In Savannah from out of town on a business trip and was trying to find a nail salon for a refill and pedicure. Was treated like a VIP, gentle hands on both my hands and feet. Due to some deformities of my nails, it's hard to find someone who takes the time to be attentive to my needs and not end up with marred up fingers from the drill. This nail salon/lounge is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The atmosphere is welcoming and fun. They have a lot of colors to choose from, including gel polishes .They are frirndlf and professional. I was 110% satisfied with the work they did on my nails today and can't wait to go back. This place is absolutely amazing. I was in here a few weeks ago, and I have nothing bad to say. I am super particular about my nails, and toes, so I will start with how hard it is to impress me. Normally I leave nail salons under-impressed, even though I am not picky with colors or the paint portion, I do hate when my nails are super uneven or odd shaped which somehow happens more than it should. I will also add I am not shy so I will say something if I notice something right away... I am not the type to let them finish my nails, and then complain. To bring this story full circle, when I left Snazzy I was so impressed. They did a fantastic job on my nails, and toes. I picked a flat paint color which turned out fantastic, with flat or "matte" colors its way easier to tell if anything is off too! I did not come in at a peak time (which I would advise doing, or making an appointment because they are popular! Unless you don't mind waiting) They are worth the wait though even if you have to. They had a nice paint selection, with quality polish (so Important) and they asked me if I liked things as they were doing them. What a nice change of pace to go from feeling like you have to let someone know before they just do whatever they want, to have someone actually ask me before they start doing something if I want it a certain way, or before moving on if I was happy with what they did. The conversation was great too! Now like I said I came at a time that was not "peak" hours, so I was able to get the extra conversation, but I have seen them so busy just passing by... and they are still just as efficient at your nail service even if they are slammed full and have appointments waiting. They take appointments, and value that part of their service, so if you are in a time crunch, and know you won't have time to wait if you catch them at a busy time, just call ahead! All in all they are so worth scheduling if you need to, they have really fair prices as well. They are the full package, definitely going to be making an appointment with them here soon. Read Less

I have been going here since the early stages where you didn’t have to book an apartment and now i do and it’s crazy. I recommend this place to all my friends. Love snazzy nails! I get my nails filled and polished bi-weekly. I never have an issue making an appointment. I never feel rushed. Chris and his family are wonderful and all have a fantastic personality and sense of humor. The facility is very clean and modern. They sterilize all of their utensils using and autoclave system, which is the same system that medical professionals use to sterilize their equipment. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Please don't look at the 2016 reviews. I to agree with those. However it is under new management and we decided to give them another chance and so glad I did. They are so conveniently located to where i live and now I don't have to drive to Pooler to get my nails done. The new management knows how to do it right. I recommend an appointment as they can be busy on the weekends. You may have to wait a half hour without an appointment. The techs all speak perfect English and you are not pressured to upgrade pedicures, designs, or waxing. The dip ($40) is a little higher than typical salons but the work is flawless. Most importantly, the salon is clean and the tools are all sanitized. They even use plastic covers over the foot tubs. I highly recommend. Oh and there is wine! I posted a photo of the thermal dip. I walked in and asked that they fix my acrylic thumb nail and they said yes. I sat down and waited for 37 minutes. Other nail techs were walking around lookmw dead in the face and wouldn't even speak to me. I stood up and walked out. We will not be going back. We called and asked what time do they close, the response was "7:30" as it states on the door. We arrived at 6:47 and they were already walking out the door saying they were closed. I then responded that you guys said it closes at 7:30 and it shows that on the door, she then responds with a heavier tone. Were closed. Then proceeded to walk to the car and started laughing with her friends looking at us. I use to go there regularly but not anymore. There is a nail salon right around the corner that does a better job and has more patience. And might I mention, it's less expensive. Read Less

I went there to get my eyebrows and my "mustache" waxed. I gave the girl who did them clear direction not to shape or remove hair from my eyebrow line. All I needed was the surrounding area waxed. I walked out with both eyebrows completely different shapes she cut them from the edges so Iiterally I have half eyebrows. Also, got my lip waxed she couldn't even do that properly. Horrible place. If they aren't qualified to wax the business owner should never allow them to touch someone's face just to make money. Never going there again. Made a horrible mistake walking in there. Read Less

I started going to Snazzy Nails for the convenience, near my home. I have continued to go as I have gotten familiar with the staff. Their service has always been good, quick and accommodating. My only complaint are the chairs, especially up at the bar. The are heavy, consequently hard to move. They are too Tall, I am short legged and the metal is uncomfortable. But I continue to go and have taken my grandaughter with me. We like the atmosphere and the friendliness of everyone there.. I have recommended this shop to several friends. Read Less

Took my mom there for her Birthday. First off I was greeted with "what would do you ladies want" and from the time I walked in we were rushed. I had made appointments at 10:00am yesterday. Woke up this morning and nails are already chipping. I think I was charged way too much for them to already be chipping. Place was very clean and nice though. Read Less
