First let's start by saying, all of this customer service that everyone is saying is great is very fake, because when you are not happy with your service you are treated with the utmost disrespect. I was told that I should expect regular polish, OPI polish to come off of acrylic nails within 4 days. As if I've never gotten my nails done before ever in life, before there was any SNS or a nexgen. Lynn is very rude and disrespectful and should honestly retire and give her job to Lily because she has no purpose there. The shop ran move Saturday without her. Blamed the Polish wearing off on me and not the quality of the nail tech who did my nails who was herself, very rude on Saturday. There is no way in life I would ever step foot in or around this place. You never can get the same person to do your nails there is always a 20 minute wait. I've been going here for 4 years now and have been doing my nails for about 7 years so you could say I know a bit about acrylic and gel nails and etc. I've never had a bad expirience here. If you are looking for a girl that will not charge you extra and actually do a good job on your nails schedule an appointment with AMY! She did such a good job on my nails. I had gotten acrylic nails with gel nailpolish and she only charged me 27 with SHAPING! 10/10 would recommend. Read Less

This place used to be great. It has gone downhill. I went in for a pedicure. I waited an hour with my feet in cool water for a tech, Which would have been fine if I was informed there would be a long wait. All the while I'm swatting flies. There are flies everywhere! I am nine months pregnant and try to avoid the nail station so as to not breathe in the powder/fumes. Turns out both patrons next to me were getting fake nails removed and redone. So much for avoiding that. This also made my area extremely crowded. The nail technicians moved my purse more than one time without asking me. I ended up being unable to reach it without help. I came in to try to relax and treat myself, but it was anything but relaxing. I have been going here for a while and have noticed a steady decline in services. I have decided to not come back. Went in for simple SNS nails which I have been getting for 4 years. Nail techs very inexperienced and SLOW made my nails sooo thick they looked like chiclets GUM!!! This is after 2 hours! When I complained to the Manager everything went south, she was RUDE, COMBATIVE, and incapable of listening and instead chose to tell me about the length of time she has been in business. I guess that means I'm supposed to accept mediocre work? This Manager/Owner does not care about customers and will only take up for her workers without knowing or even asking for FACTS from the customer. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and the time taken out of my day to try this shop. Appalled at the way the owner behaved and conducted business, especially as a first time customer. I live in Loganville and probably pass 20 nail salons before I get to this one. I used to frequent City Nails and Spa off of the 78 by the Loganville Publix and after a less than satisfactory experience I had to switch it up. This place is the beeessst and for what you get, the prices are unbeatable. Also free water, coffee, or soda. I found my new regular spot. Read Less

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE They were 15 mins late for my appointment. The manager was beyond rude I almost slapped her in the face. They did a terrible job on my nails and eyebrows. The next day a nail popped off I went back in there and demanded they fix it for free. I just paid $40 yesterday! I'm giving them 1 star. Luxury is the furthest thing from luxurious. They've gotten to where they rush through your pedicures, even when you pay for the more expensive longer lasting ones. They speak Vietnamese nonstop to each other and will stop doing your nails to talk while you're sitting there waiting on them to finish their conversation. The SNS they use seems to be really cheap, I got black and the very next day there were smudges of what looked like a combo of makeup and air bubbles? But it won't come off. No idea if it's the top coat or the sns but it looks awful. They also cut your nails on the sides to make them appear thinner - which some people don't want! I like mine squared and wider (and very short) and don't want my actual nail width changed! They should ask before they assume, and do it. Its not a pleasant experience at all either - this past time going in, they had the news on all of the tv's, along with the radio playing. Both at the same time. Talk about the furthest thing from relaxing! They also put your hands in bags full of acetone to melt off your gel / sns. Not comforting knowing my skin is soaking up all that acetone! It started burning after a while, so I took my hand out, and got reprimanded for doing so because "it's not ready, see?!" Won't be going back, and will be on the search for a new salon. Read Less

Ok! This is my first time writing a review on a local establishment. I hate the fact that it has to be negative. Maybe now that I have written my first review, I can start getting some positive reviews out there as well. I just returned from Luxury Nail & Spa. I went several years ago but didn't see a huge difference from the nail salon that I was going to. I recently found out that the nail salon that I have gone to for many years has been in the news because they got busted due to horrible cleanliness, so I decided to try Luxury Nail and Spa out again. I went today for a fill in and a pedicure. Upon going back to get my pedicure, I was greeted by a frowning woman. I thought to myself, maybe she is just having a bad day....She handed me a pedicure 'menu'. I looked over the different pedicures that they had to offer and I told her that I just wanted the 'Regular Pedicure' which was the first pedicure I saw on the menu. Before I begin letting you know about the horrible pedicure I received from HELEN, let me say that the paint job I got was actually pretty good. But I feel like that's all I really got. I'm not sure if Helen had arthritis or a muscle disorder in her hands but she had absolutely no strength when it came to any portion of the pedicure that required actual scrubbing. Well, on second thought, I think she had strength but did not want to exert herself. Especially since I wasn't paying for any other services beside the cheapest pedicure. As she scrubbed the soles of my feet (less than 10 swipes each), with her limp hands, she was turned at a 95 degree angle to watch the television that was behind her. That's when I saw the first smile come from her face. She was laughing at the movie that was playing on the T.V. She never engaged me in any conversation (that's really okay because I'm not a big conversationalist), not even to let me know that her services had been completed. I'm sorry, I am paying for a service, right??? Why did I feel like I was inconveniencing her??? I have had MANY pedicures in my life, this one was by far the WORST I have ever had. My fingernail fill-in turned out to be pretty good, but because of Helen's attitude and pedicure abilities (whether on purpose or because of some physical impairment) I will ABSOLUTELY not go back to Luxury Nail & Spa. If you choose to go here, please request someone other than Helen to give you a pedicure. Read Less
