Lauren did my SNS, pretty sure her name wasnt lauren but ill go with it lol. Service was great. They got REALLY busy towards closing and there were a handful of nail technicians but the guy and Lauren did an awesome job on my nails. Ill def be returning when I can no long re apply coats of gel top coat 😂 I usually have to go back once every 4 weeks.

Terrible customer service. All if the employees were very rude. I originally wanted a mani/pedi but stopped after the pedicure because I felt so uncomfortable being in there. I had to ask multiple times for design on my nail. Everytime I asked they acted like they didn't understand what I was saying. The polish job was good but the pedicure itself was not. Still alot of dead skin on my feet. I could have done a better job at home myself. Over priced!! $30 for a bad pedicure. NEVER AGAIN. Will definitely drive the extra 10 minutes next time to get to Nail Time. So much for convenience.

Sadly it is not my first experience at this nail location. It's my 3rd time here. I swear if it wasn't 3 minutes from my house. I went in for a gel manicure ($25) yesterday. I kid you not this place was empty. EMPTY. I just thought to myself well I think I know why remembering my previous visits. I went at around 4p.m. There were 3 women there. When I walked in nobody greeted me so I said: Hello. Then one of them approached me and I told her what I wanted. I explained to her that I did not want them to buff & leave my nails paper thin because of what they did to me before. It took me 2 months of treating my nails to get them to regrow healthy. She did not even acknowledge what I said. She just pointed across the room to go sit down. I was just like where? Anyway not the point, I think the woman who was doing my nails was an older woman. I told her not to buff my nails thin. She then turns to the woman gossiping and spoke to her in her language. I assume she pretended not to understand me since the woman said what did I tell her. I repeated it even though I told her when I walked in. Long story short its pretty dark in there and she did a shi* job shaping. I couldn't even describe it if I wanted to. And the polish was.. imagine a toddler learning to color inside the lines. And it had bubbles. So when she was almost finished she asked me where I worked so clearly she knows English. Ok so the next day (today) i showered and since she polished on my cuticle it lifted. I use to bite my nails for 20 years so obviously if it lifts I'm gonna take that shi* off. Tell me why it peeled of like regular polish though. I paid thirty dollars total for a ducking regular mani. If you don't care about wasting money or basically giving it away go ahead. Never again though. I blame myself though since I already knew

HORRIBLE. Went here even a second time to give another chance. While getting my nails done, I had to make them take the acrylics they just put on because they wouldn’t listen to what I wanted. Then STILL didn’t do my shape right even after that. MULTIPLE of my natural nails are torn OFF of my skin from my acrylics. Requested the man to do my nails and instead they just kept switching back and forth between him and one of the females every couple of minutes. My nails came out ugly, extremely uneven, and definitely was not what I wanted. Do not waste your time or money here !

I like this place. They do amazing eyebrows. You have to tell them how you want your nails done like any other place to achieve the look you want. Been a customer for years now. I've tried many nail salons around Smyrna and Marietta pretty much the same only pricier.

As a guy, I thought it would be weird going here to get a pedicure, but they didn't seem to bat an eyelash. The girl was very friendly but not very talkative. I wasn't surprised by that given the potential of a language barrier. My feet are fairly complicated, but as I apologized profusely for this, the young girl smiled and nodded at me as if to say "I understand that you're trying to tell me something, but I don't understand a word you're saying." When she did run into some trouble, she wasted no time in getting an older more experienced lady to come over and help her. They did a very good job, caused me very little pain, and my feet feel much better now. I will definitely go back here to get my feet done.

I don't recommend this place! I was treated badly soon as I sat in the chair due to my long overdue pedicure! I haven't had a pedicure in a while due to medical problems and the Korean b!tch who was doing my feet said "been long time Hun"!! That's the worst customer service you can do... She also acts as if she was disgusted by my shoe too! ( my shoes) really!?! As much as I like the pedicure I will not being going back due to poor customer service! Sorry asses

It's my moms birthday and we decided to go to a new place since our was already booked up for the day, bad decision that was for me. First sign, the place was empty, that's not a good look for a Friday. Anywho I wanted a pedicure. My first one after a long winters nap!! My feet needed extra attention which none was given, She didn't even clean the dead skin from around my toes. She cut me and that burned like crazy. She was an older woman so I assumed she was about to awaken my dogs. Anyways I'm not impressed at all. The nail polish is cute but old and the paint job is HORRIBLE!!! I will not be returning and no, sorry I didn't tip. I could have did this myself and had cleaner more smooth feeling cleaner feet.

I didn't have to wait long, only cost me $19 for a full set, and the woman who worked on me took 45 minutes. That is the end of my positive opinion.... I told her that this would be my first time getting a full set, there was no direction as to what I should be doing, as in I had to ask other customers if I should use soap when I washed my hands. I was given attitude when I told her that some of the nails were longer than others, a problem that wasn't fixed in it's entirety. The polish looks like something my 5 year old could have done, and the salon smelled so strongly of acetone that I couldn't have my child in the waiting area.I will not be coming back, and will definitely be finding another nail salon to go to.

its an OKAY place to get your nails done at. Ive been to better. They don't have that many color choices to pick from so I tend to just get acrylics and paint them myself at home. The lady in the second chair can get your eyebrows on fleck:) it gets really busy here so timing is key here. *appointments are best* because waiting times can take looong.

What can I say about this place? Worse nail salon I've EVER been to. First and last time I'll ever go. This place was recommended to me by a family member.  Heard wonders about his place. When I first walked in,I wasn't impressed. They sat me down right away. I decided to get both a mani and pedi. It seemed like she didn't want to work  because she was being very sloppy. While the lady was taking off all the dead skin from my feet  I felt some pain. She had  made me bleed  by cutting my toe, she slightly took a cotton ball with alcohol  to wipe it off. Like really? I honestly just wanted to tell her to stop and walk out. Meanwhile she was finishing up the mani lady came over she also cut me 3 times while removing the dead skin from my fingers.... After the horrible experience it was time to pay. I asked for the manager and told them I wanted a discount  and showed them the cuts. They had the nerve to say its because you took so long to get a mani and pedi. That they didn't see anything wrong. Then they started talking to each other in there language. Am sure they were talking about me. Just horrible service. To top it off after they were done I notice they recycled  the gloves they use to do pedi's so nasty.  Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Please know what your walking in too before letting people touch your toes/nails.

This place is definitely hit or miss.Some days you can walk straight in, sit down and soak your feet in a hot tub o' foot conditioner... other days, you'll wait a lifetime just to be addressed. Very limited English spoken here, so I haven't learned any names yet. All I know is if you go, look for a middle-aged woman. She gives a mean leg/foot massage, takes her time, and is attentive. If you get the middle-aged man (balding on top- I mention this because there are 2), you'll probably get a half-assed pedicure, he massages for about a minute and rushes through the entire pedicure. Overall though, they do an ok job. It's clean and roomy. Just be sure not to get white tips on your toes. The polish will chip off within a day or 2. Cheap polish.

Terrible customer service. All if the employees were very rude. I originally wanted a mani/pedi but stopped after the pedicure because I felt so uncomfortable being in there. I had to ask multiple times for design on my nail. Everytime I asked they acted like they didn't understand what I was saying. The polish job was good but the pedicure itself was not. As a guy, I thought it would be weird going here to get a pedicure, but they didn't seem to bat an eyelash. The girl was very friendly but not very talkative. I wasn't surprised by that given the potential of a language barrier. My feet are fairly complicated, but as I apologized profusely for this, the young girl smiled and nodded at me as if to say "I understand that you're trying to tell me something, but I don't understand a word you're saying." I haven't had a pedicure in a while due to medical problems and the Korean b!tch who was doing my feet said "been long time Hun"!! That's the worst customer service you can do... its an OKAY place to get your nails done at. Ive been to better. They don't have that many color choices to pick from so I tend to just get acrylics and paint them myself at home.
