Very disappointed. I have shopped at natural body multiple times for the past few years and never was told or knew that I could not get my money back if I wanted to make a return. I wanted to return some oil from the Webb Gin location because the associates are extremely pushy and I felt pushed to purchase something here. I had my receipt and it had only been one day of having the product without using and I wanted to make the return they told me no you can only exchange for ...other products. I will not shop here ever again purchase my aromatherapy for use their spa services. Definitely do not go into the Webb Gin location they are harassing and like sharks to make purchases. I had an appointment yesterday with Ruth for a pedicure, and it was a divine experience. It was sooo relaxing and I loved the "extra" touches. It is worth the splurge for pampering you get: 15 min foot soak with an element (fragrance of your choice), Reclining chair, warm neck wrap, a Lilac eye mask, and a blanket. I was visiting a friend over the holidays and we decided we both needed a massage. Found this place and now wish I lived nearby. Selena Brand was my massage therapist and did an amazing job. She somehow combined enough pressure that I felt rejuvenated afterwards without the aches and pains I had come in with. I have had many massages over the years and live in S. I’ve enjoyed coming here over the years for spa services. My services have been provided by friendly and professional individuals. I feel this company does not go out of the way to appreciate loyal customers. Although I’ve spent thousands of dollars here I don’t feel my patronage is appreciated. With the latest frequent visitor campaign, the first I know of, I brought to the managers’ attention that I had been coming for years only to be told I needed to spend another $400 for $10 off services. Fantastic and very relaxing experience at Natural Body and Spa! I was blessed to meet and experience the talents of two wonderful ladies today. Gina was my massage therapist and she was awesome! She has gifted hands and such a sweet demeanor. Her ability to transition between body areas is truly a gift. First massage I've had that I wasn't aware of the time and anticipating the end. I was truly relaxed. This massage is definitely one of the best I've ever had! Chenoa was my esthetician and she was awesome too! She was very gentle and so personable. My face feels like silk! Great face, shoulder, neck massage too. More gifted hands! I lost track of time with her as well. I highly recommend both of these professionals. The spa itself was clean with a relaxing atmosphere. I will never go anywhere else. I've been dealing with chronic pain, and have found that massages are the only thing that works to relieve the headaches that I was getting.I did the 20 minute chair massage, and it was awesome. The masseuse used a pretty decent amount of pressure, and while it hurt that night, the next day I woke up feeling amazing.The rest of the staff was exceedingly awesome. I had a great experience at their Brookhaven location and luckily the Snellville (Webb Ginn) one lives up to that same reputation! Scheduling an appointment was easy and I had a spa coordinator call me back almost instantly. The spa itself is very clean, smells great and has a ton of great makeup, hair, and accessories to look at while waiting. The waiting room is very peaceful/quiet.I had a great massage from Naynay (not sure how to spell her name!) but she was very attentive and friendly. She worked through all my problem areas (hips and one shoulder that had been injured) and used the right amount of pressure all throughout. Afterwards, I simply just laid there, not wanting to get up - that's how relaxed I was. I've also noticed even better mobility in my shoulder (the one that had been injured prior) and my back isn't cracking and popping when I sit too long. Overall, I had a great experience and the prices aren't too high so I'm happy to have a non-pretentious, relaxing place near home whenever I feel like pampering myself! Read Less

I have been going here for years, ever since they opened. I have always had very deferential, courteous service. I always get the signature pedicure. They start with picking your element - such as wood, water, etc. to suit your mood. You're given a cup of tea or water if you like, and head to the back where they have comfy swing chairs or low seats and soak your feet in perfumed hot water while you rest to peaceful music. When ready, they bring you to a chair, will give you an eyemask filled with lavender and a blanket if you want one while they lean you back and take care of your pedicure. The nail technicians were fabulous. However, mid-pedicure, the manager basically told us to leave because my sister brought her nursing baby with her. We were never told about this policy. In fact, we were told it was OK to have the baby. The manager was very rude and extremely impolite about the entire situation. Hundreds of dollars have been spent here over the course of many years and we will not be coming back due to this horrendous and embarrassing situation.Read Less

I absolutely LOVE this place and Kenyatta! I've been going here once a month for over a year now and I can't thank them enough for all they do for me. If I miss my appointment my body tells me, "it's time to go see Kenyatta". If I'm stressed at work and I start to bring that stress home my husband tells me, "it's time to go see Kenyatta".
