I came across this location through Groupon and wanted to give them a try based on their price and location.The overall contact and communication with this location was very pleasant and professional. During my first call, I informed an associate that I was interested in purchasing the Groupon for $129 that provided a full 60-lash service with a senior talent tech and a touch up. I was informed that the Groupon price could be honored in-house. I moved forward to potential booking, however, the date I had in mind was booked but was placed on a call list in the event someone canceled. Unfortunately, no one canceled so I booked a service for the following week.Upon booking my new appointment, the Groupon rate had changed and the service was $25 more. I was informed that the salon couldn't honor the original offer that I initially called in on. This was frustrating as I would have purchased the initial one had they not informed me they would honor the price in-house. Needless to say, I was turned off by this.I moved forward with purchasing the higher package because I explained to the tech that I'd never had individual lashes done and wanted to ensure I had a plan in place to properly maintain them.Upon meeting with the tech, she showed my templates of the type of lash style she could deliver. Of course, I'm not familiar with lengths and so forth, but I did communicate that I wanted a look that would enhance my eyes and something that wasn't too gaudy.The tech was very professional and the experience of having lashes done was somewhat uncomfortable in the eye area but that's probably normal.Upon completion of the service, she handed me a mirror and I literally thought...."why don't I see a change and that it just looks like I have on a little bit of mascara".  I informed the tech that while the work is probably nice, I couldn't tell a difference from my natural lashes and the ones she installed. She informed me that some of my lashes were more slanted and she had to adjust the faux lashes. She informed me that she would do a longer length on the next installment to give me the look I wanted to achieve.  Well clearly that sucks because I just dropped $150 for lashes and wondered why you wouldn't have provided that look the first time.  Needless to say, I made my discontent known and everyone just kept saying "oh...we'll take care of it on the next visit".  After insulting me with mediocre lashes, they attempted to push a lash conditioner on me for $40...No thanks. I passed.  Personally, I believe they used the most basic length of lash and even the amount of lashes because I paid the Groupon rate vs their store rate. If that's the case, maybe they should reconsider using the Groupon platform to lure business in, only to do a horrible job.As the week continued on, no one that came into contact with me noticed any difference in my lashes. I receive loads of compliments when I wear my strip lashes that I spend $12 for...but no one notices $150 lashes...go figure.I contacted the salon and expressed my frustration and requested an appointment for removal. I further asked if there would be a price adjustment since I would not be getting the lashes re-done.  I was initially told that I would be offered an in-store credit but upon meeting with the owner, she did the typical "I'll be the super nice owner and discourage the customer from wanting her money back" spill.She removed the lashes and had the guts to invite me back for another lash service that was almost 2x's higher than what I paid before.Needless to say, I will not patronize this location again. Honestly, this experience completely ruined my desire to have individual lashes done again so maybe they were good for something. I can save myself time and money and keep my strip lashes in place.They should hope to keep the great customer service in place because that's the only thing that could earn them a 4-5 star review.Shop around before settling on this place. I had faux mink eyelash extensions put on by Roz about 2 years ago and wow! They looked amazing!! No discomfort during the initial set or touch ups. I unfortunately had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience when visiting this place of business. I will start with the positives. It was clean, in a good/prime location and had excellent reviews which is why I chose to book here. Moving right along. I purchased a Groupon for a full set of lashes. Over two days I was not able to get anyone on the phone but the voicemail stated that I could send a text- which I did. They did not have anything available until the following week but that is to be expected when being a Groupon customer (full price customers will usually get seen sooner.) I booked for the following Thursday via text. Upon my arrival that day they told me I did not have an appointment because I did not set up a profile and that I should've read the fine print. I can take fault for not reading the fine print but the attitude and disrespect I experienced from the receptionist Ellie was extremely unprofessional.I ended up walking out and requesting a refund from Groupon. This place seems to be an upscale place with all different beauty services. I can not speak for their higher end services but I am reviewing their ultimate glow mani pedi. I got the deal off of groupon and honestly would have been very angry if I paid full price. I feel like it wasn't even worth the groupon price. My appointment was at 1:30 and they pushed it to 2 due to another customer, which was fine, I completely understand how that goes. When you get started it is literally just a bowl and they pour a pitcher of warm water in it...which after 10 minutes is not warm anymore. They have about 20ish colors to choose not including gel. They have the same person doing both services so it takes FOREVER.  I am all about pampering myself but almost 3 hours for a mani pedi is a little ridiculous. They lady who did mine did an alright job. One nail was messed up before I left. And as of now it has been 4 days and 6 nails are cracked or chipped and almost all of my toes no longer have polish at the top of the nails...even though I've worn flip flops all week. I couldnt believe they remembered talking to me so briefly and remembered what services I inquired about at the health fair. I went in for an airbrush tan i bought on Groupon before a destination wedding, and it looked amazing and lasted through my whole trip (which was more than i expected as I've had many spray tans before). I was able to decide how dark to be sprayed and which areas i wanted extra coats on. Thats way better than any automatic booth ive ever been in! And the prices are almost too good for the area honestly. They were informative on other services available without being pushy and even laughed at my bad jokes. Also i forgot my favorite water bottle and they kept it for like 2 weeks until i remebered to come get it. Great group of honest, cool ladies doing good business here! Read Less

I had my first Brazilian wax today and was super anxious and scared before hand.  Roz was the technician and she was great! She made me feel extremely comfortable given the circumstances.  She talked me through the whole experience and also made sure I was comfortable the whole time.  She's awesome! I had some Groupon credit from a different deal I'd bought that fell through, so I decided to use it on the ultimate glow pedicure at Glow Beauty Bar. What a fantastic find! The staff was all extremely friendly, professional and welcoming. Erica did a wonderful job on my pedicure. I have some calloused runner's feet, and she diligently worked to smooth out my callouses and pamper my tired feet! This may have been the most in-depth attentive-to-detail pedicure I've ever had! Including a sugar scrub, massage and hot stones. It took about an hour and a half, so come prepared to spend some time! The salon was very clean, cute and well-kept. Roz and her team are the most professional, warm, and talented group I've come across (and I live in New York). The salon is beautiful, clean, and easy to get to. Ellie at reception is always friendly and helpful. They've stayed late twice to fit me into their packed schedule. Eyelash ExtensionsJust got my first eyelash extensions from Roz. She makes you feel very relaxed, explains everything she's doing, and makes sure your lashes are perfect. Plus she's got 11 years experience. I did my research around Atlanta and her prices are very fair (she uses mink). Can't beat it!Airbrush TanI've had a couple tans from Roz. Each time they've been even and a nice, natural color. I scheduled for a mani/pedi on a Sunday. The ladies were very friendly and professional. The business was very nice and clean. The owner that does the eyelash extensions was very professional. Those deserve 5 stars. However, my mani/pedi results more like 1 star.The sugar/salt scrub is usually done by hand and rinsed off prior to stone massage or the salt will scratch the skin instead of exfoliating. The polish had to come off as soon as I got home. Most places will wash off the oils or wipe off completely with alcohol or the such prior to polish application. This was not done. Then the fan for regular polish was not working. One hand of polish mostly stayed put, but it was the hand I soaked in water prior to polish application. The other non-soaked had was a disaster! I give them credit for offering to fix one hand on the following Wed. I had to take it all off the same day as my weekday schedule is exhausting not to mention how strict my work is in regards to cleanliness and neatness of my hand. First impressions are important. You may have a better experience--just look out for *technique*. I wish them the best. I have my favorite places that do a fantastic job on my cuticles/polish/massage techniques, but they're mostly inside the perimeter :-/. At least I gave it a try. Read Less

Some time ago I had a botched eyelash job done in New Orleans. I went here and they corrected it and saved from losing all of my lashes. I now want to try it again and will schedule and appointment tomorrow. Roz was professional, treated me like a Queen and carried herself as such.
