I would not recommend. I went because the place looked really nice. My service was rushed after waiting with my feet in the tub for 20 minutes. I got a natural manicure, my nails are still uneven after asking him to fix it. The polish is lumpy and not evenly coated. Everything including pedicure was a rush. The did a terrible job! Half way through the lady who was doing my nails swapped with another lady to do something else. My nails are uneven and some are falling off. The building, design and decor is clearly where all the expertise went! All of the employees except for a handful are professional with exhibiting great customer service throughout your time with them! They act as if the are being forced against their will to expedite a service they offer and train for! They have no respect for the fact that each client is different and have very different expectations. I got a pedicure and the guy never clean under my toe nails, I took the tool after he applied the oil and top coat (I was hoping he hadn’t actually forgotten) and did it myself and he had the audacity to be upset. U missed a step rushing but still I return time and time again. I've been coming here since grand opening and I'm very disappointed. I came in for a adult and child's pedicure. While mid pedicure the lady across fromWas being pedicured as well and then someone came out to was her. I inquired about the service and price and asked to see the waxing list and was told it's verbal only "just tell me what you want." I told the lady who was waxing, what I wanted and she said $5.  I said okay, I'll take that as well. After my pedicure is done I'm told to sit and wait for the waxer. I wait and 10 min later I'm told I have to go into the room. I said, I'd like to stay just as the lady across from me but it becomes a big deal so I'm being moved. In the process, he tell me to leave my child, which wasn't happening. Then as soon as I'm halfway there I'm told to sit someone is coming. I sit another 5 min only to be moved "because you need privacy" which I don't and said as much. But apparently they don't care. After I'm in the room, getting waxed. They squeeze. Literally SQUEEZE another customer in. So much for privacy! And then began to wax. Afterwards she uses her her oily hands and rubs them on my blouse. She tried to cover it up by massaging my neck but the oil stains were already visible. At the end, she then tells me the cost is double what i was told and that I was "told the wrong price, sorry" I said that's not my problem but she doesn't lower the price. I don't tip. Quality is not there. Toes looked worse when I walked out of there then with my old nail polish. Polish is clumpy on toes with evident lines where the second coat didn't make it onto the whole nail. Got paraffin wax on hands and the worker squeezed the bag so hard it got on my athletic shorts and he didn't apologize and kept saying it will come out. It didn't with a wet cloth. We shall see after a wash. Manicurist also was over zealous with his thumb nail when trying to remove polish where he wasn't painting in the lines. Read Less

This is my second time at this nail salon. The first time was mediocre. There was nothing to complain about but also nothing to praise. The location is clean and the staff was friendly. They were busy but there was not a long wait (5 minutes max). They offered my husband and I wine and asked if we wanted white or red. We said white but they were out so we got the red wine. It was cool; nothing to brag about. My husband ended up drinking mine as well as his. One guy did my pedicure and another one did my manicure.Let's start with the manicure. I know the guy only did my right hand. When I told him he didn't do the left hand, he said he did. I showed him my cuticles and how my nails were still messed up. He said he will do it at the end. I was thinking huh, do what now? I asked him could he do it before he polish my nails. He ended up cutting one of my fingers. That was 2 days ago and it is still hurting. Then when he finished painting my nails, it looked really sloppy. I showed it to him and he said that's how it is supposed to look. I wasn't in the mood so I just let it go since it was gel polish. I didn't want to sit too long to remove it and have someone do it over again.Now to my pedicure. I'll go back to my nails later. The guy was cool. He didn't cut me which is a plus. He really didn't give me a good massage like I'm used too but once again, I didn't complain. When he finished painting my toes, a lady (I think Mai) came to do my design. I looked at my toes and it was SLOPPY too. So now I'm like this is crazy. I'm not walking around with my toes looking like this. She even noticed how bad it was and she just removed it to do it over. She suggested I talk to a manager. I didn't want too because she was already doing my toes over and I knew the manager wouldn't do anything. Anyway she called the manager over and she said they'll fix my nails since the lady was already fixing my toes. So the SAME guy came over and he had a BAD attitude. So you sent the SAME guy who messed it up in the beginning to do my nails again. He got loud with me after 'fixing' 2 nails. I told him don't worry about it and don't touch my hands again. He said he had to finish the 2 he started. He used a drill to 'fix' my nails. I was so mad. It hurt and he removed some of the polish and didn't fix it. Instead he made it worst. I've attached pictures of what my nails looked like when I left the shop (not a day or 2 later). The pictures don't show it all but my polished is missing from where he removed it with the drill. I had polish all over my fingernails. If I wasn't in a hurry, I would have gotten them to remove the gel. My husband paid and tipped them but I did not want too.  Mai did a good job painting my toes. She also did my husband's pedicure and he said she did good. I only went to this location because my husband like the chairs but next time, I'm going back to Sugarcoat! I don't need a massage chair. I decided to go here because they were the only ones open on 4th of July and I needed an underarm wax and half leg wax. I looked for a price list but couldn't find one. I figured "it can't be that much, I'm sure it's comparable to my normal wax place". (MISTAKE NUMBER ONE). They told me to go into this tiny room that was clearly being used for waxing AND storage. The bed was leather but had no sanitary covering or towels. The woman came in and started my underarm wax. She dipped the stick in the wax then put it on my arm....THEN SHE DIPPED THE SAME STICK back in the wax.  I should have ended the service here (2nd mistake). How unsanitary is that?! I was so mad but at this point I had one arm waxed and one not so I didn't want to leave. I managed to get through the rest.Then when it was time to pay the lady looked like she was making up a price. Said said "$20 for each leg and $20 for underarm". I said that cannot be accurate and requested to see a price list. She looked but couldn't find one. The manager came over and asked if I had a full leg or half, I said HALF! She then said $30 for the legs and $20 for underarms. I told her that her prices were extremely high and that my regular wax spa only charges $10 for underarm wax. She argued with me and asked me to pull it up online. I did and she still refused to adjust her price. She said "well when you go to discount wax places you get cheaper places". I told her that Sweet Peach was not a discount wax place but a very CLEAN and upscale boutique spa. I said you need to post your prices because you guys are just making up stuff. I paid $50 for a half leg wax and underarm wax. I'm pissed and will never go back for any service! They are not sanitary and they make up prices on the spot! Read Less

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My paint job was trash and so was the lady who did my nails. She wasn't taking her time. Hit my skin with the drill many times, and made my nails thin. I've been to this nail salon a few times, each time hoping for a better experience, as it is convenient to my home. However, each time I've gone and paid good money for a much-needed pedicure, I'm met with either an attitude or disinterest. Also, I feel like the workers have do the absolute bare minimum, not to mention the chattiness between employees and even some employees eating full meals while sitting in the pedicure chairs right next to customers! They do not sanitize!!!  As the guy was hurriedly doing my pedicure,  I watched 5 women leave. (All were nearing the end of their processes when I arrived.) Not once did they spray the bowls nor use any type of sanitation before filling the bowl for the next customer. I made the mistake of not reading reviews before coming here, and I paid the price in quality and comfort.First of all, my manicure only lasted a day before chipping, so obviously that was an issue. I'm not a stranger to getting my nails done and only reserve gel for social occasions as I have found great salons where I'm able to go at least a week without chipping. So to chip in a day was disappointing.Secondly, the shop was not organized and even though I signed in, a few other walk-ins were seated before me. After trying to be patient for a considerable amount of time I decided to leave and go somewhere else - no harm, no foul, no hard feelings. However, once I told the receptionist that I needed to remove my name, they suddenly found an open seat.It was hard to get relaxed for some reason once in the pedicure chair. The energy just felt too busy and tense for my liking. So, overall between the wait, quality of the mani/pedi and overall energy, I couldn't recommend this place. So I've been going to NCS for over a year now. They are still the ONLY nail salon I can find in the metro area with the most selections of SNS (dipping powders) colors. They have always been very sweet and accommodating. The facility is beautifully decorated with granite countertops, Romanesque columns, lots of seating for manicures, 2 rooms of full service spa pedicure chairs and bright yet ambient lighting. Sometimes it can get a bit cluttered with clients' and staff members beverages scattered around the space, but that's not a big deal to me.Yesterday, I wanted to try something slightly more unique and PETER recommended doing a chrome ombre over my SNS manicure. Im giving them 2 stars only because I like the decor and the staff that have serviced me...but Ive seen 2 very disturbing events on 2 different visits.  1) A lady finished her glass of wine. Then to my disgust, a staffer took her glass and literally just rinsed it in the sink, dried it with a paper towel and put it on the shelf to be used again. Never drinking wine at a salon again.2) I watched a lady get her eyebrows and mustache waxed by a lady that did not wear gloves and she kept dipping the wax stick in the wax kettle. I was hoping the wax was almost gone so that could be the excuse of her triple dipping and she would throw it away. That wasnt the case. When done, she put the lid on the kettle and put it back in the corner to be used by the next victim. I wanted to say something so bad since I went to school for esthetics and waxing, but I didnt want to create a scene. I can only hope that people read reviews before they go here. I have visited this salon more than 5 times and have decided not to return bc of the quality and cleanliness.  I noticed that they never cleaned my pedicure bowl after my service and had someone else use that chair after me. I was disgusted! That is unacceptable.  Also I don't believe they are sanitizing their tools properly. They are never sealed when they do a service.  That's so dangerous!! Also as others have mentioned the quality of the paint job they do is shotty at best.  They just do a mediocre job.  I'm used to better attention and personalized service from a mail salon. Especially when i've been several times.  They act like they've never seen me each time. I will not be returning even though the prices are very low bc I have an autoimmune disease & cleanliness is most important to me. I will not risk my well-being over a cheap mani-pedi. Read Less

I enjoy the service at this place as well as the white wine. It adds a nice touch. The guy Peter is so friendly and treats me and my mom and sister kindly. Nice atmosphere. Average service. No attention to detail. Nail polish on my cuticles. Nail tips were all different shapes. Technician was rushing to finish me even though no one else was waiting.  Very pricey too. I honestly think they worried more about the look of the place more so than pleasing customers. Went for the first time and it was really good. The staff was really friendly and the place is beautiful. The person who did my nails was Lee, he's really friendly, great costumer service & he was really patient with me (since I didn't know what was better for my nails). He did SNS, perfectly! Tina did a wonderful job on my basic pedicure and Kim slayed my brows. The lady that did my nails really listened to me and my needs as far as length and style and was patient because I didn't know what color to get. Tina offered me a bottle of water while I got my pedicure and she took her time making sure I was comfortable. I'm happy with the customer service and the way everything came out. This location has plenty of seating and availability. It does make you feel relaxed with the soothing music and gentle care of the stylists.  The pricing was pretty average for the Cobb and Smyrna area. But worth every penny for the way that I was treated and the quality experience. This was my first time and I would return if I was in the area. Read Less

I will never go back to this salon, and I recommend you don't either. I found this place shortly after they opened and was very excited about it; the place looked clean, the prices were reasonable, and it was very pretty inside. After my first pedicure, I noticed the polish was peeling off and my toenails had white patches underneath. I was told by their staff it was fine and to ignore it. I assumed it was the polish and avoided that brand. Fast forward 6 months and I decided to get french tips. When they exposed my nails underneath that polish and painted them clear, I noticed all the white patches on my nails (every toenail), with some yellow around the white on the big toes. I went to the doctor and I have been told I got toenail fungus from this salon. For them to ignore it, tell me it was nothing is not acceptable and I do not trust this facility anymore. Now it is the middle of the summer and I have to treat this fungus, which means I can't have polish on my toenails, plus wearing open toed shoes means I'm showing the damage. Read Less

I felt like I was cheating on my regular nail salon but it's pretty clear, it's time to breakup and move on.  I walked in and was in a nail shop heaven.  I mean there were enough pedicure and manicure stations for the whole squad plus 25 others.  In other words, there's a lot of chairs and you'll get seated pretty quickly.  Upon walking in, I was greeted and told there was a sale.  Sale.  At a nail salon.  I'm for it.  So for a deluxe manicure and classic manicure, I paid $42.  Which is actually a little cheaper than what I normally pay.  Anyhoo...the nail wall is pretty spiffy.  Plenty of colors to choose from and they do a pretty good job of bringing the polishes back to the nail wall once there used.I sat for about 5 minutes and attempted to place my feet in the water but it was super hot.  One of the young ladies saw me cringe and brought on some cold water and my pleasantly relaxing experience began.  Jimmie came along and was just amazing.  He was very precise, held a convo with me (not too much but just enough), and my pedi looked beautiful.  My mani was done by Lita and she was hilarious.This place is pretty popping.  I mean the staff seem to really like what they do and have a really good repertoire with the customers.  Oh and let me not forget...there's wine, water, sodas...like I can be treated like a queen while getting my nails done.  I'm here for it.
