Staff is very friendly but spent $48 dollars to get my nails done a certain way and they came out terrible. Went back today to see if the woman could correct it, she tried but it just came out looking worse. She said nothing is guaranteed, which is fine but if I show you a picture of something (nothing complicated) and I’m told it can be done then you expect the same outcome. They did a really great job on my nails and they lasted for a while! My nails didn't break or anything. I believe the tech name is Ken something, I'm so mad I forgot but I'm going to find out! Lol his name for sure starts with a K and he sits in the very first booth facing the door. I didn't give 5 stars because my pedicure could've been better but then again they only charge $16 so it was good for that amount but I expected a little more attention to detail when it came to my feet. What a great find! I was in Atlanta for business and went off Yelp to find a place for a manicure and pedicure. I had the deluxe pedicure with Karen and it was one of the best pedicures I've ever had! Karen was fun to talk to, she did a great job and gave a wonderful massage. I'm a runner and she knew how to cut my toe nails short. Tommy gave me my gel manicure at the same time. I usually prefer separate services but the conversation between the three of us had me in stitches. I was pleased with the hand massage and the quality of my manicure. I'm sure if I would have requested they would have done my manicure after my pedicure. It was a great experience at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Karen and Tommy! Read Less

I have been to just about every nail salon in the area and this is the only salon that has gotten it right every single time. I like to go to places a few times before I leave reviews just to be sure. I usually go in for just a pedicure and an occasional gel manicure. All done exceptionally well, every time. Up until this point, I hadn't gotten a full set in about a year because most salons just couldn't get it right. This time, I was contemplating on trying out a full set again. Karen, the manager, convinced me to go for it and that I would love them. I'll admit, I was skeptical because, of course, nail techs would never say that you'll hate your nails. The expectation is to love them, right? But when I tell you I'm obsessed and haven't stopped looking at them since I walked out! I found out that Karen only works by appointments though so call ahead. I also brought my mom along this time. She got a pedicure and she LOVED how great of a job the girl (I wish I knew her name to shout her out too!) did; and she's pretty picky. We will be returning! Read Less

My sister recommended this place. She said they usually do it wonderfully, but there was an exception on mine. I just went in to get my sns polish COLOR CHANGE while my sister stayed in the car and worked. That usually takes about 30-40 minutes. In this case it took over 2 hours. The guy i had doing my nails was new. Of course i would get the newbie that had no idea what he was doing. I tried to have grace at the beginning because we all have to start somewhere but i lost that "grace" after he butchered up my cuticles. But after a millions re try's of him dipping my nail in the powder, and him asking his co-worker what top coats to use, i texted my sister. He kept having to re shave the powder off because it got clumpy because he had NO IDEA WHAT HE WAS DOING. so my sister came in and helped meout (she is the more upfront sister). She persistently asked "are y'all almost done?" and "can we not let it dry and just go?". After him FINALLY finishing, they didn't apologize, and all the lady had to say was "oh they look so good", which if anyone was in there right mind they would know they didn't look good. My sister asked why it took them so long and the lady replied "that just means he was spending extra time on them". No, it just means that he didn't know what he was doing. Nice staff I could understand. The files seemed very cheap and didn't make nail tips smooth. After I pointed out she attempted to fix but with same file.Not pleased with shape they are crooked but paint looks good. $20 for a regular pedi was ok...if I was totally happy. Read Less

I came to this salon because they had good reviews and I'm so glad that I did. I came in and the wait wasn't long at all. I maybe day the the waiting area five minutes max. The salon is quaint. Not too big where you feel insignificant, but not too small where you feel like you're in someone else's space. I was seated by MiMi who was extremely nice and welcoming. I didn't expect much because I didn't want to get my hopes up. I can honestly say that I am wowed! MiMi gave me probably the best pedicure that I've ever had. She talked to me and made me feel comfortable and gave me the best massage ever! Oh and my polish job is everything! Oh and my eyebrows (the very little that I have) are awesome! They did an excellent job on my gel mani and regular pedicure. The salon is very clean and smells wonderful. Everyone there was very nice and they had a great selection of polishes. Prices: regular pedicure $20, gel manicure $25. Would definitely recommend coming here, and will be back again! Read Less
