Did a terrible job on my nails. Can not do stiletto nails. Woman doing my nails got an attitude when I pointed out they weren’t right. The manager tried to correct them and still didn’t get right. Out of frustration I walked out with one hand pointed nails the other square. Read Less

The worst ever! Overpriced for one! Why should I have to pay extra for smooth feet’s 🤔. I showed up 12/29/17 @7:30p. They close @8p, so I told the lady I would come back because I didn’t want a rush job I said to myself. She said no we can get you in. The lady working on my feet act as though she hated doing my feet. I asked her was she going to scrub my feet some more she said that’s why I told you to get the sugar scrub for an extra $5 are you kidding me. It wasn’t a warm feeling there. I had to scrub my own feet when I got to the house.The lady who did my nails left my raggedy cuticles like they were before I came. I left with hang nails, and all. I gave them both a nice tip. The lady who did my nails thanks. The other one said absolutely nothing. When she finished she just got up without saying anything. The next time I seen she was walking out the door 😡I will never return, and I’ll make sure my friends, and family never use y’all services. Just had my first visit today. Had a great pedicure and eyebrow wax. Tracy took her time and made sure that I had a great experience. I love the decor and the ambiance in the salon- very chic. Will admit it was kind of empty for a Friday but then I remind myself that I went at 10 am so chances are it will look very different after work hours. Will definitely be a return customer. Had a great first experience here. It's clean and modern. Great selection of colors. Seriously full service nail salon. It had been a while since I'd had a proper pedicure. The girl who did my toes didn't judge and did a great job. I chose one of their mid range options and got standard polish. Minus one star because it's a little pricey. The salon is very well decorated and designed. It has a good flow to the space and it very nice. Love that there are tv's and music playing. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and quickly seated on a Friday around 6pm. My tech was nice and fast! She did exactly what I asked for and did a good job. The 2 things that I didn't like about the place was that the prices weren't posted anywhere and its $8 for a polish change. Which is always $5 wherever I go. I came to this nail salon on a whim after looking at local reviews of all the nail salons in Snellville, expecting a good experience. I walk in and was given a basket of SNS colors and start to pick a color. One employee grabs the basket away from me in the middle of picking a color after a minute and it was given to another customer and I was told "you can pick it later". The employee giving me a pedicure made me bleed twice and never apologized. Finally after picking my color and having my SNS nail color done, she asked if I want to pay an extra $5 to actually get the "manicure" part of the service (the cuticles, etc.) Of course I was expecting that to be a part of the service. Did not get any extras that one gets with a manicure such as lotion, warm mitts, hot towels, etc. When I was ready to pay, I was not planning on tipping because of my bad experience, and was asked "how I will be tipping today: cash or on card?" So I felt obligated to tip. I have never had a worse experience getting my nails done and I felt like I needed to share my experience. Read Less

This was my first time trying Bellagio.  The initial experience was good - got SNS nails and a pedicure. They were a little pushy with the upsell but otherwise okay. When I got home into better light, I noticed that I had visible nail lines even though I had a solid bright purplish-pink. The next day (less than 24hrs later), the gel in one of my nails was cracked all the way down to the nail. I went back and they quickly fixed it. By day 2, another nail had cracked but I was out of town so could not go back. I also started to. Price that some of the polish seemed to be rubbing off - areas of my nails were much more visible than others. I had to go out an purchase a similar nail color to paint over them so they didn't look so bad. By day 5, a third nail had cracked and they were looking horrible so I soaked them off.  I tried to contact them again, sent a letter but no one ever called me back. I waited to see if they would respond before I wrote this review. I was so fed up. I didn't go back to have them fix it as I didn't want another horrible job. It's a shame because it's a really nice appearing place and close to my house but convenience doesn't make up for that kind of service. Read Less

Great atmosphere, super clean, and friendly staff. They were very good and if I lived closer I would definitely be returning regularly. The only reason i have 4 instead of 5 stars is that I've had better polish jobs. I did a regular manicure with French gel polish and the tips are not even and a little crooked. It's not noticeable unless you're really looking at them, but I'm OCD and it bothers me. Other than that, I loved the experience! Read Less

Came in the evening on a Tuesday with my 5 year old. There wasn't a wait and the lady who served us was super nice. I got a pedicure and my daughter just wanted her nails painted. They sat me in a chair and her next to me in the butterfly chair. I think they did a great job. She took her time with my pedicure and it looks great. Hopefully it'll last a couple weeks. Read Less

My sister and I really enjoyed our pedicures. It was my daughters bday and she got a mani/pedi as well-she enjoyed the butterfly chair and her nail tech took the time to do her lilttle nails in different colors.The salon is clean and prices are reasonable.I will be back to see Maggie for sure:) Read Less

Terrible job, my SNS nails look like they were done 2 weeks ago and its only been 2 days. My pedicure still has paint all over the skin. I paid for a more expensive pedicure and it lasted less than 20 minutes. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Read Less

This is my second experience at this fantastic nail salon and it certainly won't be the last. The ambiance and decor are extremely inviting and this is mirrored in the staff. They're very professional and accommodating. I've gotten pedicures by two different technicians and both did an amazing job. I absolutely love this nail salon . This was actually my second visit to this particular nail salon, which says a lot for me because I  am kind of a nail cheater and I tend to switch nail shops for convenience . I love that they stay open till 8 pm because I actually went around 7:30 pm and Tony  squeezed me in and got to me right away . It was not really that crowded they really took there time and gave me a mani pedi of my dreams . The nail salon has a full bar and they really make you feel like a pampered princess . No stars. Hardly anyone was in there and they rushed me out. I paid for both SNS and a pedicure! Waste of money and time. I NEVER complain but this place is ridiculous and I am never coming back! No wonder it's always empty! No joke, the pedicure lasted 5 minutes, waste of purchasing the hot stone massage. My SNS was horrible!!! Read Less

Really happy with this nail salon very friendly staff! Went on a Sunday and noticed small chip on my nail on Monday I went back to see if they would fix that one nail and they redid all of my nails and did a great job very happy with how they want to make sure you are happy!
