I have been coming to this nail shop for almost 2 years. My nail tech "KAREN" is everything!! She has a great personality and will give you what you want. I can show her a picture and she has not failed me on making me look amazing. We create ideas and she works well with her customers. The design below we just came up with the idea together and it turned out amazing. I would rather a 2 1/2. To be fair to Linda, my tech, I’ll agree to 3 ⭐️s. The owner(s) a silver-haired man and woman have horrible customer service and communication. The lesbian chick is rude as well. They all TRY to speak for Linda. Only she and Ben are polite. I’ve been a client for 8 months. Any time I’ve arrived and Linda is busy, they dismiss me and tell me “Come back tomorrow.” No effort to offer to book a future appt or consider another tech. Today I arrived 2 1/2 hours before closing and tells me again “Come back tomorrow.” , which also occurred 3 days prior. As I proceed to diplomatically express my disdain, silver-headed lady approached my seat to justify treatment. I dismissed her. So silver-headed man tells me I can leave if I can’t be quiet. Um, NOT MY FATHER. I’m entitled to engage in peaceful conversation AND I spend my💰 here. They should not take patrons for granted and step up their ethics and customer service if they don’t want guests to complain. I’m pleased with Linda’s talent, which is the ONLY reason I return. very friendly staff my nail techs name was Vivian she was really nice BUT i got a sugar scrub pedicure & manicure the sugar scrub states removes calluses & etc which when i left my feet felt ok(i didn’t feel the bottom of my feet before i left bc i was in a rush) but when the paint dried & i finally took my shoes off i realized nothing changed but my nail polish my feet shouldn’t still be rough after having a pedicure also i let her know the water wasn’t hot enough (luke warm) she just added a lil more water instead of draining it & starting over which made no different in the temp the manicure felt good & she did a decent job painting my nails i won’t be back thou Read Less

I went in tonight at 7pm. It wasn't until I got inside that I realized they closed at 7:30, so I told them I'd come back tomorrow. They assured me it was no problem they'd do my manicure/pedicure tonight. As soon as I sat down I realized I had made a mistake. They literally went so fast I had to tell the lady to cut my nails and shape them. The woman doing my manicure was so rough I finally had to tell her go stop grabbing my hand else let someone else finish. My friend also felt rushed. The woman who did my pedicure was amazing. Great pedicures! The basic is $26. Plus (with exfoliation n stuff) is $31 which I felt was a pretty decent price. The guy did a fantastic job fixing my feet which hadn't seen a salon in almost 6 months lol. Also the paint was put on precisely. My plain (no paint) manicure was okay. I'm so disappointed. I'm usually not picky when it comes to my nails but since I'm going on vacation I decided to try something different. Based on the reviews, I thought this would be a good place. Boy was I wrong. I showed the lady what I wanted and she assured me that she could do it. Needless to say, she couldn't. I ended up leaving with basic nails that look like I did them myself. If you're looking for hip, modern nail art don't go to Super Nail. If you want think chunky acrylic from the 90's, this is the place for you. I won't be back. Read Less

Since moving to Georgia 6 months ago I've been trying to find "my" salon in Smyrna. Super nails is hands down THE best around. Extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and they just did a whole remodel with new carpet, brand new pedicure/manicure chairs etc. Linda is my tech and she's the BEST. She's professional, really nice, and does an AMAZING job. I can't say enough good things about her. They also have a ton of techs working all the time and a ton of stations for manicures and pedicures so it doesn't seem like you have to wait at all like you do at some salons. I always make an appointment and I've never had to wait. They are more expensive than other places but it's worth every penny for me. I'm a loyal, every 2 week customer. Even when I move out of Smyrna I will probably still make the drive just to see Linda. Oh and she's really really fast without compromising quality AT ALL. First let me say I am SUPER picky about my who I let do my nails & feet...I love this place! Super friendly, very affordable & do an excellent job! Lots of different colors to pick from. I'm a gel nail girl myself, so the fact that all their gel colors come with regular polish to match my toes is a plus! Karen is my go to girl for my full sets/fill ins she always does amazing , knows what I want & never tries to upsale me on anything. If she thinks a color isn't going to look good she is honest about it & saves us both the headache of even trying it out just to end up unhappy with the color...the pedicures are at least an hour long, which is nice because to me, this means they are putting in effort verses some other places I have been where they rush their way thru. I'm new to the city and have been searching for a good nail salon. These people are very sweet! For starters, they have great prices and quality work. Also I had to come back three times, twice to get my toe fixed after I messed up the polish(I'm bad with that lol) and a third because my nails were too long (wanted to try something new but I wasn't good with the long nails) and I wanted them cut down and the sweet gentleman never charged me for any of the services even when I insisted on paying. It's clean and the drying station is very unique. No wine service in case you like to be extra while getting your nails done, but they have a new loyal customer! Read Less

I normally don't have high expectations for nail salons but I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received at Super Nails. The shop is located next to the Best Buy so it isn't too hard to find. I came in for a pedi and was promptly directed to a chair after being greeted by one of the technicians. Vivian took care of me from beginning to end and gave the best leg & foot massage ever. The waiting / drying area is unique as they provide plush leather couches for seating and individual hand and feet drying machines. The prices were very reasonable as well. I'll probably come back to check out their gel polish services - that will be my main selling point. I was also entertained by the other techs as I watched them get excited over the soccer match showing on television. Overall, great first experience! Read Less

This place is inexpensive but you are getting what you pay for. Myself and three other friends were visiting from VA and wanted to get pedicures together. We were in the area and saw Super Nails. I went to sit in my asked chair and before I took off my shoes, I saw that the tub was still dirty. I asked the nail technician to clean the tub. She took a clean, dry brush and attempted to clean it but the stains were not coming up. I asked her could she get a towel or cloth to clean it and she said "Yea" and continued to attempt to clean it with the brush. From then I asked her could I just get a polish change. I was becoming frustrated and knew I should not have been sitting in a chair waiting for her to clean it. She said "Yea". I waited for her to tell me what chair to sit in and to my surprise she took another customer. I was in such shock. That moment I knew they did not appreciate my business, so I left. Read Less
