deal with that should have told everyone before hand.

Not impressed at all. Of course, it is under new management. The nail salons in the area frequently change management. This last management team leaves a lot to be desired. Poor customer service. ...
Not impressed at all. Of course, it is under new management. The nail salons in the area frequently change management. This last management team leaves a lot to be desired. Poor customer service. They seem to jump to attention to provide service for non-minorities. I didn't want to believe that to be true, but after the third attempt and waiting for more than 45 minutes AND leaving with a pedicure only, I am led to that conclusion.

Second of all, the lady that did my nails was not attentive to my preferences.
