Do not go here, you will waste your money. I came in for a fill-in and the lady didn’t even know what she was doing, she messed up the shape of my nails, didn’t fill them in properly, cut my skin multiple times and my nails fell off within the same week. The pedicures are horrible here as well, you don’t see a difference when you leave the salon, its the same as doing your own at home. Do not waste your time or patience, go to a different salon. I went here for my birthday and brought three additional clients with me. My nail tech cut my fingers up. When I tried to make conversation With my tech he was rude. I googled translated their conversation and he was complaining about how he wanted to go home. Also, his work was overall sloppy. A few nails were crooked. It's only been a week and my middle nail fell off completely. This is after putting on gloves every time I clean or wash my hair. I also got a pedicure which I have no complaints about. I spent $85 alone on myself. And I'm very unsatisfied. All my friends except one manicure and pedicures. One friend almost got the wrong pedicure treatment and color Because they were not listening. Another friend had to argue with a tech over what she wanted cause they wanted more money. When we told the manager he did not do anything but give a very uncaring apology. I will not be returning nor recommending. It is visually impressive as well as providing wonderful customer service. They were extremely busy on a Sunday but kept up well with assisting until they could get to us. I have a home salon already but will definitely recommend this one as well as visit when my other location is not available. I walked in this place like whooa. Mega is right and the first thing you walk up to is a bar, wasn't expecting that. This is to the left of Michael's, I had never noticed it before. Anyway my nail tech did a great job- got a gel manicure and eyebrows waxed. They also do SNS and it's the kind of place that gives you a whole menu of options for pedicures. Also some of nail techs do eyebrow threading. Would give 5 stars but idk why no one ever came around asking people if they wanted drinks? Huge bar but never saw anyone get a drink or be asked, is it just for looks?? Tons of manicure and pedicure tables so we didn't have to wait, which is why we tried this place. I'll be back! The ladies in the wedding party along with the moms decided to treat themselves to mani/pedi’s the day before the wedding. Ricky from Mega Nails was just amazing! We called ahead and made reservations for all the gals. Don’t let the strip mall location fool you, the salon is quite elegant looking with chandeliers and cloud painted ceilings. They are at least twice the size of most nail salons so they are able to handle large groups. When you walk in, there is a beautifully ornate walnut bar, where there is a large assortment of different alcohols to choose from. And for the young ones in your group, they have cute little kid chairs to make them feel special as well. Check out their web site to see all the services that they offer. If you do call for an appointment, I would suggest asking for Ricky as a few of the technicians there have a little language barrier. I came to visit from out of town and the service that I received was great, not only did Mega Nails & Spa take me a short time before closing but I also received good service prior to closing.  sometimes if a place is getting ready to close they just want to get out of there and the service lacks, but not Mega Nails & Spa!  I was a little surprised by the additional charge for buffing nails although the charge was under $5 I though buffing should have been part of receiving a pedicure.  The place was very clean and well kept.  They even have chairs and service tailored for children 10 yrs and younger.  There are a variety of pedicure options and also Organic products options as well and my feet feel fantastic!!  I want to thank Linda and Loanne for taking great care of me and my friends feet!! Me and my mom both get our nails done by Terry here - she's super sweet, easy to talk to, and does an amazing job. The regular manicures are $12 and the gel manicures are $27 - she does both wonderfully! We've made appointments before which she says makes it easier on her, but we've also been able to just walk in and get seen fairly quickly as well. Read Less

I will do an update to the review in a few months, but yesterday was the very first time I went to this place and I have to say that I really enjoyed the experience.  The two fantastic ladies that did my manicure and pedicure were Stephanie and Tiffany.  Usually, I try to avoid adding tips to my nails, because by the end of the process the nail looks too fake and thick, however, this time I have to say that I loved how the nails look like.  Now, for poor Stephanie she got a set of feet coming off a tradeshow with new shoes, so they were a mess, she did a great job by not hurting them more and making sure all the skin from the blisters I had was gone and the feet look nice again.  I was one of those annoying customers that came in a bit late (a little after 7, and they close at 8) and they still had the best attitude, even if they had to stay longer than the closing time. I went for my first time today and here is my impression. The lady that took care of me did everything for me, instead of being passed around, which was great. Towards the end, her energy and mood seemed to shift to towards annoyed and dismissive, which pissed me off. When she waxed my eyebrows, she didn't blow a bit on the wax and in turn the wax was too hot. Also, she was really rough when she was pulling the strips. Most likely I'm going to break out in a few days from the wax being too hot on my skin. She did my pedicure and manicure separate so I would be more comfortable, which I really appreciated, but in the end I regretted it cause the whole process took 2 hours. While she was doing my pedicure, she kept grabbing my toe and bending it and I had to tell her I hurt my toe and I need her to be careful and she kept at it. I had to keep reminding her that it hurt. The music playing was completely inappropriate and I brought it to the front desks attention and was dismissed. There was a bee in the place and it was scaring both me and the lady next to me, but the workers didn't care, or tell anyone. I was never offered a water or anything either, but everyone who was paying for booze was served promptly. Overall, I'm not sure if I'll be back. Read Less

Excellent service, always. Happy this place is near my house! I get my nails done here, as I the hair services aren't something I need (I have short hair). During the afternoon and evening they offer local wine by the glass, complimentary, and have some really great hair and nail products. I love their nail polish. I am only giving 2 of the stars because they are licensed to serve alcohol and because of the decorations. I only go most of the time to unwind after a long day. The last time I went I was saddened by the owner or the guy in the front thats very shorter than the others that seems to be in charged. I gave my technician a few dollars and the person in charge gave a smary remark. I am a single mother and I feel if I spend  $70 dollars lately when I come, I am not fortunate as others to give $10 or $20 along with my service. I have been there when they had to move me because of water leaks, I have witnessed the man in charge argue with his technician in front if customers, and I think he needs a reality check. I just had a refill on my SNS nails and its been a week almost and it is cracking around my cuticles. I trued the nails opposed to getting what I have had years ago which were gel nails with tips. It is way more expensive and a longer process to me. I shouldn't after 5 or 6days need to have another refil. So my tip to the shop is be more courteous because everyone isn't well off as others, use better products if you use your salesman pitch to talk a person into trying something and humble yourself. what goes up must come down nomatter what business you have and my $70 helped him pay something so don't count me out. I recently visited this salon and was very disappointed in the service received. After getting a pedicure I saw several problems with the way the manicurist did my feet. I call within a reasonable time to see if someone could fix the problems (i.e. nail polish chipped and cuticles not being pushed back)and they said they would. Needless to say after giving them the opportunity to fix the problem they gave me excuses and insisted on me getting the manicurists who did not do a good job. Only for me to walk out,  after finally showing the manicurist what she missed and not being pleased with her just putting any color over the area where the nail polish was chipped. I am new to the Grayson/ Snellville area and I wanted to find a new nail salon close to home and didn't wanna drive all the way to lawrenceville to go to my original people . This place is really hit or miss. More miss recently, I know your probably wondering why I keep going back. It's just 5 minutes away from me and convenient, but after today's visit I will not be returning. The nail tech was very unhappy and rude, and never smiled once. I went here for prom and it was my first time getting my nails done. Asked the guy at the front if he could do a design (showed him picture too) and he said yes. He told me where to sit but I couldn't understand that well due to his accent, but a technician kindly told me where to sit. My technician was John, he took a second to examine my nails and was very nice. Although he sort of made me feel like he was accusing me of doing something with the gel top coat because it wasn't in the box, but then it was found. A drill was used on my natural nail, which I am not a fan of. I didn't get the design that I asked for but I'm not sure if the technician knew exactly what I wanted. Overall it was good but it wasn't symmetrical. My left thumb doesn't have smooth edges, my left middle finger is noticeably less pointy than the other nails and my left pinky is bumpy. On my right hand my thumb doesn't have smooth edges and my index finger isn't as pointy as the others. For $42 I would've expected complete perfection Read Less

This place is pretty fancy, I love the chandeliers it makes you feel like your in an upscale Salon. Sophia was my nail tech and she was very friendly and talkative. I got a manicure with gel polish the only complaint I have is I wish she painted closer to the nail bed cause now it kinda looks like I had nail growth and today is the 1st day. I've been coming to Mega Nails since they opened a year ago and have always had excellent customer service! They are friendly, they are well staffed so you never have to wait very long and my gel manicure and pedicure always look great! Well reading the comments it would deter anyone from coming there however after having a bad experience at a salon on panola and being new to the area I found this place. From day one I was pleased I get almond shaped nails and I guess it's hard to do correctly,  but not here! Emily is awesome the first time she did my nails and fixed them from the last place I had tears in my eyes. I am very hard to please and I was actually overly happy with the perfection of my nails and eyebrows.  They are a bit pricey but I love it there Emily is an extremely talented nail tech she listens to me helps with my colors and everything even the manager, he picks colors for me because I am very indecisive lol the other nail techs come sit and watch Emily do my nails we talk and laugh almost like buddies at a slumber party. As far as wait times and racism the longest I have waited is about 10 mins without an appointment, when I have one Emily is there waiting on me so I go straight back. I give one star because my manicure was great. But the pedicure and massage were not up to par for the cost. For the pedicure, the callus treatment is supposed to be included but I had the ask the lady to go back over my feet and file down the calluses. The massage was a joke. Supposed to be full body but the lady stood in one spot the entire time, never touched my legs, feet, arms or hands. Spent most of time on my left shoulder. And what's up with the rewards card?!? They can't even tell me how many points I have and what those points can be used for?!? My hubby had given me a gift certificate for my bday to use there and when I presented it, they asked me what the credit card number was that bought the certificate. Um, it's a gift, for don't know what the card number is?!? And then they couldn't figure out how to redeem the certificate. Even though I still have $80 on my certificate, I doubt I'll go back! Such an unprofessional place. My cousin went there and she only needed to take her polish off and apply a clear top coat on her acrylics. She walked in, told them what she needed and they handed her a cotton so she can do it herself. If she wanted to do it herself she would've stayed home and done it, but she wanted her nails to look nice and clean. Instead they made her stand there in front of everyone and made her take off her polish and buff and file her own nails. Imagine her embarrassment. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. I can't believe the service they have. Would not recommend! I would not even dare to treat my worst customers like that. They had me with the big WINE sign in the front window.  I pretty much love anything that can be accompanied by a nice glass of wine.   From the outside, I had no idea this place is so large inside.   There are dozens of massage chairs so I would guess you rarely have to wait very long for availability.   I went on a Friday evening around 5pm and there was no wait at all.   The place and equipment was very clean and the services were done in a timely fashion.  I had two services: pedicure and eyebrow waxing.    I had one glass of wine which was $3 and my total bill was $39. I have been coming here every month for almost a year, but today they lost me as a customer.These people do not honor their own loyalty card. Mine CLEARLY had 10 stamps on it, which means I was entitled to $15 off my service. But because THEIR STAFF MEMBERS DIDN'T WRITE THE DATE NEXT TO EACH STAMP, they couldn't prove that I had been here 10x. So I had to pay full price for my services.Not to mention my gel manicure & pedicure was supposed to be $60, but they charged me $63. I was not very pleased with the price for the service I received.   The bill was over 100$ for 2 ladies and one child.  I thought 27$ for a child mani/pedi was a bit steep (since it was a boy and he got no polish).  He even walked out with dirty looking nails.  :(  At least have his nails looking clean when he leaves.  I even brought it up to the owner,  but his suggestion was to take my number and call me after he looked over the video.  Not worth the trouble, the nail tech probably went through the motions, but not to my satisfaction for the price.I paid for my mother and myself to get the deluxe mani/pedi combo ($40 per person) not a bad price, but I felt a bit rushed.  They kept trying to get me to upgrade to gel polish for 37$ more.  No thanks!!!  In my opinion my mom got a much better exfoliation and arm mask than I did.  I felt my nail technician was a little stingy with the amount of product used and the time spent on the massage.  I was not offered a complementary beverage  (bottled water or soft drink), but had to ask.   Overall the mani/pedi services were fine, just don't expect to be pampered.  I don't think we will be going back. I wanted to like this place but can't. The wait time is always long, it's very unprofessional, the music kept getting unbearably louder and then changed to 90's grunge/Rock (which is great except when you're trying to relax whilst getting your nails done!) both my aunt's and my mom's pedicure bowls OVERFLOWED all over the place! They proceeded to mop up the water and then the mop literally almost knocked me out when it fell. The guy that did my gel nails took his time but in the end did a poor job. He didn't file the edges, so the ends of my nails are all messed up. They were also filed poorly to begin with. The workers here rush and set timers and speak another language nonstop, as well as complain about how they haven't had a break all day. It's just not a relaxing experience and I will not be back.
