This was my 1st and last time going to this salon. I have never had a set of SNS nails look so horrible. I kept telling her to fix them and she would file and grind but they are so thick  and  uneven that it didn't make a difference. I had a chipped nail and requested an acrylic tip on my big toe. The woman asssigned to do my pedicure could not do it so the man doing my nails had to do it for her. After my polish was applied my nails did not look similar..at all. Of coarse they won't be exactly the same by they weren't even close. I asked the man who did my nails if he could do the big toe on my other foot so they at least look similar and he told me no. Worst experience here thus far. I called and scheduled an appointment with Holly for Monday at 3. I came in early and the receptionist told me she didn't even come to work that day. My nails and toes were horrible. A guy named Long came to fix my nails and he did a decent job for what the other nail tech butchered. My toes look absolutely horrible. The nail tech seemed to not know what she was doing. The receptionist have me a card for $20 off when I come back, which was a complete insult. You think I want to come back after this?!! Worst service ever. I got a brow wax and manicure and both were subpar. I had to have the woman TRY to fix my brows cause she made one thinner than the other. Now they're uneven. The manicurist did a horrible job of polishing my nails and after sitting for 20 minutes under the nail dryer they were still not completely dry. I asked the owner if he had a more drying spray because the can was empty and when he went to look for it he started talking about paint chip colors with another staff member and never came back. Another ten minutes later I left and got in my car and the polish STILL smudge. The photos are a few hours after the services. First and last time. Never again. Read Less

Friendly staff, they line the pedicure bowl with a plastic liner and use disposable file, buffer and scrubbing pad. They also open the sterilized packages in front of you. I'm diabetic so the above is all very important to me. Read Less

Amazing atmosphere, customer service, and quality! The technicians and receptionists are so sweet and welcoming. They use hospital-grade sterilization for all the tools, and they use pedicure bowl liners to insure cleanliness. They also have a cute, separate section for children to get their mani and pedi. This is a very nice nail salon, aesthetically, but the service is subpar. The gentleman that did my nails told me he was helping the manager, his wife. He also let me know that he had been doing nails since the Olympics here in Atlanta, 1996, twenty years. Unfortunately, my nails turned out awful. I would give 0 if possible. Was in with my high school age daughter last Saturday. I wanted just a plain French manicure the tech that removed my polish SNS from previous visit filed/sanded down so much she hit the skin underneath. Literally burnt me under the nail. Three times - I kept pulling away in pain- no apologies. Having only had SNS that one time I didn't know if that was normal in removal- ITS NOT. 100 bucks later my nails were ruined(they all broke off/ripped off within 24 hours) and my daughter had a set of acrylic nails that barely had polish showing- perhaps because the gentleman assisting her was too busy on his cell phone to give her appropriate attention Read Less

They do a great job! Very quiet and relaxing. The workers don't talk too much which adds to the relaxation factor. They are super nice! Pedicures are reasonably priced and so are gel manicures. Both last a long time. Call before you go in as they are usually busy. Read Less

This is unique. The staff are uber friendly, funny and yet very professional, Going here is like a tiny vacation! Best gel mani I have ever had! It was easy to make an appointment same morning. The place was gorgeous and clean with beautiful modern decor. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Most importantly, the gel mani was really fantastic. She did a superb job! My cuticles were a mess and she spent the time to clean them up. It was my first time here. I got a pedi, something I really only keep up with during the warmer months. This place is pretty big, and I was impressed with the interior decor, it was quite elaborate with crystal chandeliers, and a ceiling painted to look like the sky. I had no wait, it was after all 12:45 pm on a Monday. My manicurist was friendly, and fast, but accurate. The thing I liked most about this salon was that the metal manicurist tools that were used on me came out of a sanitization envelope. They're the ones I've seen used for surgical instruments in hospitals. They also wear gloves, and use a plastic liner for the foot tubs. Very cool!!!The only "con" I noticed was that two ladies who'd walked in after me were getting pressured a bit by their manicurists to upgrade their services.
