If i could give zero stars I would. Today I went in for a full set and then decided to get a pedicure as well. The water in the foot tub was not even warm to say the least. The lady that was doing my pedicure didn't seem to really want to do it. Doesn't speak any English or very little English. I ask 3 different times for her to make the water a little warmer. She turned the hot water on and then turned it off very quickly as if she didn't care that the water wasn't warm. The guy that did my nails had an attitude because I inquired about prices. He was mad that my fingers on my left hand are not so straight. I can't help that. My nails are very thick and bulky and not even AT ALL. My toes look like I polished them at home by myself. I still payed for my service because I don't want them trying to think im try I g to get out of paying and call the police. I spent 60 bucks in this place today and not satisfied at all. I went home n took the polish off my toes and polished them myself. They look better than what I paid for. I will never visit this place again. Thumbs down. Read Less

When I went in I asked how long is the wait? I was told no wait they can do me now. I was set up at a pedicure bowl and left for 30+ minutes while the only two staff members began working on other patrons. Now my water is cold and I'm almost due back to work. So I asked for a towel to dry my feet off and return to work when the lady began to apologize, but the owner didn't seem to care. Please don't frequent this establishment. Try any of the other neighboring salons before settling for this one. I'm highly upset ... But shame on me because I had a bad experience a few years ago in this very salon. Heads up y'all. Got my first full set of acrylic gel nails here and although they looked really good, the man who did them was rushing so much (I was the only person there!) he also cut me so many times that I was actually bleeding. I had at least four painful cuts on the sides of my fingers from the electric nail file. Fast forward to when I go to another nail salon to get them taken off and I see I have deep indents on my nails and the lady's working there ask me where I got my nails done because the person clearly filed my nails too much and too close to my cuticles, ugh. Under new ownership, now called USA Nails. Went for the 1st time in November for a new set of acrylic nails since they are running a 20% off any service special for the grand opening. BAD Mistake! New set was lifting and pulling away on most nails in a few weeks. Never had that happen in over 20 years of having my nails done with a new set. Went back today and had the male owner - same person who did them the first time - do a half___ work and then charged extra because he replaced 4 nails completely. Shoddy work. Will never go back. Sometimes cheap is cheap for a reason. Learned a lesson. Will be going back across the street to a quality nail salon - should never had left them for what was supposed to be a good deal. Read Less

Great job and personalized service! Love the married couple working there. If there are people there they get to you as soon as they can or let you soak your feet and they never waste a second helping you! Ice been going there for 16 years at least! Never got any infections or been unhappy. If you mess them up they'll fix it! They speak very good English too.Read Less
