So the employees were very friendly and I felt very welcome. I don't think that this is the nail salon for me but it may work for someone else.

So the employees were very friendly and I felt very welcome. I don't think that this is the nail salon for me but it may work for someone else.

Seems like it may be more of an appointment only vibe.
I was there for about 3 1/2 hours for SNS and pedicure and I was the only customer in the shop. For me personally that's a little too long.
Seating is bar style with high top chairs. For me it wasn't very comfortable due to my back issues.
Nails weren't fully dry when I left and ended up smudging. First nail broke less than a week after leaving.
Limited color selection for SNS.
Again, I don't think this was a bad salon it just wasn't a good fit for me. And since I have only gone once the drying and breaking issue may have been a fluke.

Loved the ambiance and vibe...clean environment with a friendly and inviting staff. Nails were nice and they even gave me a gift bag (cute!) Great shop overall 👍

I highly recommend this place especially for women of color! It's a very unique place with very elegant decor and great customer service. Great music playing in the background and an all around comfortable and refreshing environment! I went for my eye brows and the specialist Mia was awesome. She took time to ask me what I wanted in my look and even showed me how to fill my eyebrows in and gave me brushes. She definitely took her time but did a great job. The prices are higher than a typical nail salon, but the service is very much so worth it.

I absolutely love this place!! I started going about 6 months ago and have never had a bad experience. My nail tech is Joy and she is absolutely amazing with her work and has an even bigger spirit!! Everyone in the shop is personable, from the owner to Patrice at the front. When I schedule my appointments I make sure to set aside a couple of hours not because I believe they take too long but because I like how they put personal care into each client. Beauty Concierge is a GREAT atmosphere to be in and to just take a step back from our busy lives, pamper ourselves, talk, and laugh with other people. I will continue to refer you guys!

I like this cute little shop. I came from another shop because my fav, Fatima, moved to Beauty Concierge. Although this shop is almost 30 min from my house, its worth the trip and I found a time every two weeks that works perfectly for both of us. The employees are personable (but not too familiar) and very professional. Fatima always does a great job on my nails and you can tell she takes pride in her work. I look forward to visiting with my new nail shop biweekly and adding Beauty Concierge to my routine.

I have visited twice and have been very happy with my results. Yes, you will pay a little bit more and yes, you will be there longer than a typical nail salon...this is true. BUT...you will be assured...
I have visited twice and have been very happy with my results. Yes, you will pay a little bit more and yes, you will be there longer than a typical nail salon...this is true. BUT...you will be assured of no staff infections or hepatitis either because everything is sterile and new for each person. The tub was lined with plastic that is replaced between uses, the instruments are in a sealed package and disposed of after each use and the autoclave is clearly visible. That to me is worth a few extra dollars. I also like how they spend a lot of time on each person. You are not rushed in and out like cattle. Highly recommended.

My Tech "T" I will call her to not mispronounce her name was very attentive. Although she had to tell me a couple of times "just relax" let me have the wheel for now. LOL My do I have control issues.... You walk on a gold floor, beautifully designed floorplan. ... My cousin and I were ecstatic about the high quality techiques and upscale atmosphere that the pros at this full service beauty spot display. Between the 2 of us, we got a fill-in with gel polish, pedicure, eyelashes and eyebrow shaping. All services were performed with excellence. Book an appointment asap; you should give Beauty Concierge a try!

The best ever.... these ladies truly know how to pamper. I was there all day on 7/25 for my birthday and even tho it is 45 to hour drive I will no doubt go back. Me and the group will see yal doon....

I like this cute little shop. I came from another shop because my fav, Fatima, moved to Beauty Concierge. Although this shop is almost 30 min from my house, its worth the trip and I found a time every two weeks that works perfectly for both of us.
