this lady just told me can I come back in an hour to get a gel Polish and pedicure....I knew of I came back in an hour they'll be closed. She said well can you come back tomorrow. I'm like really baff...
this lady just told me can I come back in an hour to get a gel Polish and pedicure....I knew of I came back in an hour they'll be closed. She said well can you come back tomorrow. I'm like really baffled. I will take my business elsewhere for now on despite of a 16.99 pedicure. I don't think they are competent enough to understand customer service.

The Service was Quick and Professional from Technician LiLi. The team does alot of talking in the original language. Which makes the client feel out of place. LiLi was great and I recommend HER.

Pedi took almost 2 hours. The lady acted like she was new and didn't know what she was doing. She hurt my feet a couple of times before I made her stop. 3 days later my right middle toe nail fell off....
Pedi took almost 2 hours. The lady acted like she was new and didn't know what she was doing. She hurt my feet a couple of times before I made her stop. 3 days later my right middle toe nail fell off. I will not be back!

I got my feet done. The place was clean and the lady did an ok job on my feet.. but this other lady said she can do threading for $9. She starts threading under my eyebrow in the same direction to whi...
I got my feet done. The place was clean and the lady did an ok job on my feet.. but this other lady said she can do threading for $9. She starts threading under my eyebrow in the same direction to which my hair grows.. so she removed no hair then she starts threading the heck out of the top of my eyebrow. She then pulls out some tweezers and begins to snatch out all the hair she missed under my brow. I asked what she was doing and she said she can only thread the top. I told her that's not how threading is done!! I didn't let her finish either brow and she still charged me $7.. sooooo I definitely won't be back!!!
