Owner sat me down and told me she’d get me started soon and then let an hour go by just for me to be removed from my chair by someone else to get their nails started. I used to go for my sns ONLY TO JOHN Made the mistake of going in while he wasn’t there and was treated horribly, they sat me down and had me soak off my old sns and completely forgot about me🤷🏻‍♀️ . At one point a lady came in and numerous employees ignored her and after she said “I don’t understand what you’re saying” one employee started practically yelling in her native tongue while the others laughed and pointed at the lady. If you're looking for a place that have skills in nail art and design this is NOT it! they have decent service and the owner tries to make up for screw ups to make you happy. If you just want simple plain nails them you're good. I'm not into crazy fancy nail art but I can't even get a simple design cause NOBODY knows how to do them. They gave fast services bit I wasn't greeted when I walked in. They talked to me after about 3 mins of me standing there. The lady that did my feet was very nice and good but the lady that did my manicure missed so spots and I told her and she still didn't fix it. Overall ok place. My friend and I paid for aloe vera pedicures but it looks like we got a $15 pedicure. I was seated right away but my chair wasn't clean and it had nail dust from the previous customer. The nail technician who worked on my friend brushed her toe when she put flip flops on my friend. When my friend pointed that out the nail technician snapped at her. Overall both of our pedicures look sloppy and it wasn't a friendly experience. This will be my first and last time at this salon. Read Less

I had to get a pedicure quickly. I was leaving on vacation the next morning and I wasn't able to get in to my regular salon. So I looked up on Yelp. There were mixed reviews for this Nail Salon. But really I just didn't have another alternative. I made an appointment for 5:30 I specifically said I can't wait around, so if I make this appointment I won't have to wait correct? She assured me I wouldn't. I get there and I had to wait for 15-20 minutes while people who didn't have appointments went right in front of me. I was getting the jello pedicure the second to most expensive pedicure. She put me in the chair and I sat there for A HALF HOUR! Finally I said something. I had waited a total of 50 minutes waiting for someone to start my pedicure. You are supposed to get a long message with this pedicure and a hot rock message too. In total she massaged me ( with the scrubs, gels, hot rocks, etc) a grand total of 5-7 minutes. I was astounded. I couldn't believe it was over. I told Lucy and she turned around and didn't say one thing to me. I would NEVER GO BACK EVER AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I went in for a full set of regular $20 acrylic nails. A young lady named Mia was my nail tech. First off: she was Extremely RUDE in trying to convince me to purchase the gel set of nails. When i asked about the CND gel nails that were on the price board posted. She just handed me a book of nail gel tips and said pick color here. BUT NO, I am asking to see your CND brand polishes. NONE ARE OFFERED! This is false advertising & people beware!!!! Thats when Mia went in full vietnamese speaking mode & blasted me to her fellow co-workers. Everyone was looking at me including the other customers! I feel so violated & asked Mia was there a problem because clearly she is talking about me. Mia then said she was referring to food cooking in back. I'm like whatever Mia but you could refer directly to me if there is a problem with me asking a question. Hey guys, I love this place! Since  getting  two nail infections in my lifetime I'm pretty particular  about where i go to get my nails done. So  far nothing  but good things to say about this place and i hope it remains this way. They  are well organized (sign in at desk) and they have a large staff and the technicians who did my nails english was very good. I was in a rush and couldn't make it to my usual place do I stopped here even though I knew my last experience sucked. I was hoping they changed over time. . .I have been sitting in this salon for 19 minutes and have yet to be addressed. Three people have walked in after me and have been seated. Two out of the three people stated they didn't have an appointment. I asked their reasoning on this and was told it'll be a minute... Well that didn't answer my question . Im new to the nail salon world and have been going to different places to find the perfect fit. I came to this salon because they came highly recommended by my friend who has been going there for over 7 years. She made us both an appointment to come in at the same time. I came first and they said they couldn't find my appointment. Then I pointed out my friends name and said she made an appointment for both of us. They were really busy and once I told her that she took me right away which I appreciated. She helped me pick out a color, was very upfront with the pricing of what I was getting and let me know when I wanted different things if it was going to be extra or not. Now the quality of the nails were amazing. It's only been one day so I can't say how well the gel polish lasts but it's definitely worth not having to wait for drying time. I have some very minor issues with the way they were painted but nothing that wouldn't stop me from making this my permanent nail salon. The only place I go to for my nails. They always take care of you and make sure there's an excellent service each time. Usually I have to been just going to Kim however each nail tech provides excellent service. I like  the gel nails and they try new fun things. I've only got nails done from here but I know they provide waxing and other services has while. It's nice to have the massage chairs too! Read Less

Awesome spot. Clean, inviting, the staff is friendly, and they do a great job. I have only had pedicures so far (I like the gel polish on my toe nails...it lasts a loooong time). But they have done a great job every time. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get into a chair. However, I always go during the week. I've heard weekends are very busy, so just keep that in mind. Yes, the techs do prefer to be paid their tips in cash, but you can pay for the actual services by debit or credit card. I went here for the first time and I am torn between a bad review and a Bad review and a good one. They were incredibly busy for a week day morning and I only waited about 30 seconds. I got a mani/pedi. The lady doing the pedi did a mediocre job. I paid extra for a deluxe and I feel like I did not get it. When I went home there was still dry skin on my feet that I easily removed myself. The lady that did the mani talked me into gel polish since it lasts longer. Once she had me sold she filed my nails, painted them, then have me some lotion for me to rub on my hands. She also talked to the pedi lady the whole time taking breaks to prop herself up on my leg while she socialized. I am satisfied with the paint job and no wait times and they were friendly during the brief interactions I had. I visited this salon for the first time on a Friday evening after work. I just wanted a simple polish change for my feet. Even though the place was jammed packed with patrons, I waited less than 5 minutes before I was seated.I told the nail tech that I was only getting a polish change, but that I also wanted a custom design as well. That must have set her off, as she stormed to the back yelling something... no idea what she said.She came back and rushed quite quickly through removing my existing polish and absent-mindedly filing and buffing my toenails. She was extremely engrossed in the conversation taking place next to us. She painted my nails, then another woman had to come do the design. I was liking it at first, then she added tiny dots that I didn't care for, but I didn't have time for her to start over.If you wear flip flops, most nail salons will slip them back on your feet for you. She looked at my flip flops, said something I couldn't understand, then retrieved the disposable ones they have in stock.I might return again just because I got a pretty nice nail design just for $9. This place is fabulous. It has an awesome ambiance and convenient hours. The owner never turns anyone away. I watched people enter as late as 30 minutes after closing time and there were serviced. The prices are reasonable. I brought my mom here for services and ended up getting a no chip manicure. My tech helped me pick the perfect color. This is my favorite nail salon that is close to my house.  Everything is sanitized (which is a huge plus for me) and their prices are reasonable.  They do great manicures, (I'm hooked on the gel manicures) pedicures and eyebrow waxing.  The only thing I hate about them is the wait; they are really busy on the weekends.  But for the quality that they do, it's worth it!
